PA Sarah Zalaznik was an awesome PA she answered all my questions and addressed all my concers I would have her treat me anytime.
The front staff and nurse was very professional but more importanly everyone was friendly.
Very happy with my visit.

Dr. Martinez was outstanding. She listened and was able to prescribe appropriate meds for my eye (now completely recovered and next step for my elbow.

Everybody was very professional, very attentive, and I was very impressed with Dr. Martinez. She's an amazing doctor, and I told her if she was in private practice, I would go to her any second.

My PA Aaron Spéciale was absolutely fantastic. He was the perfect level of well educated as well as listening to the patient, asked relevant and active questions. He was incredibly knowledgeable and presented himself like a reliable and trustworthy medical professional should. I told him he was awesome and I’ll happily tell his employer here! He is a 5 star practitioner.

I always go this this urgent care. I have found the providers and staff to be very knowledgeable. They take time to explain everything thoroughly, respond to questions and concerns and also have great follow up. This gives me assurance and trust in following their care plan. Very much appreciate their kind and caring manner.

Dr. Hill was caring, thorough and professional. He explained his diagnosis and potential further steps. He also followed up with me by phone two days after my appointment to see how I was doing. I appreciated that.

Everybody was very professional and the provider in particular was incredibly helpful and thoughtful with differential diagnoses and taking all of the different symptoms into account and navigating multiple different ailments through the visit. So everybody was great. Thanks.

Very impressed with the initial administration. Polite, understanding and aware of expediting my needs. I was waiting for only 10 minutes and I did nor have an appointment. The doctor took time to look at my medical history. She was very methodical and asked a lot of questions. I was confident she prescribed what I needed.

Our MD’s office was unable to see us as a walk-in appointment due to previously scheduled appointments but indicated we could go to a Renown Urgent Care Center. We arrived and were seen in a timely manner and our provider was excellent. She listened carefully to our history and asked appropriate questions to help develop a plan and did testing to rule/out possible causes of our symptoms. She provided a plan and appropriate medication was prescribed. We received test results promptly and were able to obtain our medications within several hours after our appointment concluded. Excellent experience.

We recently moved to NW Reno which makes the Summit Ridge Urgent Care the closest urgent care we trust, and I’ve now been there twice (once for my son and once for me). Both times we had about as good of an experience as you could expect while feeling terrible. I will definitely continue to go to this location should we ever need an urgent care again.

My experience with the renowned urgent care at this location was exceptional. The doctor there treated me extremely well. I came in with kind of an embarrassing situation and it was uncomfortable and he knew right off the bat that it was something that I was feeling uncomfortable with and wanted to make me feel safe and secure there and know that I was going to be taken care of. He had a student doctor come in as well during the examination and she was very well trained. She was very knowledgeable and very nice. Both of them treated me very well and I had a very well experience. Overall, this was a wonderful experience and I really appreciate the doctors who helped me in this situation. Thank you.

The receptionist did a good job at finding my insurance and confirming I was covered there and then I was brought in really quickly and the nurse practitioner was very efficient, capable, and diagnosed me and gave me some antibiotics and I was on my way in no time. Great experience. Thanks.
