I was very pleased with the care I received. A.J Kossol, PA was very attentive and explained my diagnosis and I was able to start treatment and I'm feeling better.

All experiences at urgent care are not good. I do not use urgent care often.

I am totally grateful. These people are professional. Trustworthy. Caring. And give more than expected. They are needed. To the degree of sometimes being life or death. Sometimes bring a cut or sore throat. They are needed.

The staff was very considerate and kind to me, considering I had diarrhea. They never felt made me feel uncomfortable. I would especially like to think Sierra and Jasmine for their wonderful care and thoughtfulness.

I just want to mention physician Jamie Marriott by name, as I came in with severe pain and she was able to diagnose it quickly and accurately. I've been on therapy for several days now and I'm seeing the exact improvement I was hoping for. More importantly, she was inquisitive and guided me through symptoms and exclusions in a very thorough manner and was able to determine exactly what I'm suffering from. I have a follow up visit with a specialist, but simply understanding my condition helped me piece together a long personal history of this particular health issue. Thank you so much for performing your duty so diligently, it's becoming more and more rare these days.

This is the first time I've had a bad experience with a Renown provider.
As a patient I should not have to explain how a medication is taken when my provider is a pharmacist.
I will be requesting to not be scheduled with this particular provider in the future.

Everyone at the facility was really courteous and professional. I felt like my care provider was exceptional in how she listened to me and had concern for my complaint. She was really helpful in giving me some options to help treat it and was just, I would say, overly courteous and respectful to me and really helped me to get a handle on this so that I could feel better soon. I really appreciate all their hard work and I would 100% recommend this facility to anyone that needed to get some medical care.

I was afraid I had shingles but, the care giver thought I had bug bites. I had been working in the yard pulling weeds. I was concerned didn't want it to get bad, since I tend to wait to long. I am happy it was not shingles. Thank you

My visit to the Renown Urgent Care facility on Los Altos was unexpected. I had lacerated my lower right leg late Sunday afternoon. I want to Thank Kevin and Melanie who took care of me in the patient room, they were both friendly and caring along with beings easy to communicate with. Kevin allowed me to elect having stitches to close the wound so I could gain the experience for when I retire early. Melanie was kind and courteous. Thank you

PA took the time to fully explain her diagnosis. I learned a lot about allergies and allergens in the air; helpful as my first experience with this. And the differences with a cold vs allergies.
The gentleman who saw me before PA was very competent and friendly.

David Bunker is the nurse practitioner that saw me and I have to give him high marks. He is the first one in urgent care that ever has listened to me and ever acted like he cared. I appreciate that. He was very, very kind and helpful and I just can't say enough about him. Thank you.

Was put in a boot for my ankle but not told about any follow up or to see anyone else or how long to wear the boot. Don’t know what or who I should see next.

As a drop in from out of state, it was a very good experience. From the desk to the dr care, it was professional, courteous and caring. I hope that I don’t need again, but if I do, it will be either no hesitation.
My sister is a resident there and it will be remembered as a great resource!
