It's nice to have a place to go to get help so quickly. Scheduling in advance is easy and it's linked to mychart. All good stuff!

The PA who met with me explained aspects of my recurring diverticulitis flare-ups that had never been addressed by my doctors at home (I was in Reno visiting a grandson for a few days when I became ill). If I lived in Reno, she would be my first choice for any future care. Thanks to her, I have managed my current illness with diet and I'm avoiding dangerous use of antibiotics. She was amazed that this was my 29th flareup since retiring in July of 2010 and no one has really discussed optional treatments with me.
I am also grateful for the ease of making an appointment on a Sunday morning and the short wait time in the lobby.
I have a Medicare Advantage plan that wasn't an option at Renown, but well worth the out of pocket cost incurred (most of which will be reimbursed ultimately).

I was quoted a wait time of over an hour, and I was seen after about an hour. Once I was taken back, I was seen by the nurse and the doctor within 10 minutes. My procedure was quick and easy. I was shocked that my time in the room was so quick.

They were able to easily explain my condition with the gallbladder inflammation, and that over-the-counter medication would help with the pain until they can schedule additional tests, with a specialist.

Unfortunately I have been to this renown 3 times. Each time the PA has listened and been very kind. I’ve had a gall bladder issue accurately diagnosed with in 20 minutes and sent to the ER, a needle removed from my thumb (stupid accident) and now a respiratory issue. I have been seen within a10 minutes of arriving . Good place if you need help!

Dr Adam Serfoss is an asset to Renown. It was the most comfortable, efficient and productive medical experience I’ve had. He quickly diagnosed, tested and gave me the results fast with easy explanation and direction on what I needed to do to get well.

I like that you can schedule ahead for an appt. Staff and APN were very friendly and caring. They made sure to listen to our concerns and made sure we understood direction for treatment.

Hi, I just want to comment that I really appreciate the online scheduling system and then I was able to wait in my car and they gave me a call when it was time to come in. The medical assistant and the provider were both very friendly and informative. It was a great experience. Thank you.

Dr. Gregory was awesome! I was glad to see her because if it was a different doctor, he or she might not know the head pain causes. She had experience working at the other place that had to do with nerves! Now, I wonder if all doctors that work the same day should work together, let's say if I see a different urgent care doctor, will he/she ask the other doctors there for advice and Dr. Gregory can say she may know the cause then come and examine/question me! I hope I make sense. Please do call if you want clarification. I cannot imagine if I saw a different urgent care doctor and would still have to deal with the discomfort for a while! Thank you for having Dr. Gregory!
