The dr was very empathetic to my migraine and listened to my frustrations trying to get into a local neurologist to see if they could help diagnose a root cause rather than just treat reactive symptoms. Not only did her RX finally knock out my reoccurring pain that had lasted over 3 days but she indicated she would submit an urgent referral to a Renown headache/migraine special unit and let me know that someone would contact me soon to help me diagnose potential root causes. She observed, listened, and treated me as another caring human. Unfortunately, I believe the kindness and empathy she demonstrated was special and is rare when dealing with healthcare from my overall life experiences. Grateful there are still first responder drs like her that remember their professional “why “, are compassionate, and for this positive urgent care experience-it gives me hope. Thank you.

We felt rushed. Not very caring, felt like a burden. The front desk seems to always exaggerate the wait time by a lot. They said they close at 5. Seems like they were trying to discourage us from staying yet said check back in 45 minutes. We were Told wait was till 6:45 and was seen and out of there before 5:15.

I didn't want to go to the hospital. I went to my doctor's the day after and was able to give a urine sample and my blood pressure was down. I just needed to relax.

The welcome committee when I came in was very, very nice. The nurse practitioner was excellent. I don't know if her name was Vanessa or Vara, I forgot already, but she was extremely well informed and explained everything to me and I was very pleased. So thank you very much. Bye.

The receptionist seemed somewhat disinterested and wasn’t particularly welcoming. It was hard to hear her at times. I was a bit surprised she read/summarized various disclosures to me rather than being provided printed or electronic copies to sign.

Experience was ok , test result are terrible.
I had to call 3 times and yet have not been giving results even after being told i would get call back . Nothing.
Also they sent to my chart and have no access to her account.

I just wanted to say I think we always get phenomenal care over at the urgent care right there. And I think we saw Dana and she was fabulous. And I don't know who our medical assistant was, but she was great too. So yeah, all good things. Thanks for taking care of my family.

I was pleasantly surprised by the extent of my health history available to the medical team. I have just move back to Reno after 9 years in Portland where I was treated by OHSU. The Renown folks easily pulled relevant info through EPIC. I was also delighted to receive treatment orders for both a PCP and Cardiologist. I am so pleased with my treatment at the Renown Urgent Care. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

All the staff were amazing, caring and concerned! I have always received top notch service there. The doctor is PA was very knowledgeable and took the time to go over all my concerned. I'm still in pain but that's not their fault....

Every aspect of my visit went very well. Everybody was very pleasant and helpful coming in the door. The assistant that took blood pressure and a sample from her throat did an amazing job. The doctor was amazing. We were in and out in a quick period of time. So again, an amazing experience for being there. And I appreciate all of the great customer service. Thank you so much. Bye-bye.

I felt that your team was very professional. I felt very well cared for. I felt that my nurse practitioner understood what I was asking about and was incredibly helpful. I went in there being very uncomfortable and not sure that I really wanted to be there. And everyone on the team, from the medical assistant to the nurse practitioner, from the front desk as well, were kind and accommodating in every way they could be. So I'm very grateful for that.
