The staff and doctors were efficient and professional. I received the care I needed and received follow-up phone calls to make sure I understood my lab results and medication. In short, I felt cared for. Thank you Renown!

From start to finish I was very happy and satisfied with the care I received. Although my appointment kept getting pushed back I understood that there were more urgent people that needed attention first. The wait time was not too bad.

The receptionist and nurse were great, but the doctor was otherworldly amazing. He was kind, knowledgeable, open to questions, and thorough with his communications. I honestly think he may be the best doctor I have ever visited, in terms of the overall experience. I don't normally do surveys like this, but I wanted to do so here specifically to call out how great this doctor was.

My doctor did a great job of explaining what was going on and also gave me good information as to what I should do to pursue the problem, curing the problem. Okay. Are you there? Are you gone? You can take my answer.

Everyone that I spoke to from the lady who checked me in, to the medical assistant and the Doctor or Nurse Practitioner were very kind and patient. I am much recovered now, after following the instructions and taking the prescribed medications. Thank you

Receptionist at the front is approachable and sees to it that my information is correct . She is awesome.
