I was extremely impressed with the PA, Blum. That attended to me. She was caring and asked numerous questions. In the end, I think her assessment of my issues was certainly correct. Although I didn't go to the ER as suggested, I did make arrangements to see my GI doctor early next week. In the meantime, I have modified my diet to include more roughage, and less processed food. That seems to have eased my pain.

This office is always on time with out short changing their patients in amount of time needed. Dr Ichino is very good about answering questions.

On one of the questions, it asked me if she informed me of my care. I hit one and accidentally. I meant to hit four. She is a fantastic doctor and it's a great facility. All fours and ten. Yes, I'd recommend.

Jennifer, the nurse practitioner listened carefully to what was ailing me, my concerns, because of other ongoing health issues and medications. Cultures were taken, prescriptions sent and we drove to the pharmacy. While driving I received a phone call from Jennifer saying that after reviewing my file she changed the prescription to a more wide spectrum anabiotic which would better suit my immune compromised system. I so appreciated that she took the time to review file and notified me of her changes. She is a very sweet and caring individual.

The check-in and checkout staff weren’t very efficient and seemed to be bothered at having to do their job, but the back office staff were wonderful

A short wait time. Amazing!! PA listened well and was very thorough. This is the second time I have been to this urgent care and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have recommended it to several people and will continue to do so

I feel like he honored my time that I was supposed to show up. I loved the nurse doctor's nurse that I met with. I felt like he listened to me, took the time to actually know my case, and understand some of my ailments that I had prior to coming in, and doing his best to have me leave a prescription. I'm feeling a thousand times better thanks to him and his willingness to listen. I was very happy with my visit.

Dr. Taguchi was wonderful as was her student in training ( Ryan) Very thorough and informative. At the end of the (rigorous) testing she gave me a diagnosis to give to my cardiologist who referred me, and told me that though my optometrist told me I had macular degeneration, her test results showed that I do not. I would highly recommend her!

Dr. Hardacre was probably one of the most patient, thorough, best doctor experiences that I've had in a long time, taking the time to write everything on the board so that I fully understood where I was in the process, and I very much appreciated it.

Hi. All of the staff were completely professional and very helpful. Ruby was a medical assistant. She was courteous. The doctor, I want to say her name was Veronica. I'm sorry. I don't remember exactly. Victoria was the x-ray tech and Anna was the receptionist. Anyway, all of the staff, especially the doctor, explained everything. She did some touching body tests to make sure because of a fall injury. And I was really, really pleased. So I was delighted to have such a good appointment through a difficult time. Thank you.

Really appreciated the online checkin and approximate wait time. The system was spot on. I also appreciated both the MA and PA who saw me as they were very courteous and took their time getting down to the reason I was sick. Definitely will go back to this location when necessary

Having an appointment was great. Didn't have to wait long in the lobby with the people who were hacking sneezing and coughing. Would have been nice if they masked. I guess I could have put one on myself....

I just recently moved from the North valleys Reno over to Spanish Springs and sparks. I really like the convenience of the facility and being able to make my appointment for the urgent care on my phone in the middle of the night for the next morning. Everyone was wonderful and your medical staff is phenomenal. It definitely deserves more than 10 stars. ⭐️

I really appreciate the dispersed medical facility business model. Having medical access in the north valleys (Reno) with lab services is genius - especially given the prolonged NDOT highway construction project.

Jennifer listened carefully to me, and was kind and thoughtful in her responses. She has followed up with me twice at home and will call when final results are in. It’s actually been a while since I had a PC who cared at this level and I can’t tell you how wonderful it feels. Thank you, Renown, for hiring people like Jennifer to care for us.
