They referred my husband to a gastroenterologist in the VA System and I have not been able to find out any information about the referral through the VA. All the care at Renown was great but I wish they had given me more information about the referral. The Doctor told me they would contact us and she had put the referral in as emergency status but it has been 3 business days and I have heard nothing.

The NP gave me ideas to treat my problem at home otherwise I would have to go to the ER. I tried her suggestions and resolved my issue and avoided an ER visit to my relief. Feel much better now.

All of the staff was phenominal. They were knowledgable, friendly, and went the extra mile. I went in 10 minutes before closing as it was going to be worker's comp, and they were so professional. This staff all deserves raises!

This was the best Renown experience I’ve ever had, by far. This APRN deserves THE WORLD I loved her so much. She actually took my concerns seriously and helped me so much. She was amazing and so sweet!!! I wish I could have her as my doctor every time!!

Saw Dr. Hill Wednesday night for a hand issue. He ordered a blood draw test. I went to Renown’s Lab in the same building complex Thursday morning for the test. By Thursday late afternoon, Hill called me to talk through the results. The test didn’t completely support his original diagnosis so he recommended I go to my primary doctor to seek out other specialists. I appreciated his advice, his candor but most of all the prompt response. I felt heard and given direction. The attending nurse was also very nice and attentive as well.

It was a very bad day for me until I got to Renown urgent care. They were extremely helpful, patient and kind to me. I had to return the same day with a bad reaction to my antibiotics and they got me in immediately and made sure I was ok then they wrote me a new prescription. I was very happy with my experience at this location.

I had a very positive experience with the Ms. Sarah Gentile APRN at urgent care. She took my urgent medical situation seriously, listened carefully to my concerns, and provided prompt and professional care. She explained my condition and treatment clearly and prescribed the appropriate medication for my situation. I appreciated her knowledge, professionalism, compassion, and attention to my needs. I felt well cared for and confident in the treatment I received. Thank you for Ms. Gentile APRN providing excellent care during an urgent situation.

I was expecting a red-tape experience and what I got was anything but that.
I was staying in Reno for one night on my way cross-country driving with my son. I realized I forgot my statin and BP meds. This was on a Saturday. Early Sunday morning I made an appointment at your urgent care. When I arrived, the receptionist was cool and interested in my problem, the MA was friendly and efficient, and the NP was professional but thorough. Can’t say enough about her flexibility in suggesting how to proceed. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Shocking! A 10-minute trip to Walgreens to pick up the prescriptions and we were back on the road. I wish I had written down their names, but you have a winning team there.

Get that clinic more staff. They are always amazing and always professional and always so incredibly helpful and effective. I know they are understaffed and that location is busy and stays open late. I know other locations close earlier but that staff doesn't divert.

Everyone was helpful an kind. The doctor that helped me is very patient and really listens to what i need and my concerns. I have visited this place couple of times but I can say that I am more comforable and happy with the service from this place compare to other hospitals. They treat their patients really well. Everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. I haven’t been to the ER many times and it can be scary, but I genuinely felt reassured the whole time at Renown. I left with proper next steps, and I’m appreciative of all the healthcare workers there. They have to deal with a rough crowd (!) and they do it flawlessly.

The P.A. (?? Unsure of her title) provided the BEST medical care I've ever had. She was extremely competent, professional and approachable. She explained my options clearly and conducted my procedure better than my prior doctor. She also referred me to a specialist for further care, which my Dr had never suggested. My only regret is that I don't know her name or title.

Dr. Jamie Marriott is fantastic! She's attended to me before and remembered my specific health issues. Because she took these seriously I recovered quickly and was back on my feet in a few days.

This is an IT issue. There's something funky going on in the interface between the urgent care appointment setting software and my "MyChart" account. They're not talking to each other. The link to MyChart refused to acknowledge my password and (upon check in) appeared to have tried to create a separate MyChart account.
