I messed up and pressed the wrong button on the first question. Everybody was really awesome there and very helpful and very on top of it and they were really quick. So I think that overall the customer service and the visit was a super 10. 20. So I would recommend it 20. Have a great day. You guys are awesome. Keep being great.

I had surgery at this location in 2015 and found the experience very pleasant, all things considered. A lot of it I could trace to a strong workplace culture. In years since, I've heard many complaints about how "Renown just isn't what it used to be" or "they seem more focused on turnover than treatment." I expected ER to be rough.
I was pleasantly surprised that, at least outwardly, the experience was as positive as it was 12 years ago. Between sharing a "One Piece" joke with the ultrasound technician to the ease of intake to the attendant clearly explaining every step and, approximately, how long it would take to set up the next test and what it entailed, there was a warmth and intentional attention to the patient.

I just want to say Melissa did a really good job. She also called and followed up with us and spent the time really explaining everything about my daughter, made sure she understood, made sure I understood, and was really thorough. And I just thought she was really wonderful. So thank you.

Good Experience,wait time was longer than expected,however not unusual for quick care and the waiting room was clean and comfortable.Only reason not a 10,isore about me and my personal opinion - I think MD's & RN's should have a bit of knowledge with regards to holistic medicine and nutritional alternatives/options.

Dr. Hill listened to me carefully and did all the testing instantly and kept in touch. Sent us a message the next day to go to ER soon as kidney was shutting and needed emergency attention. Everyone was so helpful and courteous.

I was seen promptly. Nurse Practitioner Jennifer Frusteri was absolutely terrific. Listened to my issue, discussed options for treatment. She was very reassuring and made me feel comfortable asking questions or contacting the urgent care if things were not improving. She would be an asset to any practice. You are lucky to have her.

While the desk staff were not very nice or friendly, the medical assistant and PA that took care of me were excellent!

No one likes having to see a doctor, especially me. However, the people at Renown are always very kind, and in this instance, took care of my ear problem. It is kind of wait and see if the PA's recommendations, regarding my allergies and affected eye will work. Both the nursing assistant and the PA get a thumbs up from me.

Our doctor did a great job of explaining what she wanted to do. They listened to me about avoiding the ER and she worked it out so that we could get some x-rays done the next day and made sure that my daughter was comfortable and taken care of, answered all my questions and overall I had a wonderful experience.

My first experience was exceptional the Dr she was exceptional in every way second experience not quite as strong. Dr did not explain as much nor did he have what appeared to be the confidence in what he was saying not bad just not as good front staff perfect both times.
