It was horrible. He was 1/2 hour late , which he did apologize for. He didn’t even give me time to get situated on the table/bed before he started checking my ears and move forward. He seemed very put out by my small service dog, who is registered with the State. He didn’t listen to me and my concerns about what was going on with my health. I ended up going to ER where they took an X-ray and I was diagnosed with Acute Bronchitis and Community Acquired Pneumonia. I was prescribed antibiotics. I feel if Dr.Brian had taken the time to do a proper evaluation, treatment would have started that day and I may not have been so sick for a month. I have had bronchitis and pneumonia years ago. I knew what was going on. He wouldn’t listen.

He kept asking me, what I wanted to do for myself so I felt like he wasn't really being helpful because I wanted him to be the doctor and tell me what to do for what I needed to do for my care and for him to give me his medical opinion. I wasn't there for him to ask me what I should do for myself. I had no idea what I had or what I was dealing with. That was why I was there in the first place, to figure out what I had and how to feel better.

Doctor Brian is very nice to me and he will always ask me. Is there any thing I need or any other Questions I have for him. And the nurse and the front desk staff are always very nice to me. .
