Medical assistant Eva was careful during my procedure (flushing out my ear). She checked if I was fine multiple times. The NP who saw me (has "CA$H" tattooed on her knuckles) explained things well and gave me strategies for preventing the health issue in the future. Good bedside manner and helpful patient education.

Hi, I want to say some very positive things about Dr. Hill when I came to urgent care. I had a situation with my eye and I didn't know if it was infected or not and we talked about all of the different scenarios that it could possibly be. He gave me a prescription for antibiotic just in case it did turn out to be infected and he was right. And as soon as I started taking it, all of my horrible symptoms in my eye went away. He was wonderful to work with.

It appears that in the past the urgent care site I went to had more resources to treat a patient the it does now.
It is however the best place where a patient can get a referral to right doctor.

My doctor Jamie Marriot listened to me and was excellent doctor for Me and helped me with tic bites and the staff was excellent .This was not my first time at renown summit ridge and they are excellent .I have my doctor but they aren’t there on Saturday and Sunday and I will always go to summit ridge renown

Dr. Cathy was very pleasant, sent me a nice email once she had the second results done. He really appreciated that. Reception team has a very tough job with all that horrible construction going on right at the edge of the parking lot. They were very professional and pleasant. I might suggest some staff appreciation for tolerating all of that construction. ? a good team you have their.

This is the best urgent care in the
Renown system. I feel I have always received the best care from the MA to the PA that I see. I have always been treated with respect, kindness and professionalism. I would like to recognize on this visit the MA Belen and the provider Catherine Topher Diaz.

I had injured my left forearm Tuesday night. First thing Wednesday I made an appointment for 10 a.m. I arrived a few minutes early and was called a few minutes after 10. My medical assistant was very professional. She cleansed the wound and dressed it. Per instructions, I removed the dressing on Saturday. It is already really healed! I have always had a good experience at this urgent care. Thanks

PAC Adam was so helpful--I regularly get UTI's that are super painful but don't culture out until 3 days into the infection. He gave me [RX] 7 days & feel better. He also advised me to check Renown rx to find the [RX] Dr Falk wants me on but is not available anywhere else in Reno.

Despite the construction noise and parking confusion, the staff was courteous and helpful. The entire walk in experience was an hour. That's a '10'!

Likely the best experience I have ever had at an urgent care. Staff was friendly and the was exceptional! She was the first to call me and let me know the results of an ultrasound she was able to schedule the same day after results were read in the early evening. Great experience!

although my hearing aid wasn't working I found it a little difficult to understand. I also was feeling so dizzy & nausea I didn't make it to emergency. I plan on going the 7th.
