Kevin Jensen, PA was exceptional. He listened carefully to what I had going on, asked pertinent questions, then after an exam, recommended a course of treatment and made sure I felt good about that course.

We always go there when we need urgent care. The providers are always amazing. We've only had one time out of all the times we've been there where the receptionist wasn't very nice, but that was one out of a lot of times. That was a long time ago. But yeah, we like going there and we will continue going there and it's very convenient for us. So we love it. Thanks so much.

Marisa Sommers showed impeccable bedside manner. As a nurse myself, I know how busy it can be and that some tasks are easier given to other staff. She collected all his tests herself. She gave him a cold rag because he was vomiting. She held him and loved on him like any mother would hold a child who is sick. She took time to see him, listen to him, understand him, and then comfort him because he was uncomfortable and scared. If she was a floor nurse she would deserve a million daisy awards from what I saw in that room. I’ve never seen a provider care personally in the way she did for my son. He felt safe with her and i appreciated that the most. She is what nursing SHOULD be. RN or NP, she is the image of a good nurse.

Frances was extremely friendly, kind, attentive, and honest. He was unable to tell me exactly what a strange burn on my hip could've been from but he offered some guidance anyway. A few days later I was back at urgent care for my son and Frances informed me that he had gone home and researched my burn and found some information. I was so impressed with his knowledge and care. He didn’t have to look into my burn but he did!

Got in quickly even though I was a walk-in.
The person who registered me was carrying on a personal conversation with the employee next to her as she was registering me. She was not focused on me as the patient at all.

I came home after talking with them and took their suggestion called an ambulance was taken to Renow. They did their job. They knew that I needed more help like hospitalization. I was there for three days.

I just think it would be nice if we had other options when we go into urgent care. I was hoping to get maybe some type of a cortisone shot or something to the knee. The med that she had to work with had done the trick and got me out of most of my pain. But I just think it would be nice if they had some other options in their hands more than physicians. They're, you know, doctors. They should be able to do what they need to do.

Yeah, I had a hand wound that cut my hand open and they had me back in a room in minutes and were very comforting and did a great job. Everybody there, the doctor, the nurses, I was in and out and yeah, they did a great job. Thanks. How do I hang up?

I find that reception, the first impression, is lacking. It wasn't busy when I arrived however I was mostly ignored by all three at the desk for about 2 minutes.
When I was addressed the receptionist was very nice.

Kala Scoggins attended to me. She was a pleasure to deal with. I was encouraged to contact her if the prescribed prescription didn’t clear the problem. She used the same Rx that was successful in 2018 because it worked with no side effects. She said she would change it if results weren’t optimum.
Kala was a very nice lady and so professional. She would be my first choice in Urgent Care for another appointment.

The only negative was the wait for the check in. When I arrived there were 2 clerks, but only 1 was checking in Urgent Care patients. Everyone had to wait for that one Clerk. The other was for X-Rays only. The wait to check it was lengthy and therefore uncomfortable. Once it was my turn to approach the desk, she was extremely friendly and efficient.

Yes, they were very polite and I understood everything they said and did a pretty good thing for the issues I had. So the doctor explained everything and he gave me something to help and he did.

I just want to say that the physician assistant that did see me in the urgent care Saturday morning, I have a lot to thank him for because he referred me to the emergency room, which actually it's a really good thing he did because I had to have surgery on Sunday. They put two stents in me, so I want to thank him for helping save my life. Thank you and have a good day.

I was happy with the services, but the doctor said he was going to call in a prescription for me and I have yet to receive that prescription at Costco in Galleria, so I'm still waiting for that. It's been four days.

Regarding the actual medical staff, doctor, assistant and all that, they did a fantastic job. The individual who was checking us in, however, it's very difficult to explain. However, I had a very difficult time actually conveying to the person that, in fact, I somehow had a new insurance and they could not seem to understand the fact that yes, my insurance has changed and I need to enter the new one and the way they kept asking was as though something so horrendously major had changed as to somehow be able to invalidate our ability to be seen. So it was very odd. Again, difficult to explain, but wow, if my insurance has changed, please just take the ⁇
