Aaron, the provider for my visit, was extremely thoughtful and thorough. He made sure I was well cared for and that I understood all of my treatment options. The best experience with any medical provider I’ve had in recent memory.

After explaining my symptoms, Dr. Blum checked me out thoroughly. The completion of the exam included a nasal swab to perform lab work to possibly determine what I had. I felt completely at ease with Dr Blum. She advised me to promptly return if my symptoms got worse. I took the prescribed OTC medications as she recommended. I was comfortable taking off work 3 days to recover from my cough and nasal congestion.

Having the nurses gossip and laugh and talk loudly at about 11 PM was rude. And the amount of time it took to get admitted was difficult, but testing was complete completed in a timely manner.

My assistant nurse was excellent! I was freezing and she gave me a patient robe to put on and even heated up a hand warmer for me. Absolutely awesome!

Dr. Bogart and staff take the time to figure out what may be going on. I did end up going to ER and was in the hospital for 4 days. He gives a thorough evaluation and recommends the be treatment. Thankyou!

This was by far my best experience with the urgent care that's here wise at my health. The physician's assistant, I believe she was, was excellent and I felt very confident with her with her care and it ended up to be very good diagnosis and care that she provided.

New to the area l developed bleeding nose, coughing and throat pain. We were able to diagnose combination of coming from North Carolina high humidity with dry and smokier air this past few weeks probably the cause . Steroids have helped !

Waiting at the lobby for more than 6 hours is too much . I was at the ER about 9:50 at night until 5:00 in the morning. The wait time is too much especially when when you’re not feeling well. I do understand that they have to attend serious medical care first but it’s too much. I hope this thing will change. Thank you

I had an appointment but I also knew I might have a lengthy wait which I was okay with. I checked in a few minutes early, had a nice but brief conversation with the staff member at check. I probably waited no more than 15 minutes before I was seen. Overall I had a great experience.

The care was fabulous. I just wanted to mention that when I signed in for the urgent care to set a time on MyChart, they asked me what the problem was, and it was a toe issue, a fungus issue, and quite a bit of pain. Anyway, when I came, they said that there's nothing they can do about it, like they can't. I had to go to my doctor or a pediatrist. And so I totally understand that, but it would have been helpful to just have known that because I live in Susanville. So I drove an hour and a half only to find out that they couldn't do anything about my issue. So it could have been helpful to have maybe gotten a phone call about that because I had put that in the comments when I signed in for the appointment.

Everyone was helpful, knowledgeable, & efficient, while also friendly & understanding. They were thorough & aggressive in diagnosing an infection that could have caused a breathing crisis, & in treating it. The 2nd Rhynoscope showed such improvement that I could go home that next day with oral antibiotics. As a caregiver, I really wanted to get back home as soon as I was cleared to go. Thank you very much!
