I was very happy with my daughter's care. I was able to reserve my spot in line online, staff was friendly and there wasnt a wait at all. Marcie APRN was wonderful with my daughter. She was engaging, explained things in a way my daughter could understand, really eased her nerves, and and made it an easy visit.

The front desk staff was amazing. The lady who called me to the room from the lobby was kind of rude and not welcoming at all. The way she called my name and looked me up and down and her tone. When the provider came in he was able to reset the energy back to a better energy.

The decision to glue my child’s finger didn’t work for us because within 24 hours the glue came open with a quick motion and my child’s finger is still a deep open wound. I feel like it should have been stitched by the provider to keep it closed and from getting infection or repeat injury

Dr Andy and the nurse were so kind and patient with my little one and were able to fix her per with surgical glue rather than stitches, which was much less traumatizing to my baby who already was hurt and scared. They explained everything well and were so compassionate. Thank you for being there and helping us during a scary time!

The wait to be seen was very quick for being a walk-in patient. The whole visit only took an hour. Very happy with the care.

I was educated by the NP I saw. I believe that was her title. She made it clear that the steroid she was giving me works very well for people with asthma, which is the reason I went in. She also gave my a nebulizer treatment and since then, I have been able to clear out the mucus with my inhaler. Honestly, she was the best person I have seen at an urgent care in a very long time.

I had a pretty deep cut low on the back of left leg.
It was thoroughly washed then 5 stitches was placed to hold the edges together for healing.
