The vast majority were very kind and helpful and listened. The ER doc and night doctor in patient rooms were very communicative. My last (day) physician seemed different from others. I was hoping for more understanding than just form letters and the statement that all was ok from a nurse who was nice, trying to help but couldn’t answer any questions.

The staff was welcoming and professional, listened to my concerns. I was able to get back to see the physician quickly and everything was taken care of so I not only felt better, but was listened to and able to get squared away with some of my medicines. It was a great experience except for the fact that I had to stand in line for a half an hour before I got to the receptionist. Suggestion: perhaps at that time of the morning, it would be best to have more than one person to process people.

After reading the H&P, there are a lot of things that are incorrect in my history and medications. I do not take any medications.
I have been away from the RENOWN health system for years due to insurance. We are now back with Hometown Health.
They were down a provider for the day and it was busy.

Dr. Hill was fantastic. He listened carefully to me without hurrying me. He evaluated what I said and followed up with testing. Dr. Hill has amazing help through Pearl. I don't know their names,but the receptionists were very kind and made me feel safe.

Every time I go to renown at double r boulevard, they are the nicest people there and my husband was in the tents of care there.For thirteen days, I could not ask for anybody to treat my husband any better.They treated him like he was family. Thank you so much for making him feel at home

I've had nothing but great experiences with Renown and all staff members. I had open heart surgery two years ago and everyone was amazing! Great people. The aftercare heart program on Double Diamond had wonderful people working there as well. Everyone cares tremendously! Thank you, Renown Team!

Yeah, Vanessa Morino was excellent and she followed up with me and I'm very happy. Excellent service. I'm very glad I went to the right location because I got the best service anybody could give. As a "walk-in" I really didn't wait to long and once in the room the wait to see PA, get xray and getting results were within the time was a reasonable time frame.
