I was seen promptly for my appointment. Everyone was courteous and professional, yet friendly. I felt they listened and came up with the best treatment as well as offering x-rays. In our discussion, we agreed that they were not necessary at that time, but the offer to return was left open if I didn’t start to feel better. Overall, it was a positive visit.

When I arrived, there was no one in the waiting room and I had to wait about 15 minutes to see the provider. I found the provider to be extremely professional and competent and listened carefully to my situation and asked appropriate questions and explained the diagnosis and the treatment to my satisfaction. I would definitely like to see that provider again if I came to that urgent care clinic.

The nurses I had while there were amazing!
One especially stood out and went above and beyond her name Laura Derosier. I nominated her for a Daisy award ?
I waited for a day and half to get an MRI and was close to going on my third day and she reached out to her supervisors and the MRI unit to make sure they fit me in that day so I could go home and not to be transferred to another room and wait another day. Well it happened and I was able to get my MRI done. She even postponed her break/dinner to make sure I made it. Then she was there while I was getting ready to go to the MRI knowing it I was a little apprehensive. She gave me some happy juice and that helped. Then she made sure someone read my results so I could go home and I did. She deserves every bit of this award. Thanks Laura for making my stay pleasant and the reassureancs of you advocating on my behalf left me at peace that I was in very good hands. ?

The PA who saw me was very professional, very helpful, and actually went a little above and beyond and recommended I do a little additional procedure, which turned out to be important because we found something I wouldn't have expected to have found. So I was very pleased that we went to this particular PA. It did a great job.
