Dr.Milito is excellent provider but if Mercy don't start improving customer service I'm going to stop doing business with Mercy.

As previously stated, she is an impeccable provider who I respect and trust and would never replace her with any other physician! I feel understood and special and important, which is something I have never had before. I met her. She is amazing 100% I believe she has my best interests at heart which reflects in the course of treatment she provides. I literally cannot say enough positive things about her!!!

This was my second visit to this office. Dr. Milito is very easy to talk with, shows concern for any issues and looks into them immediately and will give you a straight forward answer. Overall has an excellent demeanor, i'm very thankful to have found a doctor that i feel comfortable with.

Dr. Milito is personable and caring. She listens and remembers from visit to visit issues we have discussed. I feel more like a work friend than a patient. She is why I do not want to switch doctors even though I have to travel 2 1/2 hours to visit in person.
