My son saw Kevin Jensen. He is the BEST!. He took his time examining my son's rash, ears and mouth. Got him started on medication and he is now back to his normal happy self. Thank you for your amazing care ❤️.

I like that it was open until 9. It's in a convenient area and I really liked that I could see the wait times online for multiple locations and that I could check in online. It was really great. It made everything very fast.

Hi, I went in at 8pm on Sunday night and they got me in and out in less than an hour. They listened to me. There was a training doctor there and she was very thorough and asked great questions and had great bedside manner. It was probably one of the best experiences at an urgent care I've had. Thanks so much.

Kind, friendly and supportive. Then when the test result came in ,Doctor Hill called me to give me another prescription, I was asleep so there Dr. Hill called my husband, was able to get my RX filled and life is beautiful.

I really appreciated the empathy and listening and the thorough nature of my visit. The doctor really listened to all of my concerns, went above and beyond, ordered a lab panel, and then even called me back the next day to discuss the results with me. It was one of the best experiences I've had at Urgent Care. So thank you so much to that team.

Nurse Practitioner Jean Adamski was very thorough and listened to my issues and concerns. She prescribed an antibiotic for me, which was why I went to Renown Urgent Care.

Jennifer, the nurse practitioner listened carefully to what was ailing me, my concerns, because of other ongoing health issues and medications. Cultures were taken, prescriptions sent and we drove to the pharmacy. While driving I received a phone call from Jennifer saying that after reviewing my file she changed the prescription to a more wide spectrum anabiotic which would better suit my immune compromised system. I so appreciated that she took the time to review file and notified me of her changes. She is a very sweet and caring individual.

Hi. All of the staff were completely professional and very helpful. Ruby was a medical assistant. She was courteous. The doctor, I want to say her name was Veronica. I'm sorry. I don't remember exactly. Victoria was the x-ray tech and Anna was the receptionist. Anyway, all of the staff, especially the doctor, explained everything. She did some touching body tests to make sure because of a fall injury. And I was really, really pleased. So I was delighted to have such a good appointment through a difficult time. Thank you.

Really appreciated the online checkin and approximate wait time. The system was spot on. I also appreciated both the MA and PA who saw me as they were very courteous and took their time getting down to the reason I was sick. Definitely will go back to this location when necessary

I just recently moved from the North valleys Reno over to Spanish Springs and sparks. I really like the convenience of the facility and being able to make my appointment for the urgent care on my phone in the middle of the night for the next morning. Everyone was wonderful and your medical staff is phenomenal. It definitely deserves more than 10 stars. ⭐️

The doctor (Kevin, don’t remember his last name) was very quick and efficient in removing my hearing aid tip from my ear. This happened once before with a different doctor at a different clinic, and they had to have someone else hold a flashlight to my ear while they looked for the lost tip. Dr. Kevin had done this before and knew just what instrument he needed to remove it quickly without any assistance necessary.

I was so impressed with the level of care I received here. They ran necessary tests to rule out anything serious and made me feel so seen. From the person who checked me in, to the nurse who took my vitals, the awesome doctor and the sweet lady who took me back to my CT, they were all so nice and compassionate. I was there for a little over an hour, with a head CT! So thank you for listening and providing excellent care. This will be my first choice if I ever need to come back.

After a year and a half of this issue being unresolved by 3 other urgent cares and a dentist I finally came to renown. Renown urgent care at Los Altos has always done a good job. If they are unable to fix my problem they always refer me to a specialist. I really appreciate that. Everyone from beginning to end was very friendly and courteous. Also the facility is very clean. Thank you!!!

Reception was good, but my care provider was amazing. She was very knowledgeable. She was personable. She treated me like a person and not a patient and had a good sense of humor and answered all of my questions quickly and knowledgeably and got everything done that I needed done. So I really appreciated her.

Customer service is the number one importance in this field, such as medical care. The gal that checked us in had a little to no personality, she was all business. I would think in a field of medical that the staff in the front would be a little bit more personable.

Being able to reserve a spot in line is so beneficial especially when you are in pain and can rest at home in comfort until your scheduled time to avoid the extended wait in the facility for drop ins

My doctor was the absolute BEST!! I can't not say enough good things about her. She listened, she made me feel extremely comfortable and knew exactly what the problem was and how to treat it. In my 49 years, I have not ever had a doctor more relatable and understanding as Dr. Dana Julian was. Do whatever it takes to keep her there! She is an absolute asset to you clinic!!

Time will tell but I'm encouraged. One thing: the ankle brace provided was very painful so I went back to the one I came-in with (no laces and better joint stability). I've also gone back to full ace bandage all day, removing it at night, because the swelling was not well controlled otherwise. On the pain front, pain is now a little less. I'm taking a total of 3 Acetaminophen 500mg tabs daily (1 morning 1 noon 1 night). I agree with Dr and I see NO need for pain med. If I'm not back on my own two feet within 2~3 weeks then I'll follow-up.
