They said I needed MRI they don't do that there. So sent me somewhere else and they don't do them. I'm confused ?

The front office staff were welcoming and quickly checked me in. A friendly nurse? took my vitals and history. He was thorough and very easy to talk to so I felt comfortable My doctor was inquisitive and intelligent. He was confident within his knowledge base and also asked pertinent questions as needed. Great experience overall and I will continue to go here when I need urgent care!
* I also appreciate the evening hours since I work overnight shift

This location is getting better. I’ve had several bad experiences at this place by the doctors. The last time the doctor was mad at me for not taking my teen immediately to the ER for appendicitis. Ok, I’m not a doctor so that’s why i brought him to urgent care first. The rest of the staff have always been great though.

Administration to check-in was great. The practitioner or nurse assistant, medical assistant was great. And the doctor, I loved him. It was nice to have somebody that listened to me and knew exactly what to do.

Given what I had going on, leaving with undiagnosed is frustrating. "Limited to what we can do here" is not something you expect from a nurse. I feel like antibiotics were given without a confirmed bacterial infection and me being sent on my way was just a bandaid or to pacify. You have a good facility and I've been there before. This time wasn't as great as I still am dealing with the same symptoms I walked in with last Friday.

I messed up and pressed the wrong button on the first question. Everybody was really awesome there and very helpful and very on top of it and they were really quick. I had surgery at this location in 2015 and found the experience very pleasant, all things considered. A lot of it I could trace to a strong workplace culture. In years since, I've heard many complaints about how "Renown just isn't what it used to be" or "they seem more focused on turnover than treatment." I expected ER to be rough.
I was pleasantly surprised that, at least outwardly, the experience was as positive as it was 12 years ago. Between sharing a "One Piece" joke with the ultrasound technician to the ease of intake to the attendant clearly explaining every step and, approximately, how long it would take to set up the next test and what it entailed, there was a warmth and intentional attention to the patient.

I just want to say Melissa did a really good job. She also called and followed up with us and spent the time really explaining everything about my daughter, made sure she understood, made sure I understood, and was really thorough. And I just thought she was really wonderful. So thank you.
