I wanted 3 hours to be seen. Then the doctor was concerned and was mentioning sending me to the er. If I needed to go to the er i should not of waited 3 hours to be seen.

I was pleasantly surprised and grateful how smooth the process was as I was feeling really bad. The doctor treated me as a person, had compassion and was very reassuring.

When we showed up the x-rays were not available so we had to return the next day, wait an additional 40 min. To be seen, just to get the images we should have been able to receive on our initial visit.

The nurse practitioner was nice but seemed in extreme hurry to be out of the room. Even though the place was not extremely busy.

I dropped in and the wait time was almost exactly what was estimated by the web site. Care was efficient. Only suggestion would be for additional providers on site since it is prime time for illness. A two hour wait when feeling awful is a long time. Otherwise, a well managed Urgent Care.

Very satisfied with the care given to my daughter. Clinic was very busy but we're seen in a timely manner and given great care.

I thought that the provider that I saw was just amazing. He took his time. He didn't seem rushed with me. He actually, I think, went above and beyond with my care.

The front desk was very helpful in that we found out our pharmacy was out of stock with Tamiflu. She helped me find a pharmacy that had what we needed.

Anna checked us in and was very sympathetic and caring as well as efficient. Jessica the APN came in quickly and she was unbelievably caring and made me feel like she came in to work that day solely to be there to treat me. listened and cared. Probably the most caring and thorough medical treatment that I have received in my 75 years on earth. I am impressed.

The person who checked me in was not the most pleasant person I have to interact with at Renown. I felt like more of a bother than someone seeking help.

Michon and her medical assistant Connor were incredibly kind, helpful and informative. My daughter and I had a great experience despite not feeling wonderful. Thank you, to the entire team! (Sorry I can’t remember the kind receptionist’s name - she was fantastic and patient with us!)

I’ve been going through a very difficult time with my employer, and I can’t thank the team at Renown Urgent Care enough for everything they’ve done. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were attentive, patient, and went above and beyond to help me get all my paperwork in order. Both physicians were not only professional but genuinely compassionate—they listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and helped me feel supported even when my anxiety made things overwhelming. The nurse assistant was incredibly kind, reassuring, and truly made me feel safe and cared for throughout the process. The X-ray tech was gentle, patient, and made sure I was comfortable during every image. Every member of the team made me feel secure, understood, and supported, and they helped me better understand my situation every step of the way. I feel so fortunate to have had such an amazing, caring, and truly exceptional team by my side during a stressful and painful time.

Excellent. Very nice and competent care provider and medical assistant and front desk person. Excellent followup when it was needed with medication changes. One of the best urgent cares I have been to.

The care I received was thorough, thoughtful and efficient. I saw Jaime Marriott and was treated with great care. She examined me, explained her concerns (which were the same as mine) and ordered tests to remove doubt about broken ribs and possible organ damage. I did break ribs but the organs are okay and I felt quite reassured. As prefect an experience as it could have been. I'm grateful.

I showed up rather late they got me in really fast were able to see what was wrong and prescribed the best medicine to treat me. Marissa and her staff were very nice

The care I received was pretty good. There wasn't much that could be done for my situation. I did have previous bad experiences there, mainly my son did, and so it's kind of hard to get past those, but this experience was pretty good.

I had a great experience, the only downside was there was some nasal swab on the floor by the trashcan, which made it feel not the cleanest. But the care from the clinicians was excellent.

I had a great experience. That day was my birthday, and the gal that checked me in, as well as, Dr. Kevin both noticed and wished me a happy birthday. That was sweet. My wait time was a very short. I expected a longer wait time. The medical assistance was thorough, polite, professional & kind. Dr. Kevin arrived very shortly after. He was thorough, professional, kind and informative. My experience was perfect. The best! Thank you Renown employees :)
