I have great love and respect for Dr. Menon and his staff. He has saved my life and I will always be grateful to him for monitoring my chemo treatments and making changes when necessary. Nurse Holly has also been a great help by giving me weekly hydrations that were badly needed.

Staff and doctor were wonderful! No one wants to need an oncologist but Dr Menon was great. So knowledgeable but still friendly. The only complaint I have is that the waiting room and the office are so drab and old. Definitely need a make over.

Communication is very important to me and I feel very comfortable with all the providers and nurses and clerical staff at Renown. They answer questions and explain each treatment I receive.
I am very blessed to be treated by this wonderful caring staff.

If the situation wouldn’t be so serious (my disease is very serious) I would say it was a wonderful experience. Dr Menon is a real hero, the nurses are fantastic, the techs and the receptionists are out of this world. It sure makes this journey easier.

Renown Oncology seems to have a great team, from receptionists, nurses, and Dr. Menon. Everyone I’ve been in contact with is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The communication throughout the department is outstanding!

The office personnel was very courteous and prompt.
