The PA who saw me for a plugged ear due to excessive ear wax was the absolute best. She was extremely caring, personable, professional and exhibited the utmost sincerity during my visit! Please see who she was and give her my most highest accolades!

Both the MA and PA that took care of us were amazing! I often find that urgent cares are not well equipped for or used to caring for small children but I didn’t feel like that at all with this visit. Both of them put my toddler at ease and spoke to her in an age appropriate way to make sure she understood everything that they were doing. The PA listened to my concerns as a mom and validated what I was seeing. She made sure I was an active part of the plan of care which I really appreciated. Despite having a busy waiting room, I didn’t feel like we were rushed at all in the room and we were called back in a very timely manner. This was hands down the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had

Fastest turnaround ever! Just 26 hours between initial consultation and test results. I was sent for an ultrasound and a blood test and I had both at 75 Pringle in less than 24 hours. The results came in a few hours later. All clear. Thanks!!

I liked being able to make an appointment online. I was able to sign in right away and only had to wait a few minutes to see a doctor. All staff involved were courteous and professional.

My provider was amazing! I felt like they really listened, understood, and explained what I needed to know. I often get written off for being anxious and was so relieved to have someone still take me seriously and address my concerns in a kind and professional manner.

Maria made check in so smooth! She was caring and super efficient. Elaine then roomed us and was so sweet with my son. She has such a warm presence and immediately put me at ease. Katie Callahan came in and made sure we felt cared for and the we understood what things to look out for if our baby started to show my symptoms. She is someone that I would trust to care for anyone in my family. Ruby then swabbed my son and she was so kind and gentle. Everyone at Los Altos urgent care treated us with such respect and kindness; I would not hesitate to return if needed.

I brought another child to this facility a little over a year and a half ago and was incredibly disappointed in the service. The doctor was obnoxiously rude and had very little sympathy for a hurt child. However, bringing this child, I got a different doctor and they did a fantastic job.

Yeah, the receptionist was really personable, helped me a lot and was just great. Asked me how my day was going and actually wanted to know. And Jamie is the one that saw me and she was absolutely fabulous. I felt totally, totally taken care of and I left there feeling so much better about my situation and everything that was going on. So I got nothing but good things to say about that visit. Thank you.

I appreciate the check-in and hold a slot in advance features. So easy to access online, and reduces wait time by a lot.
Everyone there was attentive and helpful, from front desk to all 3 care providers I saw!

The PA I saw, Kaitlyn was SO nice and so sweet. She really took the time to not only listen to my questions and concerns, but educated me about how to avoid getting this in the future. I really appreciate her.

I wasn’t expecting this amazing experience with urgent care, especially when you’re feeling pain (I had kidney stones)! The front desk, staff did sign me in quickly and got me seeing by a nurse and only a few minutes. The nurse and the doctor were amazing very knowledgeable and got me out of my pain very quickly. Also did a CAT scan. I was out there in a little over one hour. But have to give an extra thanks to the nurse practitioner that was very resourceful. She also follow up next day to see how was my pain management going. Very impressed with Los Altos urgent care Staff and facility.

Fantastic Urgent Care! The workers are so kind, prompt, very caring and genuine. I appreciate the restraint practiced as well. I don’t like when unnecessary X-rays etc is ordered. I prefer a more conservative approach to health care and that was achieved.
