I really liked Dr Landon but with her new position she was a 5 week wait for an appointment. Doesn’t work for me.

Resident Tyler was wonderful, easy to talk to, took a real interest in my concerns, took her time and made good recommendations. She was friendly and professional. Will definitely recommend.

I was not confident Heather gave me good advice. She told me Tylenol would reduce the inflammation and according to a doctor of many years in practice the following day and also a personal friend of mine, told me that Tylenol does NOT reduce inflammation only pain. Pain was never a big problem, the main reason for the visit was the discoloration of the thumb and the swelling as the pain was only 2 or 3 of 10. aAlthough she is my wife's doctor, she was not a good visit for me and i stopped taking the Tylenol the next day after our visit. My wife Mary chose her as her PCP because she was an internist, but I will wait in the future for Dr. James Fitzgerald, wo is my PCP the next time I need service. -

She is very good but the time spent with patient, either 20 or 40 min appts per trinity rules I’m sure is strange to me being a new patient.

Dr Tyler was very kind, considerate and attentive. She went above and beyond my expectations to treat my needs with respect. She listened and to me and made very sound suggestions for me.

I told her I would not be paying for the appointment since I did not receive treatment and needed to leave for another commitment. There’s no reason why someone couldn’t have called me when she said that she had been running late all day.

How to elaborate on exceptional? She is everything we could hope for.Attentive, compassionate, knowledgeable, willing to include other providers, very available in our ailments. One appointment and she has our absolute trust and confidence.

I just don’t know how you can prescribe physical therapy when you actually have no idea what’s going on with my muscles and image would’ve been nice and I’m questioning even why my left arm and hands go numb and I’m thinking I need some type of imaging on that too. Shes a pleasant lady.

Though Dr. Taylor is not my primary care provider, she took the time to read my files and asked questions about prior health challenges not related to the current visit. I was impressed by that.

She was very scattered and seemed not very knowledgable. I had to remind her I couldn’t take certain drugs, and some of her responses seemed very pedestrian.

First time with this Doctor and I felt safe and understood. They gave helpful advice and were a bright spot in my early morning. I haven't been to the doctor in a while so it was a nice surprise to find someone ready to work with me at my level.

Dr. Heather Tyler is hands-down. The best doctor I have ever had and if she leaves your practice, I want to go with her to her new practice. That’s how much I like her.
