The time spent in the waiting room was really long. Wewere there for an hour and half before even being called back. I feel like it would be good to have one more physician on duty each day, since this happens often and is very hard on children who are feeling poorly. That being said, I also understand we are a small community and might not have enough staff at this time.

The staff was awesome! Very understanding and knowledgeable. I can always rely on Renown for my own well-being and my family's well-being! Very thankful for all the people that work for Renown, they are on it, they know how to get the job done right!!!!!

Mac was outstanding. He took the time to actually listen to what I was telling him about my symptoms, did the necessary exams and explained his findings and recommended treatment in very clear and concise terms. Furthermore, while not being at all preachy or judgmental, he gave me sound, practical and realistic suggestions on a way that I can use in my continuing effort to stop smoking. He is the only health care worker who has ever done this for me. I felt like he actually cared!

I made a appointment earlier in the day, with a short wait was then able to see a physician. Everything was explained clearly to me about what I was seen about. Each staff member I spoke with were respectful, professional and treated me with kindness.

The staff is always nice… Cycles through different & yet all that work with Doctor Kim are always pleasant. As said Kim is a very understanding & she definitely always has my children’s best interest and care.

Honest to God, it was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had going into an urgent care. I was a little reluctant at first, but if that honestly is how it is every time, I don’t know if I will ever go back to the hospital thank you so much.

The experience was very good. My one issue was that I was left waiting for my doctor in the room provided for a rather long time as it appears that the doctor was not immediately informed that I was in there by the receiving person

Staff were pleasant and professional. Doc Deances checked on me many times to make sure my issue was addressed and resolved.
Would most definitely go back for other health related issues I may have in the future that would require immediate attention. ??

The urgent care is always cognizant of what they’re doing. They listen and let the patient know that there is something going on and how they’re going to do the plan of care for treatment. My visits have always been good there and they’ve taken care of the problem that I’ve had in an emergency.

Provider Kimberly Padilla was exceptional! Pleasant, light hearted attitude despite a waiting room of sick people! Attentive, listened, asked relevant questions and provided a solution.
I had scheduled an appointment, arrived early, got called back early and was done and out within 25 minutes! Fabulous! There were several other people in the waiting room when I arrived and I can only assume they didn’t have appointments.
This is a great clinic! Attentive, convenient healthcare in a rural town like Fallon, NV can be difficult to find. This clinic has always been pleasant and available when I’ve needed walk-in care or scheduled lab work. Thank you.

It was wonderful. I was treated with such respect and they listened to me and I'm well now. Whereas I tried banner twice and they told me that I wasn't sick, that I didn't have anything. And I finally got so bad. I went to urgent care and they took care of me and I would recommend it to anybody and everybody. Thank you. Bye.

I'm very grateful for this Medical facility here in Fallon. Excellent care is always provided no matter the circumstances. They will refer you to specialists if the need is there. Dr. Kim Padilla is fabulous.

With 30 years' experience in healthcare, I was impressed with your people. I would not be ill-advised to go back to them again. It was great. They definitely did better than both Walmart pharmacist and the hospital people did. So I would, yeah, I would recommend them highly. I'm sorry that I can't use them for my regular doctor.
