This was one of the best, most efficient doctor's visits I've ever had. The nurse was incredibly professional and quick and the doctor or the nurse practitioner gentleman that I saw was also super awesome and very professional and he even giggled at my humor. When I walked in, there were two ladies sitting to the left training at the left desk and the looks that they gave me when I walked in are not really acceptable. We know that people are walking in sick, not feeling their best and I felt like a bunch of mean girls were staring at me in the school cafeteria in seventh grade. The gentleman that was sitting at the reception desk to the right was super professional, got on top of it, but the ladies that were sitting to the left need to work on their professionalism faces. Overall, it was super awesome. I appreciate you guys.

My urgent care experience was as good as it could have been. I originally scheduled at an urgent care closer to my house, but got a phone call that that location didn’t have x-ray and the receptionist changed my appointment location for me so I didn’t have to go multiple places. I was seen in a timely manner and had imaging done at this location. My concern was treated appropriately and the provider listened to me and was very kind. It was very streamlined which was important when I felt absolutely terrible and didn’t have the energy for multiple locations or visits.

Everyone at the clinic was very nice, from the actual provider that we saw, to the staff that was assisting, to the assistant or nurse that was operating the scale. Everybody was very professional and kind and helpful and they all went out of their way to give us a pleasant experience.

The physician assistant, I'm sorry, MA, was excellent, conscientious, and comforting. The Dr. Des, she's the only one with the name DE something there, was beyond belief excellent, caring, involved in helping me get well. She is superior and followed up with me, called the renowned ER to give them the information. I cannot say enough of how excellent she is, compassionate, knowledgeable, excellent person. Thank you.

I would have given all 10 to the questions the one i said mostly because the care needed could not be provided at that location so they sent me by ambulance to the main hospital on second st where i was well cared for if i would not have heeded the doctors opinion i probably would have died it turned out to be a very severe pneumonia in both lungs. Thank you
