I had a 4:15 appt didn’t get called until 4:50. The facility had only one physician on duty and was running behind.
I had no problem with that however I only knew that info because the receptionist informed a walk-in patient (who came in 15 minutes after me) to give them the option to go to another location - she should have informed everyone who came in.

The whole experience was super smooth, start to finish. I really appreciated. I mean, honestly, I was expecting to have to wait for way longer than I did. There was low wait time. The staff was friendly. I asked about changing my preferred name, which does not match my legal name, and I felt like that was received very positively and got very helpful information from both the doctor and the front desk. The doctor listened to me. The PA listened to me. Everyone listened to me. It was very smooth. Thank you so much.

I love being able to make an appointment but I wasn’t seen until about an hour after my appointment time with no updates or explanation for the delay. I was ok but if I had been in pain or more acute distress it would have really bothered me.

Had a nasty bladder infection. The receptionist was able to give me a cup and let me use the bathroom and then check me in. This was so much appreciated and showed a great day of compassion.

Of all the experiences we have had at this urgent care, this was the best one. The medical providers were great. The doctor listened to my son (the patient) and spoke with him.

I was treated exceptionally well from the beginning to the discharge. I couldn't be happier with the service I received, especially those three nurses that dealt with me. I was on room 209. It was 17th at night, third shift to 18th in the afternoon. I just can't thank enough for everyone I met with. They were polite, professional, and caring. I was really very pleased. Thank you.

Good afternoon. I was very pleased with the physician. She listened to me. She took her time. I didn't feel pressured or like I was in an office that had only, say, 15 minutes to give me. She answered my questions clearly and I felt very confident with her ability. Thank you. I will be back, God forbid, but if I need care, I will come there. Thank you.

I was unconscious when I arrived here today. I have no idea why I fainted … absolutely no memory of the incident.
As noted re previous visits, Renoun has a caring qualified staff. I am learning to trust the staff with each new visit.

The office was so clean and comfortable. The doctor took the time to do small tests on me to rule out possibilities. She even offered an ice pack for me to take home. I would travel to this farther office just to see the same doctor.

I felt my experience at this urgent care was excellent. All the staff treated me respectfully and kindly. I was seen quickly. The doctor who saw me was very knowledgeable and explained my situation and treatment well. I appreciate that I felt comfortable and relaxed through the entire visit. Dr. Hicks and her medical assistant were amazing. I was describing my symptoms in slime green and neon yellow and she totally understood. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. It's neat, it's clean, it's quick. And the staff, all the staff that I've interacted, I've taken my dad there to that particular urgent care who's 92 and they're so compassionate. I hope everyone has a lovely weekend and 4th of July.

I saw Jean. She was so helpful and informative. I even called the next day to ask her a question and she returned by call promptly. I wish all medical staff were this attentive. Great experience even though it ended up my toe was fractured.
