Quay Hervey did an excellent job suturing my wound and gave explicit instructions on wound care. Nurses and office staff very kind.

The doctor was very thorough and even called me directly after my visit to inform me off his concerns about the symptoms and medications that I was taking. After further review he referred me to have an Xray taken to rule out issues. This doctor went above and beyond my expectations!

It was a very comforting, safe place to be. The medical staff was caring and I felt that my issues were being cared for. I will use this location for all of my future urgent care needs- hopefully not too many.

Katie Callahan (NP), was excellent !!! Gracious, knowledgeable, approachable, and spent time listening to me. Accurate diagnosis - I was miserable, unable to sleep, because “I couldn’t breathe.” We didn’t know if my sxs were viral-related, or bacterial. I ended up taking the antibiotic she prescribed, & it made a world of difference. I’m new to Nevada, & am appalled by this state’s healthcare deficiencies, on so many levels, (have never experienced/witnessed such a poor healthcare system in my life), except in a third world country), but this was a good experience - thank you, Katie!!! She was empathetic re: my multiple nasal issues & ongoing, long delay, before I can be seen by ENT. Hey, Nevada, not every state in the country has your abysmal healthcare infrastructure, as evidenced by being ranked in the bottom “5,” out of 50 states, in this realm.

We saw Dana the nurse practitioner. We had a great experience with her. I had the winter virus with a heavy cough and feeling awful. I have a very complicated cardiac history which she took the time to review before seeing me. Her extra attention allowed her to perscribe correctly for me.

From the time I walked in until the time I walked out was a total of about 15-20. Wonderful experience. Dr was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. The MA was wonderful. She was so friendly.

Originally I called for an appointment in order to get an x-ray on my ankle. The operator did not tell me that due to an electrical problem this particular urgent care location did not have an x-ray machine available.
The schedulers should be aware of these things.
As it turned out, it appeared I needed a different type of test, so it worked out.

I had as infection in my elbow. The medical folks saw it and knew quickly how to treat in with antibiotics. Rapid and reliable service. The infection, after 4 days, is mostly gone. Three more days of the antibiotic.

I came here after being told that there would be a 2hour wait beyond my appointment time at the St Mary’s urgent care. I was very pleased to get everything I needed in a pleasant timely manner! I was in and out long before the eye would have gotten to me at the other place! Thank you!!
