Receptionist at the front is approachable and sees to it that my information is correct . She is awesome.
The doctor who checked on me makes sure that i am okay at least.

The care at this facility is exceptional. From the office staff to the medical assistants to the providers, it is truly a great team. Everyone was friendly and warm and we received great care.

NP Erin Hicks was a great provider during my visit. Unlike most urgent care appts I've had in the past, this appt didn't feel rushed. She took the time to explain, get a good history, and carefully consider my results and possible drug interactions as well as making sure I had appropriate follow up. The male nurse that day was also friendly and made me feel safe and comfortable despite the awkwardness of getting a gluteal injection.

I was prepared to camp out for three hours just like in the ER, I was surprised that I was there for an hour or so. That includes check in, waiting time, and the consultation.

The care provider who is PA, not quite sure his name, did a really good job asking questions, brought up concerns about the vitals that she had taken, and moved forward with additional prescriptions that were appropriate to my needs. Believe that I felt better since taking these, and believe that when it came right down to it, she dealt with my conversations in a very pleasant manner. Thank you.

Adam was great PA-C! Very personable. Made appt and went after my mask fit at 4:30pm. Got taken back at 4:33pm with a full lobby. It was great to not have to wait too long. Facility does need updating

From the minute I walked in until I left, EVERYONE treated me with the utmost care and respect.
Very admirable because I was on vacation and was away from my health care team.
I will always be grateful for their care.

The person that assisted us seemed very concerned and was really nice and gave us details on working with us and that was amazing. But we ended up going back to urgent care again a couple days later where they did testing and found out we had influenza A. So it would have been nice to have had the testing done on Saturday so that we maybe could have got the Tama flu started instead of waiting until Tuesday to take action in other ways. But other than that, we thought everything was great.
