My PA listen and carefully research the medicine I could take and a strong but safe does. I have failing kidneys so she was careful. She also gave me a shot to jump start the process. I have had this UTI too long so she was concerned about sepsis.

Provider was very professional! She listened to all my concerns and took time to understand my underlying conditions! She was also one of the few people that I have had that realizes that I do understand my body and what I need. She is highly competent and I would trust her with anything!

S. Gentile provided excellent care! I was feeling so ill and tired before coming to urgent care. I explained all what was going on and she made me feel heard and explained everything to me. She covered all the symptoms I was having and educated me on follow up if necessary. She was very knowledgeable and my experience even being incredibly ill was 10/10!

My Nurse Practitioner, Aaron Williams, was thorough, kind, concerned and caring. I also received a phone call from him upon receiving additional test results. I wish he could be my Primary Care medical professional.

I'm very happy with Summit Ridge Urgent Care. The staff there are professional, respectful, and they're very good attention. I was a walk-in, and I was seen within three quarters of an hour. I think that's good, because I'm a registered nurse. And I think the APRN who saw me, I think her name was Marissa, was awesome. So I'm very, very happy that this is renowned, and I am a part of renowned staff. Thank you.

Friendly attentive staff. Seen quickly had made a walking time online. Only thing was communication was not up to par. No way of communicating once results came in and sent to a wrong pharmacy.
Other than that would use again if needed

I went to have my ears cleaned out because I couldn't hear anything. I couldn't make an appointment because my hearing was completely blocked. They were very helpful and considerate and saw me with almost no wait.
