The physician's assistant was very knowledgeable and kind. He listened with care and compassion and helped to fill me with relief. The prescription he recommended gave me immediate relief for my eyes. The receptionist and intake persons were exceptionally thoughtful and empathetic. Grateful to have such exceptional care close to home. God Bless

Much gratitude to all who were involved in my care. When glucose is high for a prolonged period, you haven’t had proper or enough rest, and you’re dehydrated to the point of needing treatment in the ER recall is difficult and emotional regulation can be weak. Everyone was very informative, hard working, caring and patient. That is no easy task in a busy hospital much less ER. I greatly appreciate the quality medical care, pleasant and communicative dispositions, patience, professionalism and support being exercised consistently at Renown.

Pleasant and efficient scheduler (on the phone). Receptionist at Summit Ridge was very friendly. Nurse Practitioner Francis diagnosed my issue and immediately ordered a topical antibiotic to treat the problem. Five stars!

Booked an X-ray online thru website at the NW Sharlands location. 05/17. When I arrived there was a note on the door. No X-rays today. The front desk attendant should have ability and access to view scheduled upcoming online appointments and call scheduled X-ray patients to refer to another location. Not a huge inconvenience as other location is very close by. But attendant at Sharlands location very apologetic and very helpful and very nice

Hi, the doctor was very thorough in his explanation and prescribed an antibiotic and an antibiotic cream when I was talking with him in the office. However, when I went up to Walgreens, they only had the antibiotic pill, not the antibiotic cream. So that was the only nafu, if you will. I never did get a call back regarding whether I was supposed to get that cream or not. My injury seems to be quite healed, although there's a little bit of a lump at the site. So yeah. Anyway, that was my feedback for you. Thank you.

The provider wisely sent me to the hospital. It took 2 days to identify metapneumovirus, for which nebulizer treatment was not recommended. You might add that to your list of swabs. I was not the only person at South Meadows with this virus.

I arrived 15 minutes before closing on a Saturday night and nobody on the staff made me feel like I was delaying their ability to leave for the day. Everyone was kind and aided me quickly. It was a fantastic experience overall for Urgent Care.

I felt valued from the moment I stepped in, from how I was greeted in the reception area to being promptly shown to an exam room. The PA was very attentive and thorough in explaining what she thought occurred. Then she followed up again in great detail following x-rays. X-ray tech was also kind and caring. And the nurse, I believe, that came and put a boot on my foot. My experience was very, very favorable. In fact, I told both of my adult children if they ever had need for an urgent care visit that I would recommend they go see you. So thank you very much.

Yes, I pressed the wrong button, first of all. The receptionist was very helpful. I didn't mean to press one. I meant to press four. I was treated rapidly, seen rapidly, and was treated with care, and I really got a lot out of the visit in a positive way.

By FAR the best experience I’ve had at an urgent care facility, particularly the physician. Extremely kind, patient, personable, clear, and compassionate. Obviously I hope to avoid a return visit, but if I find myself in that position, at least I’ll know I’m in great hands.
