I went on a Tuesday night and felt like my situation was addressed on a reasonably timely basis.

The Ryland location is my first choice because the staff there always treat me with kindness while providing excellent care. It is always scary when you have to go to Urgent Care for an emergency and to feel ….to know…. my family and I are in the best hands possible is a huge relief. In addition they guide me through what will be treatment options both physically and financially.

Care was very good once that I was moved into the examination room.
My critique is that I was 10 minutes early for my appointment, yet I wasn’t seen until 45 minutes past my appointment. There were only two others waiting when I arrived, and neither showed urgent signs for medical attention from a triage standpoint. Two or three people exited after they were seen, but no one was being called back within a short timeframe for the openings. I guess I should have gone to a different location, or straight to ER.

I have CVID and Addison’s disease and needed to be seen since my family that I’d come to visit includes a pregnant daughter in law and another family with kids. They thought my allergy symptoms I suffer with from spring thru fall might Ben illness. Having never had Covid yet I got worried so needed an accurate test and assessment. The NP was great as was the aid. All 3 tests, Covid, flu and RSV came back negative and I had peace of mind to visit all my family.

I was very pleased with the care I received from Dr. Desfor, Zoey, and their X-Ray Technician. We usually go to the Damonte Ranch facility and were very happy with the extended hours at this facility and the availability of x-ray services. We highly recommend this facility.

I was directed to go straight to ER
I had a Pulmonary Embolism which was treated within 4 hours and cleared of a huge clot on my lung. I am still at Renown but alive to write about it.

My PA was really, really nice. I don't remember her name. Pretty, blonde, great listener, funny. I appreciate it. My shoulder still does hurt. It's not the PA's fault. I'm just still in pain. So please keep her on board. Thank you.

Dr. He was attentive, professional, and explained the x-ray results. He did what he could to try and relieve my discomfort.
Med assistant Alejandra was friendly, and professional .
Xray tech Heather was okay.
Front desk was kind and professional at check in. They all were thorough knowing that it was after closing time when we were done. Thank you to a great medical team!

My NP Throtter really took special care of me in listening to what was bothering me and talked me through a course to recovery. The staff was very kind and understanding. I will definitely recommend people to come to this place in the event they need urgent care. Thank you so much. Your medical advice truly helped me and saved me from my back pain.

We just wanted to say we're very grateful for the urgent care. They treated us fantastically even though they were about to close. We were seen immediately and everything went well just to make sure that our son's hand was not broken or anything. So they handed us with excellent care and yes, thank you very much.
