I was greeted so professionally. I want to thank the staff from the front desk to all the staff who assisted me. I could see all the people around me either unwell or just getting labs in good spirits due to the staffs kindness and compassion.

I honestly had a great experience. The whole visit from entry to exit was maybe 40 mins. Everyone was very nice, kind and fast. I appreciated the entire experience.

We appreciate the online appointment scheduling. The receptionist was efficient and effective as well as easy to work with and patient.
PA Jamie Marriot was excellent on all fronts. Asked plenty of questions and answered our questions as well. Recommended treatment is ongoing with positive results so far.

I loved the nurse assistant and the nurse practitioner Trina was amazing. Treated me with respect, checked my symptoms and made recommendations to improve my daily living as well as handled the situation before it escalated into an emergency. They provided the right medication to tackle my symptoms. They actually cared not just gave an impression of aiding someone in need. Loved them, I will be coming back if I start feeling ill again. Phenomenal customer service skills and mannerism. I was highly impressed from my last experience there.

I was only there for about 3 minutes after checking in, when they called me in to the exam room and things went fast from there. My PA was very friendly and attentive. I was in and out in only about 30 minutes.

Marin the NP was fantastic. I can’t imagine urgent care is the most fun place to practice medicine but she was so positive and high energy and treated me like she genuinely cared about my health. She also made the follow up call to me and again was so kind and informative and patient. Cannot say enough good things about her as a NP.

Both the MA and PA that took care of us were amazing! I often find that urgent cares are not well equipped for or used to caring for small children but I didn’t feel like that at all with this visit. Both of them put my toddler at ease and spoke to her in an age appropriate way to make sure she understood everything that they were doing. The PA listened to my concerns as a mom and validated what I was seeing. She made sure I was an active part of the plan of care which I really appreciated. Despite having a busy waiting room, I didn’t feel like we were rushed at all in the room and we were called back in a very timely manner. This was hands down the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had

Fastest turnaround ever! Just 26 hours between initial consultation and test results. I was sent for an ultrasound and a blood test and I had both at 75 Pringle in less than 24 hours. The results came in a few hours later. All clear. Thanks!!

I liked being able to make an appointment online. I was able to sign in right away and only had to wait a few minutes to see a doctor. All staff involved were courteous and professional.

My provider was amazing! I felt like they really listened, understood, and explained what I needed to know. I often get written off for being anxious and was so relieved to have someone still take me seriously and address my concerns in a kind and professional manner.
