I was quite nervous before the bone marrow biopsy, but it helped immeasurably that the nurse Beth was friendly and worked to dispel my fears. She told me that Lillian had performed hundreds of the biopsies and outlined the specifics of what to expect during the procedure. When I was introduced to Lillian she was warm and personable and essentially repeated the information that Beth had shared. The procedure was uncomfortable, but I knew I was in good hands. I feel self-conscious because I was less than stoic, but Lillian stayed to reassure me that my reaction was OK. I appreciated her very calm demeanor and acceptance of my feelings. I left the office feeling a bit embarrassed but not humiliated.

The nurses at the infusion center are wonderful. Very caring and helpful.

Staff at all levels are wonderful. Front desk check in, CNA explain what they are doing ask if I need anything and the nurses are proficient in drawing blood and answering questions or if they don't know get the information. They make a stressful time with professionalism and provide a caring atmosphere.

Lillian’s bedside manner was the best I’ve experienced. She knew I was nervous yet she portrayed patience and kindness throughout the process. She was confident in her process and that shined a light to her experience. I left a hard appointment with gratitude for her bedside manner.

My experience with Lillian Morton was good. I had been sick prior two weeks and was trying to get a call back. Staff i did speak to were not helpful and basically scolded me for calling in.

This was a virtual visit but everything went very well. The hook-up went smoothly and the doctor had the information on my blood work so she was able to give me a good evaluation. I look forward to more virtual visits.

Lillian was the greatest. She gave me a lot of hints on how to help some of my medical problems that I had. She filled me in on what prescriptions I needed. I couldn't have asked for anything more. She was great and so is her staff. So thank you very much for all your help and I guess that's it.

Lillian has helped guide me through my cancer treatment since 2022. She is always prepared for each of my visits. She is always available, through telephone calls and portal messages. Her smiling welcome and positive outlook certainly inspire me each visit. My cancer has progressed rapidly in the last couple of months. Lillian has explored many options available, the pros and cons of each.
