I just moved here and this one visit listed to me and took what I thought was a complex issue and fixed it.. i absolutely will praise this place for thier treatment thank you very much

Each time that I've been a patient at Renown urgent care, I have been very comfortable. It is very well organized. Everyone is treated the same, respectfully. It is a pleasure to go to Renown.

Okay, I went and saw him hands down was the best critical care I have ever been to. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anybody and everybody. I left a pretty nice review on Google Reviews and I meant every part of it. Honestly, the best experience at a critical care I've ever had. Nothing else has even come close. Just want to say thank you to the caregivers that were there that day. Thank you.

I’ve been to this urgent care twice I the last 6 months and the service and professionalism are top tier..I felt very fortunate to have medical personnel of this caliber in our small community!!!!

This is probably the first time I have not been very satisfied with my visit to North Hills. The provider (perhaps understandably) had no idea what the red lump on my foot was. He ordered an x-ray which showed no bone involvement but a soft tissue mass. He said it could be a blood clot, but didn't suggest further testing. He said it could be an infection and said he could prescribe an antibiotic. He asked what pharmacy I use. I checked with the pharmacy - CVS on Lemmon - that afternoon and every day since. They finally said they never received a prescription. I called and left two messages at North Hills asking them to please re-send the prescription. Finally yesterday I was able to talk to a person who checked and said that I was issued a paper prescription. A paper prescription was not mentioned at all and I definitely did not receive one. CVS has still not rec'd a prescription and it has been four days since I visited Urgent Care for my foot and I consider it a waste of time and money while expecting a prescription any day.

Everyone was courteous but I think dr. Could have another idea of what could be wrong. Just because it wasn't an UTI like we thought. Maybe figure out what else could be wrong because my mother is definitely sick with something in her stomach. But over all they were all very polite. Thank you

The young girl learning to be a medical assistant (I think) needs to speak louder with we older patients - especially with wearing a mask. Otherwise she was an amazing caring young woman. She’ll be great!

I had such a good experience ! I would definitely recommend the North Hills site !
Receptionist: I hadn’t filled out all the forms on line , so she asked me questions to complete them. She was very thorough , kind, very friendly.
MA Donovan: very polite and professional, explained everything he was going to do
Dr. Heller : very attentive, listened to everything I had to say. I was in for a possible UTI. He explained other possible scenarios. We made a plan together.

Aaron, the provider for my visit, was extremely thoughtful and thorough. He made sure I was well cared for and that I understood all of my treatment options. The best experience with any medical provider I’ve had in recent memory.

After explaining my symptoms, Dr. Blum checked me out thoroughly. The completion of the exam included a nasal swab to perform lab work to possibly determine what I had. I felt completely at ease with Dr Blum. She advised me to promptly return if my symptoms got worse. I took the prescribed OTC medications as she recommended. I was comfortable taking off work 3 days to recover from my cough and nasal congestion.

Having the nurses gossip and laugh and talk loudly at about 11 PM was rude. And the amount of time it took to get admitted was difficult, but testing was complete completed in a timely manner.

My assistant nurse was excellent! I was freezing and she gave me a patient robe to put on and even heated up a hand warmer for me. Absolutely awesome!

Dr. Bogart and staff take the time to figure out what may be going on. I did end up going to ER and was in the hospital for 4 days. He gives a thorough evaluation and recommends the be treatment. Thankyou!

This was by far my best experience with the urgent care that's here wise at my health. The physician's assistant, I believe she was, was excellent and I felt very confident with her with her care and it ended up to be very good diagnosis and care that she provided.

New to the area l developed bleeding nose, coughing and throat pain. We were able to diagnose combination of coming from North Carolina high humidity with dry and smokier air this past few weeks probably the cause . Steroids have helped !
