Each interaction from reception/intake, MA, & treating physician were all excellent. They were welcoming and positive. It was very refreshing and helped me feel good about the care I was receiving. This was all during a rush of patients. The waiting room was full.

Our experience at this location was fantastic. The NP that assisted us was receptive to our concerns and worked cooperatively with us for a tiered treatment plan we could safely execute at home. He truly made us feel like he cared and that we were people. This was a fantastic experience that we are growing to love with renown. I went in for stitches on my thumb and the, I don't remember the nurse's name because I forgot to ask. The nurse and both the dude who stitched my thumb up, his name was Mac, were very amazing and walked me through what they were doing and explained it all and answered all my questions perfectly and I felt very safe in their hands.

The staff was very attentive to my needs and listened carefully to my concerns. The PA and Nurse were very kind, and my head wound was stitched up. The only thing that was missed was my hairline fracture to my right wrist, but after following the advice of the PA, I went to ER where they did x-rays and CT scan and the fracture was noted. Stiches were removed on Saturday 5/16/26 and the PA was very kind and gentle. Thank you to all the Ryland staff.

Did not have to wait long, did not have an appointment. Care givers listened to me and were efficient. They understood the problem quickly and recommended treatment for a small infected flesh wound, called in a prescription, and gave me supplies to take home.

The service at Renown Urgent care was excellent, my Provider (Tera) was phenomenal.
The negative- wasn’t with your facility or staff, rather with my own Dr, that is in your plan. The reason I was at Urgent Care is because the Dr failed to do his job, this is the 4th time with these people. I don’t know if anyone reads this and can help, but all help would be appreciated.
