Dr. Robert Bogart is an excellent care provider. He listened to me and ordered x-rays. The X-ray tech Barbara has an outgoing personality that put me at ease. Dr. Bogart explained the findings and showed me the X-rays and explained my options. He asked frequently if my husband and I had any questions. He then sent in referrals for orthopedic PT. I would gladly recommend Dr. Bogart and Barbara!

I was treated with respect and kindness..everything was explained in language I had no problem understanding..Danelle at the front desk was eager to help me and was very patient with me fumbling around with my wallet to get my health insurance card.. the doctor Azavedo was bubbly and a joy to deal with any apprehension I may have had immediately faded when she spoke to me as a person not a number or just another patient I respect her more than you know!!

I was impressed with the efficiency of the process throughout. The reservation making system was simple, the reminder system was good. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. I was called to the back incredibly quick. This was most impressive. Likely the best I've ever experienced. The nurse was professional. The doctor did a good job and covered everything I needed. Great job.

It was a wonderful experience! Booked an appointment same day, they checked me in as soon as I arrived, was taken back within a few minutes, and my child was taken care of with compassion and care but in a timely manner. We were out the door within 30 minutes of arrival but felt taken care of.

From start to finish, my visit at Urgent Care, Renault Healthcare was wonderful. When I checked in, everything was accurate and thorough. The representative was very courteous and very kind. There was not a long wait at all. And Nate was the nurse practitioner that took care of me, and he was also excellent. And I would rate him a 10. He was very nice, courteous, he listened to me, he checked me, he did what was necessary to alleviate some of my pain. So I really do appreciate it, and I hope this gets passed on. Thank you so much.
