The provider wisely sent me to the hospital. It took 2 days to identify metapneumovirus, for which nebulizer treatment was not recommended. You might add that to your list of swabs. I was not the only person at South Meadows with this virus.

I arrived 15 minutes before closing on a Saturday night and nobody on the staff made me feel like I was delaying their ability to leave for the day. Everyone was kind and aided me quickly. It was a fantastic experience overall for Urgent Care.

I felt valued from the moment I stepped in, from how I was greeted in the reception area to being promptly shown to an exam room. The PA was very attentive and thorough in explaining what she thought occurred. Then she followed up again in great detail following x-rays. X-ray tech was also kind and caring. And the nurse, I believe, that came and put a boot on my foot. My experience was very, very favorable. In fact, I told both of my adult children if they ever had need for an urgent care visit that I would recommend they go see you. So thank you very much.

Yes, I pressed the wrong button, first of all. The receptionist was very helpful. I didn't mean to press one. I meant to press four. I was treated rapidly, seen rapidly, and was treated with care, and I really got a lot out of the visit in a positive way.

By FAR the best experience I’ve had at an urgent care facility, particularly the physician. Extremely kind, patient, personable, clear, and compassionate. Obviously I hope to avoid a return visit, but if I find myself in that position, at least I’ll know I’m in great hands.

After being sick for a week, it was so nice that Dr. Carter took how I was feeling seriously and thankfully even though I didn’t have pneumonia, I appreciate that she did a full work up and got me on the appropriate antibiotics so I could start feeling better.

There was a gentleman who didn't help me who was a receptionist who was calling other patients psychotic as we were all sitting in the waiting room. And so I thought that was pretty embarrassing for him. And I felt that's the other ladies that worked there because he was going on and on about how this lady was psychotic about trying to get workers comp. I just didn't feel like that was super appropriate. Yeah.

Hey, I saw the physician there at your urgent care. She went over my condition and recommended that I go to the ER. So I went to the renowned ER and was admitted that night and got good care at the hospital. The physician at the urgent care gave me just the right amount of information and you know, gave me that little extra push to get over to the emergency room, which was really needed in my case. I think she's done a great job and hopefully you guys throw her some kudos. Thanks.

This was the best experience that I've had at an urgent care since being up here in Northern Nevada. I met with doctor, or well, not doctor, physician and assistant, Greg [ ], and he was phenomenal. Took the time to speak with me, followed up and checked on me afterwards, really made sure that I understood what the possible diagnoses would be. And I've never felt like a medical provider cared as much about me and my experience and my health than Greg. And I could continue to go on and on, but I just wanted to make sure that the facility knew that he is by far the best provider that I've had at Renown.
