I’ve ( unfortunately) had to use Urgent Care a couple of times recently for two different reasons. As always, the entire staff is friendly and efficient. I came in late in the day as a walk-in. Wait time was minimal and I was quickly patched up. Thanks

The entire experience from check-in to seeing Dr. Thole was seamless. This was my first time using an urgent care and a Renown affiliated institution. Convenient, expedited healthcare, delivered in a professional manner- this is what I expect and experienced first hand. Thank you for having this urgent care available and open on a Sunday. It prevented an unnecessary ER visit.

The entire staff was friendly and helpful from the start. My nurse was very friendly and a joy to be around and Nate G. was knowledgeable and helpful. He understood my needs and facilitated a great plan to get me back to work.

I have been treated at Renown Urgent Care Summit Ridge many times and so is my wife over the past several years. We've always been delighted with the quality and professionalism of the care, the courtesy and knowledge of everyone we dealt with and the outcomes have been excellent. So I'd like to give Renown Urgent Care Summit Ridge the highest rating. They are about a five minute drive from our house. We are happy to go there because it's convenient, but we're also happy to go there because of the quality of the care.

I had a really good experience actually there. I moved from out of state here and this was the first doctor I've seen and Aaron seemed to really care. I have ulcerated gelitis as well and where I told him I can't do normal stomach antibiotics and stuff, he made sure to only give me ear once and made sure to send me with some protonics as well. He listened very intently and helped me come up with a really good solution and plan and provided me with a doctor's note. I would totally recommend this location. The entire staffing was so nice and polite and they cared and they didn't sit there and badmouth any patients in the back area. Overall, it was a really, really good experience. Renown, if you would say. But yeah, I had a great experience there.

I went in completely gross and feeling like I was going to die after vomiting all night. Thank god for renown urgent care and its staff. They got me in and treated so quickly. I really did not want to go to urgent care because I thought I would be stuck in a waiting room for hours but it was honestly such a pleasant experience. I’m very thankful that my husband made me go!
