The staff is always nice… Cycles through different & yet all that work with Doctor Kim are always pleasant. As said Kim is a very understanding & she definitely always has my children’s best interest and care.

Honest to God, it was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had going into an urgent care. I was a little reluctant at first, but if that honestly is how it is every time, I don’t know if I will ever go back to the hospital thank you so much.

The experience was very good. My one issue was that I was left waiting for my doctor in the room provided for a rather long time as it appears that the doctor was not immediately informed that I was in there by the receiving person

NP Kim is a treasure. She is knowledgeable and skilled. In addition, she's kind and respectful. I trust her. Fallon is fortunate to have her.

Staff were pleasant and professional. Doc Deances checked on me many times to make sure my issue was addressed and resolved.
Would most definitely go back for other health related issues I may have in the future that would require immediate attention. ??

The urgent care is always cognizant of what they’re doing. They listen and let the patient know that there is something going on and how they’re going to do the plan of care for treatment. My visits have always been good there and they’ve taken care of the problem that I’ve had in an emergency.

Provider Kimberly Padilla was exceptional! Pleasant, light hearted attitude despite a waiting room of sick people! Attentive, listened, asked relevant questions and provided a solution.
I had scheduled an appointment, arrived early, got called back early and was done and out within 25 minutes! Fabulous! There were several other people in the waiting room when I arrived and I can only assume they didn’t have appointments.
This is a great clinic! Attentive, convenient healthcare in a rural town like Fallon, NV can be difficult to find. This clinic has always been pleasant and available when I’ve needed walk-in care or scheduled lab work. Thank you.

It was wonderful. I was treated with such respect and they listened to me and I'm well now. Whereas I tried banner twice and they told me that I wasn't sick, that I didn't have anything. And I finally got so bad. I went to urgent care and they took care of me and I would recommend it to anybody and everybody. Thank you. Bye.

I'm very grateful for this Medical facility here in Fallon. Excellent care is always provided no matter the circumstances. They will refer you to specialists if the need is there. Dr. Kim Padilla is fabulous.

With 30 years' experience in healthcare, I was impressed with your people. I would not be ill-advised to go back to them again. It was great. They definitely did better than both Walmart pharmacist and the hospital people did. So I would, yeah, I would recommend them highly. I'm sorry that I can't use them for my regular doctor.

This was the best experience I’ve had at this clinic in a long time. The gal who greeted was very friendly, the girl who took us back was funny and friendly and the dr was efficient. Please hang on to these employees!

The folks were very professional, courteous, and patient, but the wait time was very unnerving, I wished they'd gave me a time in which I would be seen (2 hours) waiting could have been spent away from others who might not have been as infected by whatever I had.

They treated us with such kindness and compassion when my little boy was sick! He made a mess in the waiting room and they were so sweet to clean it up for us. I was such a worried mama but the Doctor and medical team was able to help me and my son. Would 1000% recommend this place to all of my family and friends for urgent care needs.

On vacation here from Omaha, got a sinus infection, got into the office quickly, was diagnosed by an excellent doctor, and used the medication and then well. Thank you.

It went well and didn’t take too long. And my prescription was ready when I got to the Pharmacy. The Dr was very caring and helped me but I did have questions for her the next day but she wasn’t there so didn’t get to talk to her again about my concerns but I’m feeling better today but not over it. Thank you

The nurse practitioner, Kimberly Padilla, was very professional and caring. She spoke up so my mother could hear her and she took her time and explained everything. She asked a lot of questions and listened very attentively. My sister and I were at the appointment with our mother and Kimberly answered all our questions as well. We had to contact the office later for a question regarding a prescription, and we received a prompt answer.
