I felt like he was more about selling a drug or a service then he was about my actual health. I asked him about any super foods that he would suggest or anything I should be doing for or preventing my arthritis. And at one point, he kind of smirked and giggled about something I said that maybe I didn’t understand. So with him being the professional, I would expect him to educate me. I would like to know if there is somebody else in the office, preferably a female. Or if there’s a possibility of getting a female doctor over at the Jenison trinity health. Please let me know if this is a possibility. This was my second year with him, giving him the ability to be more personable and ask me more questions. I am in the service industry, and I felt like this was very dry and uncomfortable.I feel like if you’re going to get into an industry where you’re going to help people and ask questions and see what works for them. Not trying to sell a drug.

Appointment was at 1130 we didn’t walk out of office until 1215 and it was a normal well child that should have only taken 15 minutes. This is the second time with the provider we’ve had to wait over a half and hour to see. Will never pick him again.
