In my 30 year experience here in Reno, I have never had a poor experience at the Summit Ridge Urgent Care. This has not always been the case at other offices. At the Summit Ridge office I have found that the staff is always respectful and courteous, the doctors/ nurse practitioners are professional and care about their patients. They always listen and ask clarifying questions to understand exactly what is going on. I appreciate how thorough they are in treating patients. This is my preferred urgent care office.

I am a late identified autistic who has had a tough time figuring things out since that breakthrough. Since I was a kid, hospitals, doctors, dentists all sort of overwhelmed me, and I'd come to basically put off or completely avoid having to engage with the medical system. When the doctor at the Urgent Care facility looked down my throat and said, "You should really go to the ER", I was filled with dread because I didn't think I'd be able to navigate that experience on my own. I was really scared that I would melt down and cause a scene.
However, 100% of that dread was unnecessary. It really felt as if, at each phase of the experience, the right person with the perfect demeanor was guiding me through the process. While my heart was apparently racing for most of the day (quite common when I'm in any novel experience), every interaction from triage through discharge reinforced a feeling of safety and certainty of care that I have rarely experienced. I only get a few characters in this field, but I could give genuine compliments for everyone that helped push everything forward. Thanks to everyone for helping me get better.

Dr. Bogart was great and was very kind, and my husband and I really appreciated how he explained to our daughter that she should only let someone look at her private area with mommy or daddy in the room. And we just really appreciated his awareness of voicing that to her even at three years old. So really appreciated that. He did great and was wonderful. The front desk gentleman was not very friendly, but other than that, it was a great experience. So thanks so much.

This location truly represents the best of the best! Regardless of who may be rotating through, the core staff are consistently amazing, kind, considerate, compassionate, and genuinely caring.
The doctors and PAs are equally impressive. They are always respectful, engaged, and attentive, and I never feel rushed during an interaction. It’s clear that the entire team takes pride in the care they provide and in making people feel heard, valued, and well cared for.

Receptionist was short and seemed annoyed to be there. It was the same receptionist as in a previous visit, same kind of treatment. First time I rubbed off as possible having a bad day. He did not even responded to my good morning greeting.

The guy that was very competent, but very rude. The rest of the visit was fantastic. I really wish all of the Renown facilities were this efficient, especially urgent care and emergency. I purposely drive by several facilities to get to this one.

Medical assistant Eva was careful during my procedure (flushing out my ear). She checked if I was fine multiple times. The NP who saw me (has "CA$H" tattooed on her knuckles) explained things well and gave me strategies for preventing the health issue in the future. Good bedside manner and helpful patient education.

Hi, I want to say some very positive things about Dr. Hill when I came to urgent care. I had a situation with my eye and I didn't know if it was infected or not and we talked about all of the different scenarios that it could possibly be. He gave me a prescription for antibiotic just in case it did turn out to be infected and he was right. And as soon as I started taking it, all of my horrible symptoms in my eye went away. He was wonderful to work with.

It appears that in the past the urgent care site I went to had more resources to treat a patient the it does now.
It is however the best place where a patient can get a referral to right doctor.

My doctor Jamie Marriot listened to me and was excellent doctor for Me and helped me with tic bites and the staff was excellent .This was not my first time at renown summit ridge and they are excellent .I have my doctor but they aren’t there on Saturday and Sunday and I will always go to summit ridge renown

Dr. Cathy was very pleasant, sent me a nice email once she had the second results done. He really appreciated that. Reception team has a very tough job with all that horrible construction going on right at the edge of the parking lot. They were very professional and pleasant. I might suggest some staff appreciation for tolerating all of that construction. ? a good team you have their.

Renown system. I feel I have always received the best care from the MA to the PA that I see. I have always been treated with respect, kindness and professionalism. I would like to recognize on this visit the MA Belen and the provider Catherine Topher Diaz.
