The only issue I saw is that if you don’t have appointment the receptionist informed you have to wait 1 hr and if you feel very sick is really hard, I felt like cry

I waited much longer than I should have because I had them take another patient ahead of me when I was called in; I did this because she had a bloody nose that wouldn’t stop bleeding. Then I somehow got dropped from the waitlist, and had to wait another hour to be seen. A clerical error perhaps.Otherwise it was fine.

The experience throughout the Urgent Care process was stellar with each staff member and the doctor. Same for the Ultra Sound Technician at Renown Hospital and their ER staff. 5 Stars all around.

Time management gets a bit out of control when you have an appointment and then it’s two hours later you finally get seen. Need to separate walk ins and appointment patients.

Dr. Martinez is an exceptional physician and her patient engagement is among the best I have ever experienced. She listens carefully and treated me with respect and empathy. Do everything you can to retain her! Amazing talent

The Nurse practitioner was very nice and explained the procedures/tests that needed to be done in order to rule out concerns. All test were negative. She gave me some helpful advise and told me if I did not feel much better in a few days to come back for further testing and treatment.

I’m a parent of four children. My wife and I are medical providers. My son was sick for a week with fevers. Initially we thought his symptoms were secondary to influenza. Eventually the fever reached 105°. That evening after work I took him to Damonte urgent care. I knew I wanted a viral panel and a chest x-ray. As soon as I got there almost at closing time, I was brought in. Everyone was so courteous and accommodating from the front and back office to the medical/radiology team. They knew my child was ill. He ended up having pneumonia in both lungs. Terrible and life-threatening diagnosis. I left their office once the chest x-ray was completed. The medical provider, Vanessa Moreno PA, called me while I was headed home to notify me of the lung findings, and I returned to the clinic for him to get [RX] injections into his buttocks. He had two injections so that was quite a big ordeal for him. I told the staff he didn’t do well with needles. Certainly about 3 minutes after the injections, he was about ready to pass out in the waiting room. Everyone came out to help that was very sweet of them. My son and I have been through that before. That night we started him on two oral antibiotics for community acquired pneumonia. Within a day his fever was gone. And yesterday, four days after his ordeal, he is much better. Still will have a lingering cough for sometime but he’s back to himself as far as it being a happy and rambunctious young man. I’m so grateful for Renown staffing such a great team. Thank you.

The attending PA listened to me and saw I was in a very bad way. "Red flags" she saw led me to the ER for proper care. She knew her limits and was very wise to help me as she did. I went to ER got a refusal and some temporary relief...now I wait with no help. Not enough doctors in Reno and to many do not see it important to work on Fridays...so we have to wait for months.

Thank you for the great care. The provider was so sweet and patient with my baby. She was great at distracting her while listening to her heart and lungs and while looking in her ears so she didn’t notice what was going on. She kept her happy the whole time. It made the visit so easy.

We were in and out in 30 minutes. Very fast and convenient. The nurse was very helpful and compasionate, she even went the extra step to make sure I have all the informations regarding medicine and their phone number in case I dont hear from them with the test results.
