I was rushed thru triaging only to sit in a chilly room with no windows for over 20 minutes waiting for the doctor. All staff were pleasant especially the apologetic doctor. He explained what my condition involved and what the Rx would do to help it. I don't know if I was to receive any paperwork upon leaving. I found the visit in MY CHART when I arrived home after picking up my Rx at CVS. That's good!! I'm happy with my visit to Renown Urgent Care on August 6.....ANN

I wish I could remember her name but I felt so awful. The check in girl with the orange and black hair is AMAZING!!! She is patient and kind and full of compassion. I watched her check in several other people as I waited and I can not say enough good thinks about her. Urgent care can be a scary thing and she certainly made the experience a little less stressful. She treated everyone with the same level of respect, and you can just tell she is a genuinely compassionate person and we need more people like her in the world. Please give her a raise!!
Also the NP I saw, Lindsey Hall, whom I met before is also wonderful!!! She is very knowledgeable and compassionate and I trust her judgement. I wish my ER visit that followed had been as helpful

I came in with a horrible UTI and the staff unexpectedly accommodated me and made it so I was seen right away. I’m so thankful that I got the help I needed quickly and efficiently. I appreciate the kindness I experienced at the Reno Ryland Urgent Care. The ladies there deserve recognition.

The best urgent care experience I have ever had. I was in and out in less time than it would have taken to check in with my usual provider. I'm traveling and it was great Renown took care of things so quickly.

I was a little confused when I walked up to the facility to find a folding warning board blocking the walkway into the building. I checked with the lab facility in the middle of the building and they said no they open at 8:00 which sure enough at 8:00 exactly the door lock slapped open and I was able to enter I told the receptionist about the folding board blocking the walkway and her and her supervisor probably took care of it

The person who saw me told me I was doing everything I could . The next morning, the itching had almost completely disappeared. I still deal with it a bit. I appreciated knowing that I had done the right things.

This was the best visit to an urgent care I've ever experienced. It was very quick, which I needed quick because my son is hospitalized up here and I needed to get back. So yes, it was quick and efficient and I learned what I needed to and I love the provider and the staff. So thank you very much.

Audrey was exceptional. She took her time, answered all my questions and went over all my meds to be sure I had all meds necessary for my Chemo Treatments. She also made sure I was taking all my meds that have been prescribed. Renown is awesome!!!!

Everyone was really nice when i came in for my hand injury and the receptionist even got me an ice pack and helped explain everything for my first time there. The doctor was really kind and helpful as well explaining things and getting things done hastily and thank you to the radiologist who was careful and so kind to consider my injury and again patient. Everyone was amazing and i thank you again!

We came in after an accident at 8:30, and got there ten minutes before closing, but even so, we got excellent service and care. Gregory Burnett was extremely attentive and careful and patient, and did an excellent job with stitches. The nurse went out of her way to provide extra care.

Marin was amazing for caring for my son’s broken wrist. Ingrid and Kat were phenomenal at placing his ortho glass and caring for his wounds. They all deserve a raise and probably some cookies.

Everyone was super nice, but I especially appreciated the first person who checked me in this week, as well as at last week's visit for my work comp injury. I wish I remembered her name, but hopefully you can find it because she's wonderful and made me feel a little less overwhelmed by all of this.
