The provider who saw my son was very nice, friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain to my son what options he had for testing and treatment. He is 18 years old so, he is learning how to do things on his own now. He got tested for the Flu ( negative) Strep throat (negative) Covid (positive) medical assistants were very kind and supportive!

I went in with a relatively small issue. The staff was lightening fast, care was excellent, and I was out the door under 30 minutes. Very impressed.

I was greeted with a smile and kind words from the check in personnel. I was called in very close to my appointment time. In my three recent appointments each Care Provider was well informed with my condition and provided the appropriate treatment. I’m very appreciative to all at Urgent Care who helped me.

Michon Edgington was my provider that day and she was super knowledgeable about my condition (sinus infection). She was amazing in helping me understand what needed to be done, how to get an ENT referral and prescribe the meds I needed to get better. She was super helpful in answering all my questions and concerns.

Kierste Gregory was wonderful. She was very friendly, explained everything well and made sure my hand was completely numb prior to stitching. She took her time and did not make me feel rushed.
The medical assistant was great. She made sure that I had all of the supplies I needed and was gentle and kind. She did a great job giving me my tetanus shot

The facility was very clean. The administrator doing intake was kind, professional, knowledgeable and attentive. Wait time was minutes. The PA was a great listener, very knowledgeable and gave good information on my issue.

Her knowledge and skill plus her complete focus on dealing with my needs was very welcome following the events that led me to Urgent Care. -- Too many people today look for ways to avoid doing even the bare minimum so her extra efforts are very much appreciated.

During my recent stay, the staff, nurses, and other support personnel were wonderful!! Made a tough situation much more tolerable for me. The only reason I would keep that to myself; is I don’t want it to get too popular!! Thanks you guys, truly, you were the BEST EVER!!!! THANK YOU!!

Everybody in that facility was fantastic. The receptionist was so kind and the nurse practitioner and the nurse assistant, I think she was, they were fantastic. I cannot say enough how great they were. I appreciated them helping me. Thank you.

The dr was very empathetic to my migraine and listened to my frustrations trying to get into a local neurologist to see if they could help diagnose a root cause rather than just treat reactive symptoms. Not only did her RX finally knock out my reoccurring pain that had lasted over 3 days but she indicated she would submit an urgent referral to a Renown headache/migraine special unit and let me know that someone would contact me soon to help me diagnose potential root causes. She observed, listened, and treated me as another caring human. Unfortunately, I believe the kindness and empathy she demonstrated was special and is rare when dealing with healthcare from my overall life experiences. Grateful there are still first responder drs like her that remember their professional “why “, are compassionate, and for this positive urgent care experience-it gives me hope. Thank you.
