I thought that the speed with which I was seen was very quick. And while I was waiting, your staff was helping someone who was not an English speaker. And I really admired the way they handled the situation. And so I appreciate that they're kind to everyone.

Rebecca J Desfor, DO was a stellar doctor. She was attentive, caring, engaging and took all I shared with her seriously. Despite being understaffed that day, Dr. Desfor made sure that all of my concerns were addressed. In fact, Dr. Desfor said that if anything was forgotten or my condition further developed, that I could return on another day.

I would just like to say that when I finally got back into the ER itself, the little nurse that I had and her assistant was just terrific. I can't say enough good about them and the doctor that was there that helped me. The only negative thing I will say is that they seem overpowered out in the waiting room because it was a very busy night and I'm not sure what you can do about that. Thank you.

Special shout-out to this location! Not only did the Renown staff get me in and out quickly, but they helped me navigate an issue with my insurance. I was supposed to be insured through my employer as of 07/01, but due to a lag on the part of the benefits provider, I found myself between insurance carriers. The Renown team helped me through this difficulty with empathy and grace. Thank you, Team Renown!!! <3

I thought the urgent care facility was wonderful. The check-in staff were very kind. The medical assistant was so kind. And the physician listened to every concern that I had and made me feel really well cared for. And they were all really nice to my son. And I highly recommend.

Hi there. Elise was so nice. She understood. She was very sympathetic. She even texted me after the culture came back, letting me know that she picked the right antibiotic for my infection. I'm very impressed with her. She's a wonderful provider. I wish she were in practice outside of urgent care because I would go to her. Thank you.

Dr Martinez cared for a large abrasion I had. She was caring, kind, efficient and professional! She took time to show me how to wrap the bandage after applying the medicine. She was great with me. My neighbor whom I met leaving the office.. She told me that she had the same experience. THANK YOU DR MARTINEZ ??⚕️?

I was more then impressed with the promptness I was seen and the care I received from Dr. Gianni Perano. He was knowledgeable with empathy and compassion. He recommended excellent advice.
