We were seen quickly and the provider was genuinely interested in my son feeling better. Many times, when he has a cold, the providers don’t act with urgency. The provider immediately treated him aggressively with a genuine concern for his wellbeing.

The PA that treated me during this visit was absolutely wonderful. Amazing experience. He spent lots of time with me explaining everything and I felt good when I left the office.

Kala was very thorough and considerate in going through all of my prior medications and reactions. She took great care to make sure I would be comfortable with the Drug that she and I decided was best for me. I appreciate her time and effort and the very detailed explanations she gave. I am feeling much better and having no bad side effects from either of the medications.

The medical assistant was exceptional!!!
He was cordial, professional and made me feel as if I was the most important person. He asked me about the wait time and said they strive to get patient taken care of in a timely manner.
Double his salary, he is worth it!

All the staff I interacted with were very professional and friendly, even though it was a holiday and they were pretty busy. And I observed them interacting with other potential patients that were getting a little antsy about the wait, and they handled it very well.

The provider we saw was great. Efficient, but without feeling rushed. The staff helped move the prescription after discovering the pharmacy we requested was closed, which was very much appreciated. Overall great experience.

In addition to her professional expertise, calm demeanor and excellent bedside manner, Dr. Jessica Peppitoni exudes empathy -- she both comforted me and gave me confidence in her approach to my urgent-care illness. She alleviated my fears, orderedr the necessary tests and imaging, and went a step above that by ensuring I received an EKG, too. Dr. Peppitoni was efficient and empathetic with her compassionate listening skills and thoroughly explaining results to me. By 5/24/26, I realized I am steadfastly improving, and will always be grateful to Dr. Jessica Peppitoni and Renown Urgent Care! Thank you so much...

So nice to have a Renown Urgent Care in the Northwest so close to my home. I was very nervous going in not knowing how my condition would be treated.
