I have only been to an urgent care a few times but this one is the best. I saw nurse practitioner David and he was very thorough, respectful, caring, I have not had a lot of providers that are like him. He is one of the best

I've been in there a few times, never packed, very clean, very new, polite and respectable receptionists, all the Dr.s and nurses,and NPA s, were so sweet and caring. Explained everything in laymen's terms. I will definitely refer them. ?❤️

Dr. Mac was amazing and so was the provider that assisted me before seeing Dr. Mac. I really appreciated that they explained everything that they were going to do and that Dr. Mac gave me options on the treatment for my head wound. He also called me the next day to check to see how I was doing which was so kind of him and I also appreciated this follow up.

I recently moved to Reno from SoCal. I have Kaiser insurance and I’m so excited to find that the two are joining forces for medical care. I was very impressed with The Urgent Care I visited. The front office employee moved me through the process in a friendly and helpful way considering I’m new to the area. The doctor assistant and the doctor were so thorough. And the facility is very modern. I had a sinus infection that kept getting worse. I’m so grateful for their assistance with my medical issue. I’m feeling much better. Thank you.

The receptionist was nice. The X-Ray tech, the doctor and Ken were fantastic!!! Very nice and understanding. I had been in a car accident (rear-ended) the day before.
The first nurse that I saw (she took my vitals, etc), asked me questions that I feel shouldn’t be asked every single time. All of my information is up to date in MyChart. She asked about the medication, looked at only one and asked if that’s the only one I’m taking (inhaler).
I wasn’t feeling good. I was on day 2 of a pounding headache and terrible neck pain. I told her several times everything in MyChart was up to date.
All this to say - please find a way to streamline the information in MyChart with the medical providers - ESPECIALLY the nurses who take the vitals. Thank you.

It was a good experience and I didn’t feel rushed through the visit. They said I needed to get a MRI, and put in an urgent request for one, and I’m still waiting for that, which has been frustrating because I’m in pain.

The nurse who did my initial assessment was very professional and polite. The P/A that examined my concern was also professional, very polite, clearly very experienced.... and pleasant to talk with.

I had a 4:15 appt didn’t get called until 4:50. The facility had only one physician on duty and was running behind.
I had no problem with that however I only knew that info because the receptionist informed a walk-in patient (who came in 15 minutes after me) to give them the option to go to another location - she should have informed everyone who came in.

The whole experience was super smooth, start to finish. I really appreciated. I mean, honestly, I was expecting to have to wait for way longer than I did. There was low wait time. The staff was friendly. I asked about changing my preferred name, which does not match my legal name, and I felt like that was received very positively and got very helpful information from both the doctor and the front desk. The doctor listened to me. The PA listened to me. Everyone listened to me. It was very smooth. Thank you so much.

I love being able to make an appointment but I wasn’t seen until about an hour after my appointment time with no updates or explanation for the delay. I was ok but if I had been in pain or more acute distress it would have really bothered me.

Had a nasty bladder infection. The receptionist was able to give me a cup and let me use the bathroom and then check me in. This was so much appreciated and showed a great day of compassion.
