I had an appointment but I also knew I might have a lengthy wait which I was okay with. I checked in a few minutes early, had a nice but brief conversation with the staff member at check. I probably waited no more than 15 minutes before I was seen. Overall I had a great experience.

The care was fabulous. I just wanted to mention that when I signed in for the urgent care to set a time on MyChart, they asked me what the problem was, and it was a toe issue, a fungus issue, and quite a bit of pain. Anyway, when I came, they said that there's nothing they can do about it, like they can't. I had to go to my doctor or a pediatrist. And so I totally understand that, but it would have been helpful to just have known that because I live in Susanville. So I drove an hour and a half only to find out that they couldn't do anything about my issue. So it could have been helpful to have maybe gotten a phone call about that because I had put that in the comments when I signed in for the appointment.

Everyone was helpful, knowledgeable, & efficient, while also friendly & understanding. They were thorough & aggressive in diagnosing an infection that could have caused a breathing crisis, & in treating it. The 2nd Rhynoscope showed such improvement that I could go home that next day with oral antibiotics. As a caregiver, I really wanted to get back home as soon as I was cleared to go. Thank you very much!

The MA that roomed me and took my vitals didn't introduce herself to me. She didn't have any conversation with me at all. She gave me the feeling that she wanted to be anywhere but there. It stood out because it's so different from the care I usually get.
The lady that checked me in was very kind and accommodating. I had sliced the top of my thumb off. She was so helpful and cheerful and it put me at ease.

The reason I didn't rank it as a 10 is because I was told somebody would call me back in two to four days with my lab results and it has been almost a week and I haven't heard my lab results.

Yes, I believe that the doctor saw me. He gave me a better prescription than what I had had previously for the itch. I have a bug bite. I still see the bug bite and it's still irritating, but it's doing much better. I think he was great. Thank you.

It’s not to often you meet a care provider that actually cares, listens to you and makes you feel comfortable and takes the time to explains your options about your health care.
