From the moment we went to the door, the reception was very positive, talked to the gal at the front desk and very receptive, very kind, took us in, no questions, and then it was just maybe five, ten minutes later we were into the clinic and we were directed to a room and taken care of. I feel very satisfied and I continue to go there. Have been there numerous times and received the help that we needed. Thank you.

Dana Julian A.R.P.N. was a blessing! She was so thorough and probably saved me from having a severe stomach reaction from the antibiotics I had just been prescribed by my ENT doctor. Really took time to explain my condition and her recommendations and prescription provided have given me immediate relief. I'd trust my health care to her any day!

Yes, I was very, very happy with the care I got at the Monte Urgent Care. The check-in girl was polite and very thoughtful, and I also got right in. The MA did a wonderful job. She felt very confident in her. The nurse practitioner was absolutely great. She was very considerate. She knew her business and I would always recommend and that's where I will always go back for my urgent care needs. I'm a retired nurse so I really look at these things positively or negatively and I really had a very positive experience with that facility. Thank you very much.

The clinician I saw, Kirsten, was professional, personable and I felt very cared for. She listened to my concerns and gave me options for my treatment plan.
