I never met her before this visit. The quality of the exam was good but I had to wait for quite a while before going in, then checking out was slow too.

I am a complex patient and The P.A. did good job interacting with me, reached out to my other caregivers as needed, and even reached out to pharmacy during appt to solve problems going on.

It was a last minute call to the office to get treatment for my issue. My regular doctor had a full schedule and the staff got one of the other doctors to see me immediately

I do need to say that I was very disappointed in the handling of a much needed colonoscopy. I need to have mine every 5 years and I got my referral in April, it expired in October and still no call for my procedure. I went to Metro and got in fairly quickly. I was told you were backed up but I feel when you have a family member pass away from colon cancer like my mom did, extra measures should have been taken to get me in. I did not like the way things were handled at all.

i have no complaints. I went in for a physical, and honestly it's been awhile but this one didn't do half the things as the old physicals I used to get did. (from what I remember)
