I really appreciate the dispersed medical facility business model. Having medical access in the north valleys (Reno) with lab services is genius - especially given the prolonged NDOT highway construction project.

Jennifer listened carefully to me, and was kind and thoughtful in her responses. She has followed up with me twice at home and will call when final results are in. It’s actually been a while since I had a PC who cared at this level and I can’t tell you how wonderful it feels. Thank you, Renown, for hiring people like Jennifer to care for us.

The staff was very nice and attentive. The physician's assistant was very nice and attentive and I absolutely love Dr. Scarborough. She's amazing.

I left a peace of mind with my health care. I had gone in obviously with questions regarding my workers' complaints. And by the time I was done, I was more than confident that I had all the information that I needed. I was very pleased.

Maybe my issue was obvious and an easy fix. It took him less than 60 seconds to determine my issue. My issue, eye infection is healing but slightly slower than I anticipated

Front desk? Amazing & efficient. I had a minimal wait. Was escorted back and promptly seen by an excellent provider, Michon. Radiology? Like clockwork. Pain control? Delivered. Relief? provided in SO many ways. Flawless visit and I was in so much discomfort. Thanks for providing excellent, efficient, compassionate care!!
