I had an appt and was in and out quickly . Whenever I go to the Renown Urgent Care in Los Altos Sparks., I always have to wait a long time with or without an appt. So I was very impressed and doctor and his assistant were very nice and helpful , professional.

The doctor that's seen me that day was very friendly, caring and knowledgeable. I was very comfortable with her. We also had some good conversation for a minute. Renown is my go to and will always be my go to facility for any medical reasons. ❤️

Jessica Peppetoni APRN is one of the BEST medical providers I have seen in a long time. She was relatable and didn't seem rushed with me even though they were extremely busy that day and running behind schedule. She was easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable.

Gregory Burnett was an amazing provider all around! He answered all my questions, explained everything extremely well, made me feel comfortable with everything he did for my care, and had an amazing bedside manner and I would highly recommend him to anyone!!! I know he truly cares about what he does because he personally called me and left a message in my chart with results from a blood test with concerning results to make sure I went to the ER. The world needs more care providers like him! He is a huge asset to Renown and they should feel lucky to have him as part of their team!!!

I like that I was in and out very quickly. I did get an early morning appt 0800, which I was late by 4 mins due to extra heavy traffic. A ton of people arrived after me, they looked like walk-ins. (I think my time in and out the door was less than 5 mins).

I didn’t expect this clinical to be as busy as it was but I was able to get a same day appointment for a few hours later & was seen promptly. The front desk was kind & helpful and my provider was AMAZING. His bedside manner is something you do not see anymore. I am happy with the care I received.

I walked in, signed in to get seen, and as soon as i sat down, they called my name to come back. they were verry attentive with me even during shift change. they worked very hard and fast, i was very very thankful. i feel almost 7 times better than i did yesterday
