We recently moved to NW Reno which makes the Summit Ridge Urgent Care the closest urgent care we trust, and I’ve now been there twice (once for my son and once for me). Both times we had about as good of an experience as you could expect while feeling terrible. I will definitely continue to go to this location should we ever need an urgent care again.

My PA did a wonderful job removing over 2 dozen splinters I had after a fall in the yard’s fence! She’s a wonderful human! Please give her a raise!!!

I had an excellent experience at Summit Ridge with the nurse practitioner, Jacobson, but all of the people have been terrific at this facility.

The Staff treated us well took my Grandson he was not feeling well the Dr. Was very gentile and diagnosed him and given instructions for my Grandson

I am very grateful to be feeling better since my visit. Provider Adam Serfoss listened to my concerns and prescribed medications that helped to resolve my issue rapidly. Excellent staff from check-in to check-out.

My experience with the renowned urgent care at this location was exceptional. The doctor there treated me extremely well. I came in with kind of an embarrassing situation and it was uncomfortable and he knew right off the bat that it was something that I was feeling uncomfortable with and wanted to make me feel safe and secure there and know that I was going to be taken care of. He had a student doctor come in as well during the examination and she was very well trained. She was very knowledgeable and very nice. Both of them treated me very well and I had a very well experience. Overall, this was a wonderful experience and I really appreciate the doctors who helped me in this situation. Thank you.

The receptionist did a good job at finding my insurance and confirming I was covered there and then I was brought in really quickly and the nurse practitioner was very efficient, capable, and diagnosed me and gave me some antibiotics and I was on my way in no time. Great experience. Thanks.

Excellent care and concern provided by the P.A. He was extremely knowledgeable and skilled. He completely understood my health issues and needs upon examination and conversing with me. He provided me with the appropriate medication and plan of care for me.

I feel like he honored my time that I was supposed to show up. I loved the nurse doctor's nurse that I met with. I felt like he listened to me, took the time to actually know my case, and understand some of my ailments that I had prior to coming in, and doing his best to have me leave a prescription. I'm feeling a thousand times better thanks to him and his willingness to listen. I was very happy with my visit.

When I came in, it was awesome. They got me right in. The nurse practitioner, doctor was fabulous, helped me out, made me feel comfortable, and got me out as soon as possible. She was very efficient.

Medical Assistant Daisy is always kind and gentle with our daughters when they are seen.

The entire staff was wonderful. I brought my 3 year old in and the staff were accommodating and worked so kindly with him. I couldn’t have expected better if I’d been at an actual pediatric office. The nurses were patient when he got scared, they knew the perfect tricks to get him to take his medicine, and left feeling proud of himself.
Also, we were in and out in like half an hour so that was awesome too!
