The two women who did my assessment were very kind.

The facility was really clean, very well kept, very professional, nice. Everybody was very quick. My care was very well received. Second time I've been to this location and very impressed. One of my favorite locations to go to now. And the provider was very attentive, same with my last visit, and I was seen very quickly. It was a little cold in there, but that's totally okay because it's hot outside. And I just appreciate the care and the attention I got.

Yeah, I got seen in less than an hour. They knew pretty much right away what to do, didn't over prescribe antibiotics, gave me a shabdexamethasone, and told me to just take some insights. And that mostly fixed everything. So, yeah, good job.

The time spent in the waiting room was really long. Wewere there for an hour and half before even being called back. I feel like it would be good to have one more physician on duty each day, since this happens often and is very hard on children who are feeling poorly. That being said, I also understand we are a small community and might not have enough staff at this time.

Mac was outstanding. He took the time to actually listen to what I was telling him about my symptoms, did the necessary exams and explained his findings and recommended treatment in very clear and concise terms. Furthermore, while not being at all preachy or judgmental, he gave me sound, practical and realistic suggestions on a way that I can use in my continuing effort to stop smoking. He is the only health care worker who has ever done this for me. I felt like he actually cared!

I made a appointment earlier in the day, with a short wait was then able to see a physician. Everything was explained clearly to me about what I was seen about. Each staff member I spoke with were respectful, professional and treated me with kindness.
