I was blown away! Total time in and out of office was 30 - 45 mins. Everyone I interacted with was lovely! Office was clean and both Nurse and PA were on it! When I left I legit called 3 people and told them if they have to go to urgent care def go to this one! Thank you!

Dr. Hill immediately identified my AFib and sent me to the hospital, which was the best thing he could have done, and I thank him very much for that.

The physician I saw at Summit Urgent Care was so incredibly helpful when my usual NP’s office was not helpful at all to get me a refill on my prescription. Thanks to the staff at Urgent Care, I was able to start my prescription right away instead of delaying it like the Robb office wanted me to do. The scheduling lady I talked to on the phone before going to urgent care was incredibly kind and empathetic to my situation as well. Although I recognize Urgent Care should not be used for prescription refills, these employees were very accommodating and made me feel heard.

The Staff was great, helpful, moved me along thru all stages quickly. X Ray, Nebulizer, and Dr Hill was very helpful.
Without a doubt the best Clinic care I have EVER RECEIVED. I hope I never have to go back.... but if I have another medical issue such as I had Summit is where I will always

Hi, I was seen by McKenzie and McKenzie took the time to listen and seemed to really care and was experienced and very educated and was able to provide the best course of action to get me better in the shortest period of time without unnecessarily giving me antibiotics unnecessarily. So really appreciate it. Thank you so much.

I like the idea that I could wait in my car and have them call me when the provider was ready. There was a lot of coughing of others sitting in the waiting area so I was glad I could wait in my car. I did not have to wait a long time to be seen.

Provider was exceptional. No problems whatsoever with the care I received. The only reason I gave a score of 9 and not a 10 was do to the receptionist who checked me in. Seemed very judgemental and annoyed to be there. Plus she was playing on her phone the whole time.

I live close by snd only want to go to this clinic. There are others in the area . However, l always have a good experience with staff and the best foctors come here and are so concerned exhibit human kindness and are helpful in finding follow through conections .
