It was nice to be able to get seen on a Saturday, and not have a long wait. The Dr. Listened to me concerns and prescribed what I needed to get better.

Michaela who did the pre procedures before the Dr. came in was great. Efficient and cared and the doctor doctor Bridgette Martinez was a 10+ she showed she really cared about her job about what she was doing and how she treated people and she listened. They both get A +

Erin Hicks was wonderful and communicated clearly. She followed up the next day to make sure my ultrasound was scheduled and I heard back from her about the results not even an hour after the ultrasound was completed. She repeatedly encouraged me to contact her through MyChart if I had further questions or concerns. I thought she provided excellent care, communication, and follow through.

The doctor that was on call was very good. He even called the next day with my test results. I really appreciated that he made me feel like he care and he was an old time doctor which you don’t find too many of those today.

Aaron Williams , APRN was extraordinary and I have never used that word to describe a visit to urgent care , ever. He took time, explained what could be the possibilities , explained the tests he was ordering but then also checked in on three separate occasions with test results. I was shocked to hear from
him. He explained my results and explained my referral that he had made. I truly wish he could be my primary doc. He was calm
And reassuring but also explained the necessity of me following up with the gastric docs. I hope someone will read this and will share this with his supervisors. This was not a normal urgent care visit. Thank you APRN Williams , you have found your calling and renown should have you teach all urgent care people what good care is.

Nice clean facility and i was seen by the nurse practitioner within 10 minutes. She was very pleasant and listened carefully to my symptoms and was compassionate and knew just what to prescribe to cure my issue.

Absolutely the best experience by far. Knowledgeable, friendly, and no judgement- just listened to the symptoms and reassured me and explained everything very well.
