Physician Assistant Kaitlyn Jacobson, P.A.-C. Renown Urgent Care North Hills was very knowledgeable and prompt at ordering X-rays and sensitive to my pain level…
Barbara X-rays tech was very compassionate to my very slow moving situation due to pain sensitivity. What a great team of professionals and for that I’m in deep gratitude! Highly recommend them

I pressed the wrong key on one of these. It meant just the opposite. Everything was excellent. Everybody was professional. I couldn't have asked for more. So very, very good.

I love being able to put that appointment at midnight the night before and to get in on a Sunday morning… I didn’t have to wait very long in the waiting room, and my provider was efficient and right on with her diagnosis and treatment

I apologize that I do not remember the name of my provider that day, hopefully you could insert it for me? He was wonderful! He was highly knowledgeable, extremely friendly and seemed to be very concerned about my condition even sending over a referral to an ENT in hopes that they will get me in sooner rather than later! All of this outstanding work he showed me was even at the end of the day! I wish I could remember his name, but I am just horrible with names, and for that, I do apologize.

Aaron the nurse practitioner that helped me was very thorough and very nice. I was pretty sick and feel so much better now. It was nice to have somebody so kind helping me get better❤️

Just a little confusing regarding my two tests that were done. I understand the tests. I thought I understood that would be notified with in a hour are little longer. My tests were negative but I contact Renown the next morning . The provider got back to me that afternoon by a text. All is good. Thank you.

I did not have to wait in the waiting room very long at all. I would guess around 10 minutes. My concerns were treated very professionally. They were calm, especially when an ambulance needed to be called to send me to the ER. At no point did I feel uneasy. Thank you.

I ha hurt my ankle that day snowboarding and got home late in the evening by the time I was able to go to Urgent Care it was an hour before they closed, I called first to make sure an X-ray tech was there. I was told there was. When I arrived 20 minutes later everyone was very kind, helpful and did everything in their power to get me in and out while treating me with respect. Thank you North Hill urgent care Staff for your kindness and compassion.

My Dr. was absolutely amazing. The first person in 3 years that has actually listened to what I was saying and helped me with the pain I'm in. He was probably the best doctor I've ever seen in my life!

We arrived close to closing time but we were not rushed at all Everyone was very good and took their time and explained things very well
We have used that facility quite a few times and have yet to have had a bad experience

I really appreciate the dispersed medical facility business model. Having medical access in the north valleys (Reno) with lab services is genius - especially given the prolonged NDOT highway construction project.

Jennifer listened carefully to me, and was kind and thoughtful in her responses. She has followed up with me twice at home and will call when final results are in. It’s actually been a while since I had a PC who cared at this level and I can’t tell you how wonderful it feels. Thank you, Renown, for hiring people like Jennifer to care for us.
