Francis and his assistant were very caring, friendly, and compassionate.
They made me feel as I was the most important person they were taking care of.

Pleasant and easy experience. A little concerned my insurance will be billed rather than the VA, which I mentioned when checking in with my VA ID card.

This was a great visit. The doctor agreed with me about having a sinus and a upper respiratory infection. She also tested me for flu and covid, etc. just in case. I really like how she treated me.

I was very pleased with the whole program: online paperwork, online payment, online “appointment.” I simply had to check in, wait (an hour was expected), and then receive treatment.

I was so happy to learn North Hills had Urgent Care on Saturday. I had been in pain for four days and unable to sleep. Marissa Somers, NP was excellent. She explained everything to me and what was going on. When I told her about a medical condition I have, she researched what medication I could take for the pain and enflamed nerves.

When you walk into the North Hills office, you have the two ladies sitting there for urgent care and the other two or one will be sitting there for regular appointments. I do feel that the ladies could be more friendly. The urgent care lady, I asked her, oh, is this x-ray where I sign in for my regular doctor? And she just said, no, it's not. So anyway, just a lack of friendliness, a little bit more professionalism would be nice, and making it a little more clear which way the patients go since they're all sitting up there together, be it urgent care or a regular provider appointment or x-ray. There's just one little handmade sign. Other than that, I thought my new provider was wonderful. I really liked her. She took time in explaining everything. We went through my chart and I'm trying to get established with her since I now live in the North Valley.

I was cutting some vegetables in the kitchen with a large knife. Somehow the potato rolled and I cut two of my fingers with a knife. It was nearing 5 o’clock on a Friday, and I called the urgent care. The staff informed me that they could see me. Upon arriving, the staff asked me some questions and told me that Dr will see me shortly. Barely minutes went by and they called my name. After taking my vitals, the healthcare professional told me the doctor will see me shortly. The doctor came into examine my fingers left and came back with what she needed to sew up my fingers. She gave me a shot and it hurt, but she put three stitches in two of my fingers and I was soon leaving. From the time I called till leaving the urgent care was under an hour and a half. I’m very impressed with the staff, the cleanliness, the Dr’s professional helpfulness at this urgent care

It was a very good experience and the place was busy. Everything was good and in a timely manner. The nurses I had were very helpful and very professional and very special.

I followed up on my orthopedic referral, got in already, am pleased with the ease of check-in, the doctor and how my prognosis looks. Am excited to get my mobility and my life back.

I barely had to wait and everybody was so friendly and so kind and I barely had to wait in the waiting room and then I barely had to wait in the provider office in the other room. And I definitely will come here again and I feel like my son was very well taken care of and I was shown a lot of respect. Thank you.

Service was good when I met my caretaker. Intake was good and they were polite and kind and they did what's expected. The only real complaint was it took a while to get in to the provider since I was in pain, but that's life in a bigger city. Thank you. Overall, good service.

My Provider was amazing. She listened to my concerns and really worked to get me what I needed. She understood my concerns and really helped me to get on the right track. Couldn’t thank her enough.

I was seen by Dr. Hill. He is probably the best doctor I have seen in a long time since I’ve seen him last. He goes over everything with me slowly at my pace he explains everything he’s doing tells me what to do when I’m not it didn’t get better. He actually listens to me and I gave him a 10 but I’d really like to give him a 15 or 20 it was just a great experience. I will give him one of the top doctors I’ve ever seen in 62 years. I’ve been alive and if you could personally tell him from me that there are people out there that really really appreciate the time he takes in his demeanor and I want to thank him personally for his care again

Thank you for making it such a quick appointment. My sick daughter was seen, strep test taken and we were out in less than 30 min altogether. The staff was really helpful with helping me get the MyChart figured out as well. I appreciated the professional and quick, sick visit.

Quay Harvey was great! He listened and advised properly. Did not narrow me down to one question or symptom to get rid of me. AND it’s so important to be pleasant when people feel sick. They might not normally be crabby. He cares about people staying healthy and getting better.
