I feel very fortunate to have Kevin Jensen, P.A.-C. as my attending physician. He was very thoughtful, and accurate in my diagnosis. I was well taken care of and felt he went above & beyond in finding other issues to be addressed. Thank you to all of the support staff, you make it all come together.

In 2020 my husband had kidney cancer surgery and they treated him very well. Now I'm here due to a tumor on right side of brain. Monday they will remove it. My Grandson was here also back in December 2025 with a tumor on his left side of brain and he too was very taking care of. I just want to thank you all for taking care of all of us and we greatly appreciate you all.

My care provider was Kala Scoggin PA-C, she is an excellent resource for care. She took time with me, made helpful suggestions. Helped me come up with a plan of action if I have a similar health care concern in the future. I felt that she is the best care provider I have found along with my new Renown cardiology provider.

Hi, I just wanted to share my experience. The doctor that I had was great. He was friendly and receptive. However, my only complaint is when I walked in, nobody greeted me. Nobody asked me what I was there for, ignored me, and then took another patient before me because I was in a line that they didn't see. And then also, when I came out to ask for a printout, the doctor had printed out for me. There was a girl sitting at the desk. I didn't see her. Another girl walked out, saw me, didn't say anything to that girl that I was there. There was a patient waiting. So the customer service could be improved on a little bit. Thank you.

The wait wasn’t long at all. Staff were all attentive to our needs and very friendly and helpful with my little one. We had to try and make her pee and they set everything up and blocked a bathroom up for her with a tray so I didn’t have to try and get a 3 year old to pee in a cup, they let us stay as long as needed. I got a call back about results immediately after leaving the office and we had a plan to get my little better. I appreciated how well taken care of we were at the visit.

I thought the people at Urgent Care in Renano and Los Gatos did an excellent job. In fact, I'm already going to get a referral to see my problem. And so I really do appreciate their work and their ethical conduct, and they did a great job. Thank you.

Unfortunately, I get to visit a lot. But, I must say, I feel very well taken care. I feel like everyone in this facility makes you feel like they care. Always friendly and kind and patient with me. The nurse was wonderful. Talked me through everything, was gentle and reassuring. The doctor was wonderful too. She seemed legitimately concerned about me and answered my questions. I was extremely grateful that I went in, I didn't realize I was so sick.
