I was impressed with the efficiency of the process throughout. The reservation making system was simple, the reminder system was good. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. I was called to the back incredibly quick. This was most impressive. Likely the best I've ever experienced. The nurse was professional. The doctor did a good job and covered everything I needed. Great job.

It was a wonderful experience! Booked an appointment same day, they checked me in as soon as I arrived, was taken back within a few minutes, and my child was taken care of with compassion and care but in a timely manner. We were out the door within 30 minutes of arrival but felt taken care of.

From start to finish, my visit at Urgent Care, Renault Healthcare was wonderful. When I checked in, everything was accurate and thorough. The representative was very courteous and very kind. There was not a long wait at all. And Nate was the nurse practitioner that took care of me, and he was also excellent. And I would rate him a 10. He was very nice, courteous, he listened to me, he checked me, he did what was necessary to alleviate some of my pain. So I really do appreciate it, and I hope this gets passed on. Thank you so much.

Your staff was very professional from the gal at the check-in all the way through and I was having trouble getting breath and they got me right in there and set me up with the right tools to fight the crud that I have, still have as a matter of fact and did a good job explaining and they did a culture on it. So, no, I would say that your whole staff there was very excellent and I definitely have told everybody that I know over here that over in the Sierra Valley and Portola area that I would definitely go to you guys after I've had some very bad treatment from Eastern Plumis Healthcare in Portola. Then it's just a world of difference and a breath of fresh air.

I’ve only been in this office a couple times. But, everyone is so professional and very kind. This place is always at the tip of my tongue if I hear someone is looking for immediate care. They’re always very nice.

I was really happy with my experience at my recent visit with my son. He felt really comfortable with the doctor. I felt like he was very engaged during his appointment and I really, really like that. And the North Valley Urgent Care is probably one of my favorite ones I've visited. Thank you.

The staff at North Hills showed more care and professionalism (the took the time to weigh me and see if I had any questions before the doctor came.
When the Dr. Bogart came in he was so nice, informative, and reassuring with the knowledge he had - I appreciated the time he spent hearing all my concerns.
