Best experience I have had as a patient. I felt heard, it was timely, and it was professional. I am a nurse and my husband is a physician and we both agreed that this was the best healthcare experience we have had in years! Would definitely return.

I was seen very quickly and everyone was very helpful and courteous. They determined with an X-ray that I did not have a break and giving Toradal helped immensely with the pain. I know that a referral was made to the orthopedic clinic, in case I’m still having lots of trouble in a week. Instructions for self care were very clear.

The care provider was so kind and friendly, she treat us with dignity and respect. Doctor Morrison may be her name, one of the best doctors in an urgent care facility.

I was a walk-in on a Tuesday night at the Ryland urgent care. I was seen within 30 minutes notwithstanding the number of patients waiting to be seen. The nurse practitioner, Jenny was so thoughtful, thorough and smart that I knew I was in good hands. She determined that I needed a CT very soon. The MA called me the next morning and I had the CT that day. By 6 pm that evening, Jenny called my cell phone and explained the CT results and answered all of my questions. A+ service from start to finish. The staff does not even register that the Ryland facility is pretty run down. Renown should upgrade this facility for these hard working, dedicated employees.

I made this visit as a semi emergency. They took me right in and created a file for me. I met with Dr. C. He was so helpful and caring. The information he gave me about my injury was spot on and my healing followed exactly what he said would happen. I would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone.

PA Kevin Jensen and The Medical Assistant (I am so sorry I forgot this name!) who oversaw my care both had exceptional bedside manner, exceptional and clear communication skills, while being very patient with Me and kind. PA Jensen was adept in helping Me to understand potential causes of my medical issue, and hiw to navigate them. I am sincerely grateful for their patience, clarity and tactful directness- it isn't as easy to communicate well and be receptive to information voming in when your blood sugar is high and type 1 is new to you as a patient... but thanks to the adept skillset PA Jensen and his Assistant (Med Asst or CNA, I'm unsure, but 10/10 as well), my husband and I left feeling clearly informed as to what my physical situation was (Diabetic type 1 who has yet to receive their short-acting insulin who may be at beginning signs of DKA, ketones present but likely bigger issue is that I wasn't eating enough while trying to follow a diabetic diet/keep BG down, and that my main issue is that I actually need my short-acting insulin which by the way, insurance denied), what to do and where to go should symptoms escalate (ER- as they have the equipment for further testing).
Thry took an appropriate course of action and were sure to check my blood glucose and appropriate urinalysis.
Most importantly, I was treated with dignity and respect despite being a little "off", disoriented, and a smidge interruptive thanks to the state my body was in thanks to effects of newly diagnosed Diabetes.
With much gratitude, I would highly recommend the medical professionals who attended to my care at this location. 10/10.

Nurse Practitioner Lindsey Hall gave me hope and gave true caring. Since April 2024 my blood pressure has been changed many times trying to get my blood pressure down. I told her about going to Renown emergency room 3 times in the month of August and I have many frequent visits to University Health. October 9th my BP was 207/100 at home and when I left Ryland Urgent Care it was 178/98. I left there knowing that Lindsay called in an additional blood pressure medicine for me and she put in two referrals for me and she was determined to help me.

During my experience, Jamie Marriott was very professional and explained things very well, and I felt comfortable with the experience. And the MA, Johanna, that splinted my arm did a fantastic job. I felt great with her. And some desktops, fantastic as well and the radiologist, x-ray tech, did a great job in addition to that. Thank you.

I've never visited a Renown provider or facility before. I was impressed with the service. Your staff is friendly and respectful. I was a walk in but the wait time was minimal. I felt that for being a new patient the registration process was pretty friction free. I really appreciated the minimal paperwork. I will gladly visit your urgent care clinic again if I have the need.

The overall experience at the appointment was good. It was rated highly, like a 9 or a 10. The only issue or concern that I would have would be having to go to another provider in order to get the main appointment

Haley, the MA was very kind and polite. She was very prompt and caring. I good example of some one how cares about people and cares about doing her best. The second MA, Megan was also very pleasant and kind. She did great explaining how to put on the walking boot that was advised. Both employees should be commended on the professionalism and kindness.
