Very kind from receptionist quickly altering staff to come get me in back to be seen immediately and all the staff very caring. Provider kind and caring as well and got me to ER for further treatment. Very grateful.

Aprn Dana Julian was amazing and very kind. She listened to my needs and gave me insight on what the healing process would look like for me. She was very thorough and helpful with helping me during my knee injury! Renown continues to provide great care!

I threw up the evening after visiting urgent care and also had to call my Nurse line at 1:30 because my throat was in intense pain and very swollen.
I also broke out in a rash tonight.
Something is wrong with me.
I feel I should be on antibiotics just in case.

Dana J. Was the best APRN out there, took the time to listen to my needs, explained every intervention and why to do if I wasn’t feeling better. She was extremely kind, compassionate and respectful. I felt I could really trust her with my care while being in such a vulnerable state.

The nurse was the best he was super nice and friendly. My son was telling me he is hungry and the nurse got him some pretzels and juice. It was one of the best experiences I have had at an urgent care. I come to this urgent care often and it’s always been very quick and just an overall nice experience. I recommend this urgent care to most my friends and family. Keep up the good work! I wish I knew the nurses name he was jsut great.

Dr. Zalaznik is great! She was prompt and very helpful. Upon reviewing my intake information and my medical history she was able to prescribe the medications that I needed to get well. In the past 2 days I’ve been feeling better and getting over my cough and sinus infection. I’m so thankful for her excellent care!

I was so relieved that I went to Renown Urgent Care. I had gone to a primary during the week with no improvement. Renown addressed my problem with proper medication and assure they were here for me if I did not improve. It is day 2 of seeing them (Saw them on a Sunday!!) and already I am seeing relief. thank you very much.

Marissa provided very empathetic care combined with actionable advice. She is one of the best providers I’ve ever encountered in any setting. I would trust her with any medical issue as a first line of care. Her demeanor alone, but also everything she said, and did inspired confidence. So much so that I let her proceed with a DRE that I was not expecting, but that was performed comfortably and without any incident.
I’m giving the facility only a nine because of its exterior appearance. It’s a little bit scary. But the receptionist made me feel right at home as soon as I walked in. Eddie the PN assistant was also very kind but thorough.
