Didn't really get an answer to the reason for my visit. I did feel like i was heard but wasn't. I was hoping for more of an explanation but felt like I was given an answer but no solution. so i left with no result and wasting of time.

They are very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and answered all my questions. They made the experience comfortable and takes away any fears of "seeing the doctor" I understand it was just a routine physical, but I enjoy coming to these yearly visits.

Rather not have her again. In a past visit she also was the same and not helpful. I asked her about information about combo feeding with my second baby because I had not with my first. My question was only asking “How to” and she proceeded to just tell me not to feel guilty about not being able to produce enough breastmilk, that society pushed breast feeding but that I could formula feef because fed is best. I never expressed feeling guilty or not being able to produce. I only was resourcing combo feeding because I did not pump and my baby was refusing to latch, only wanted bottles. Left without my question being answered.

Maybe Amber just had an off day, we have seen her before and she’s been great. Patient just felt really minimized and not listened to at this appointment.

I feel.Like she didn't listen to me very well because she was trying to treat me for 1 thing when my concern was about something else.

Knowing the status of my son being sick there should have been more of an urgency to make sure the xray results were reviewed by someone over the weekend to keep us out of the emergency room especially when the provider said he most likely has pneumonia but needed xray to confirm it before giving medication.
