Dr. Kala was very sweet , compassionate and knowledgeable in her field. She made me feel very comforted and cared for. Selena was very kind as well and professional . They both love their job!

I was seen immediately, which was a big surprise to me. They saw me on time. They immediately did an EKG. I saw the doctor promptly after that, and she told me that I needed to go to emergency. They also took care of me immediately. I was very satisfied with the care that I received.

The provider, front desk staff, and MA were all very kind and easy to work with. There was no judgement from the provider or MA, as a transgender person that can be rare. I liked my visit and would come back to this provider.

My doctor, Marissa, was really knowledgeable. She sent me over to the new renowned crisis care center because I was having some problems with my medication, and that place was incredibly helpful. She also called the next day to follow up to see how I was, and I thought that was really responsible, and professional, and empathetic. So, overall, I'm happy I came into urgent care because she really helped me.

The provider was absolutely wonderful. One of the best we have ever seen. She was so kind and reassuring and went above and beyond with our daughter’s care. The MA was also just as wonderful. Please tell her how much we appreciated how they cared for us.

The receptionist was very good . She was efficient , polite and friendly. Jamie Marriott the PA was organized . asked good questions, analytical , organizedand is a focused listener. Would also add that Ms. Marriott is extremely pleasant

The most beautiful PARs I had ever had the pleasure to lay my eyes on, followed by the most beautiful MA, Melissa, was ever so kind and wonderful. The most handsome and kind provider who made the experience just so blissful. Everyone who was involved my healthcare from beginning to end deserves raises and bonuses and awards.

I was there for a workers compensation injury. Thus was first ever experience with a work injury and I felt like I was tested as though I was a criminal by the tech.

Dr. Abraham is the most wonderful physician we've ever had. I love her to death and I'm so proud that she is my provider for almost eight years. I love her. She's so compassionate and helpful and listens. So, Dr. Abraham, I love you.

The receptionist was very knowledgeable about the insurance situation and helped us with that upon check in. The service was quick and they were very helpful about which pharmacy to go to. All around wonderful experience. My daughter has a new place to trust when she gets sick.

The front desk, I think her name was Brittany. She was super patient, kind to everyone, really made the check-in process super easy. And then Jonna, obviously Jonna was amazing. She got out of my ear with the ER doctors, could not, and she did it so quickly. Great service, as well as the doctor. He was super nice, very welcoming, and got my issues taken care of very swiftly.

Doctor sent me to ER due to the pain that I was having in my stomach. And at the ER, I ended up getting surgery because I did have an appendix. So my appendix was removed. So yes, doctor did the right thing to send me to the ER.

Care was great. Doctor was attentive and responsive, gave us a plan, and nurses were great. We had a wonderful experience and were able to schedule an appointment 30 minutes prior to coming in, and we were very happy with the care.

I was a walk in and to my surprise, I didn't have to wait. I was treated respectfully and professionally at check in. I waited no longer than 5 minutes before being called in to the exam room. The Medical Assistant was professional, friendly, and efficient. Dr. C was very professional and respectful. He listened and then performed his exam and discussed his findings. I felt heard and cared for. After explaining treatment he verified any concerns or allergies. He asked if I had any more questions and politely answered them. I am very grateful for the care I received from the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out. Thank you! I am feeling better. Not 100%, but getting there!

Amazing Staff! I was so pleased with the performance, give Kevin, Ingrid and Angel a raise!!!!!! Unbelievable characters, great personalities, this office will be my go to in the future. I will refer everyone that I come across, to go there. These individuals in particular made my experience great!!!!! 10’s across the board. If I had a to open up a clinic, I would want individuals like these. Words can’t explain the way these individuals made me feel, absolutely genuine and super professional! God Bless them.

My total experience at urgent care was awesome. All staff members were wonderful. Dr.Kevin Jensen knew exactly what my condition was and treated it accordingly. His bedside manner, advice and treatment was refreshing and comforting. It was a pleasure to meet him.

I felt my care was very thorough and complete under the circumstances for my return home and follow up. Staff was excellent and attentive. The only negative was the food, not very good to say the least.

The receptionist was completely thorough. Making sure that all my information for now and future was all taken care of and in there properly. They were very polite with my granddaughter who had pink eye even though I was getting slightly frustrated with her trying to keep her from touching everything as to spread the pink eye everywhere. The doctor was amazing with me and my granddaughter had lots of patience and very thorough. I always go here and I will continue to go here

Best experience I have had as a patient. I felt heard, it was timely, and it was professional. I am a nurse and my husband is a physician and we both agreed that this was the best healthcare experience we have had in years! Would definitely return.

I was seen very quickly and everyone was very helpful and courteous. They determined with an X-ray that I did not have a break and giving Toradal helped immensely with the pain. I know that a referral was made to the orthopedic clinic, in case I’m still having lots of trouble in a week. Instructions for self care were very clear.
