I love my PCP and her staff. She is genuinely is concerned and listened and includes me in decision making. She knows my extensive and complicated medical issues and history. She is always pleasant and easy to talk to. I feel very fortunate to have here as my PCP.

Even though Dr. Shellhouse is very busy, she NEVER rushes through an exam and is very knowledgeable of the patient’s condition. She is very professional, very accommodating, and very personable, reasonable, and very much the gold standard for medical professionals. Trinity health should “celebrate” this very exclusive treasure. She is an extension of the core values trinity health would want in the picture window of this highly competitive health care industry.
