I felt that your team was very professional. I felt very well cared for. I felt that my nurse practitioner understood what I was asking about and was incredibly helpful. I went in there being very uncomfortable and not sure that I really wanted to be there. And everyone on the team, from the medical assistant to the nurse practitioner, from the front desk as well, were kind and accommodating in every way they could be. So I'm very grateful for that.

Staff was kind and professional. I was prescribed something that I actually can’t take because of my AFib the pharmacist caught it when I went to pick it up. I’m not sure the Doctor Who saw me in urgent care was aware of the a fib, though. I thought they had access to my renowned medical records…. It was one of two medications fortunately, the one medication was enough to help alleviate my pain.

Dr. Al Danaf did a very good job explaining everything and setting up my care. Excellent bedside manner and very professional.
RN Jesse who was on the night shift did an awesome job caring for me all night as I was not able to sleep. I really appreciated his caring, making me comfortable and looking after me the entire night.
The technicians who conducted my heart stress test made the test easy and put me at ease.
Overall my 24+ hours at Renown South Meadows was a very positive experience.

It’s always traumatic to need Urgent Care. However the staff was friendly, and very professional. The wait was long as there was at least 6 people ahead of me. But worth the wait!

We were visited Reno we are from California. We had to take our daughter to the urgent care, she wasn’t feeling well. I’d definitely recommend this place. Staff are polite and professional. The Doctor/ Np that we seen was very kind and knowledgeable. Explained with patience. Best of all is that my daughter whom is 9 felt care for as the doc/Np talked with her she was full of empathy, compassion, and encouragement! I give this place a 10
