I was seen promptly. Nurse Practitioner Jennifer Frusteri was absolutely terrific. Listened to my issue, discussed options for treatment. She was very reassuring and made me feel comfortable asking questions or contacting the urgent care if things were not improving. She would be an asset to any practice. You are lucky to have her.

While the desk staff were not very nice or friendly, the medical assistant and PA that took care of me were excellent!

No one likes having to see a doctor, especially me. However, the people at Renown are always very kind, and in this instance, took care of my ear problem. It is kind of wait and see if the PA's recommendations, regarding my allergies and affected eye will work. Both the nursing assistant and the PA get a thumbs up from me.

I thought this care facility was probably one of the best ones I've been to in a long time. I only wish this physician assistant or doctor who saw me, I wish I could have her for a primary doctor because she was very good, very thorough, and I was very comfortable with the help. Thank you.

Our doctor did a great job of explaining what she wanted to do. They listened to me about avoiding the ER and she worked it out so that we could get some x-rays done the next day and made sure that my daughter was comfortable and taken care of, answered all my questions and overall I had a wonderful experience.

My first experience was exceptional the Dr she was exceptional in every way second experience not quite as strong. Dr did not explain as much nor did he have what appeared to be the confidence in what he was saying not bad just not as good front staff perfect both times.

Aaron Speciale was an excellent provider. He was personable and went above and beyond. I really appreciated how he took his time to listen to my concerns, clean my wound, and sent an urgent referral follow up promptly after my visit. He is an exceptional professional and genuinely a gem.

From start to finish, I had a great experience at this facility. Reception was very friendly and offered me a wheelchair and the x-ray techs were very kind as well. Jean Adamski was very caring and concerned for my well-being. This is the first time I’ve been to this facility and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you for the great care.

I am very grateful for my care team at the Renown Urgent care and extremely happy the location was open during my time of need! I defiantly needed medical help, but not at an emergency level. It's great to have these urgent care facilities for those of not needing to take up resources at an ED facility

I had immediate onset of symptoms while on the phone with my friend who is a pharmacist. She told me to go to the closest urgent care. I easily reserved a pot online to be seen and within minutes I was given care. While my needs were escalated to the ER, I was grateful to know I had help. I volleyed questions and answers with my care provider and felt seen, heard, and respected. I was nervous abt what my diagnosis was but the provider gave me honest feedback which I appreciated. Thank you Renown for being there when I needed you.

I feel very fortunate to have Kevin Jensen, P.A.-C. as my attending physician. He was very thoughtful, and accurate in my diagnosis. I was well taken care of and felt he went above & beyond in finding other issues to be addressed. Thank you to all of the support staff, you make it all come together.

In 2020 my husband had kidney cancer surgery and they treated him very well. Now I'm here due to a tumor on right side of brain. Monday they will remove it. My Grandson was here also back in December 2025 with a tumor on his left side of brain and he too was very taking care of. I just want to thank you all for taking care of all of us and we greatly appreciate you all.
