I'm neither a doctor or dentist. I did not then and do not now know how to describe my situation even though I have now seen a dentist. I think the people I interacted with (especially the receptionist and nurse practitioner) did a fantastic job in a situation where there was insufficient information available to them.
The nurse practitioner in particular was trying to determine if I had an abscessed tooth. I was quite defensive of my face at the time because of pain. She did a great job and I would happily trust her again if I need urgent care again.
As it turns out, according to the dentist I saw the day after my urgent care visit, I do have an abscess. Great work. Thank you to the lady that was my nurse practitioner for the guidance she gave me to seek a dentist immediately. I would not have sought dental help without her direction. The staff at the dental office told me my condition could have lead to my death in a worst case scenario if I had not sought help.

It would be really nice if there were some imaging capabilities on site, and it definitely seemed like the facility was too small for the number of patients. Given the somewhat limited resources and space though, everybody there is doing a fantastic job. They were friendly, respectful, and helpful, and I felt very well cared for.

I went in with pain in my heart. I was even fast and was handled with much promptness and care. I was so scared and the staff was very caring. I appreciated it during a hard time. They called an ambulance for me and I felt cared even though I was out of it feeling sick. I am very grateful and hope to let that Dr know I am doing much better and after the ER it was my low potassium. I know resources are low at our Renown but they handled everything very nicely.

Great experience, Bhutan the receptionist was not welcoming at all. No compassion or care, very dry and not friendly. But everyone else was very nice and friendly!

I had a very good experience at Renown! The medical staff was tremendous, and the wait time was not long at all.
The one area I would suggest improving is the check-in process. There isn’t a clear line or numbering system to indicate which patient is next, which can make things a little confusing. A more organized system for lining up or keeping track of patients waiting to check in would make the experience even better.

Kim Bedea is awesome. I've always liked her. She's great. She helps me when I come in with my issues and always helps me. Whoever I saw on Friday, I didn't appreciate who she was or what she did for me. I was in distress and she was cold and unfeeling and I don't know her name, but it was not Kim. Thank you.

Travis, the EMT that attended to us, was very professional, very thorough, very efficient. I was very impressed with his bedside manner too. He kept my child calm and he got through everything that needed to be done efficiently and very professionally. So Travis, you need to keep him, okay.

I know the people in this city can be irritating, miserable and unapologetic. But my visit there was excellent. I had people in front of me doing a walk in just complaining about being there so long before they can be seen. To that I say get on your phone and make an appointment. But the staff, nurses and physicians were all awesome! Thank you!
