My Nurse Practitioner, Aaron Williams, was thorough, kind, concerned and caring. I also received a phone call from him upon receiving additional test results. I wish he could be my Primary Care medical professional.

I'm very happy with Summit Ridge Urgent Care. The staff there are professional, respectful, and they're very good attention. I was a walk-in, and I was seen within three quarters of an hour. I think that's good, because I'm a registered nurse. And I think the APRN who saw me, I think her name was Marissa, was awesome. So I'm very, very happy that this is renowned, and I am a part of renowned staff. Thank you.

Friendly attentive staff. Seen quickly had made a walking time online. Only thing was communication was not up to par. No way of communicating once results came in and sent to a wrong pharmacy.
Other than that would use again if needed

I went to have my ears cleaned out because I couldn't hear anything. I couldn't make an appointment because my hearing was completely blocked. They were very helpful and considerate and saw me with almost no wait.

It was great but when I needed help after for paperwork it was a nightmare to get to talk to them. Dr Rachael was excellent but I needed more help and could not get it.

Getting in to see the doctor was easy and while I realize there are many patients seeking care, this clinic and the physician were timely and effective. Dr. Hill is someone I could easily accept as my family practice primary physician.

Dana Julian was very thorough and caring about my concerns. She asked good questions to understand why I was hurting and had good advice for me.
I would like to see her again if I have a problem in the future!
Also the student helper who was with her seems like she will be an excellent professional in the future.

Reception was very efficient and personable. Lindsay, the nurse, was just outstanding. She was kind, asked smart questions, but was incredibly thorough in trying to identify what was going on. Thank you.

This is by far the best urgent care clinic that I've ever been to, all three visits. All the doctors take me seriously, and the guy that did my x-rays was so helpful and polite, and he also did my x-rays last year.

This was my best experience I’ve ever had at urgent care, Dr. Lindsay was the best doctor I’ve had, she made an impossibly hard situation bearable, she treated me with kindness and empathy, she went above and beyond and you can tell she really cares about her patients. She took her time with me, made sure she explained everything and that I understood, I think she is the best doctor in Reno.

Dr. AJ was very though in his treatment. He took the time to look at past events and gave very good context about the best way to move forward. Very personable. He did a great job. All of the doctors we have seen at this urgent care has been great.

Kala Scoggin was fantastic. I appreciated her reading my MyChart so she knew some of my issues. She was pleasant, professional and very helpful and knowledgeable. If she were in private practice, I’d love to be her patient.
