I appreciated that I was checked in promptly as I had a finger injury that was bleeding and needed stitches. I was taken in the back for care in less than 15 minutes minutes.

The visit summary in My Chart shows a discharge from the hospital. I wasn’t ever in the hospital, just a quick 20 minute visit to the Urgent Care office. Can someone please correct what was posted to MyChart? Other than that the appointment at the office went smoothly and Dr. C was wonderful both in his diagnosis and care plan. I would return to see him again if I needed immediate treatment for anything.

Front end staff were very friendly. They let me know of possible delays immediately after check in and allowed me to wait inside my vehicle since all seating was filled. They called me promptly on my phone which allowed me to go into the room that was available.

Venessa Moreno was my provider & was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. She explained all the possibilities of my condition and did the necessary tests. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Our only issue was that we had to wait almost an hour to be called. Initially I got a text message saying that there was a slight delay of 22 minutes and that I was third in line. Four people went ahead of me on of them arrived after me.

Your entire staff is excellent. PA Blum listened and asked great diagnostic questions. She was approachable and yet professional. Thanks for such a good experience. Am feeling much better as well.

Made an appointment and was seem in a reasonable time. It was my first time using worker’s compensation for a job related injury and the staff made the process easy and understandable. Friendly staff and care providers. I would definitely go back myself and refer to others.
