From the moment I checked in with a last minute appointment to being promptly led into an examination room by a very friendly and professional nurse, then seen by a nurse practitioner who treated me like a good friend then given a painless shot and prescription instructions all within about 25 minutes it was exceptional.

Urgent care is far superior to tying up ER resources for medium concern immediate issues. As a dedicated user of Renown services I am thankful there so many options that better utilize Renown assets and make getting health care I need in a timely manner.

I am in health care myself and am always skeptical of walk in care facilities, albeit very needful facilities, mostly for cleanliness, long waits and less than top professional attention. That being said I have a renewed confidence and appreciation after visiting your clinic. You set an example that could be hard to beat. Thank you!!!

Everyone was great. I know they see a lot of people during the day, and it would be understandable if they weren't on their "a" game throughout the day. I was there at the end of the day and they still treated me with utmost respect and willing to help me. Made me feel really good. Bless all of them.
