Good afternoon. I was very pleased with the physician. She listened to me. She took her time. I didn't feel pressured or like I was in an office that had only, say, 15 minutes to give me. I was unconscious when I arrived here today. I have no idea why I fainted … absolutely no memory of the incident.
As noted re previous visits, Renoun has a caring qualified staff. I am learning to trust the staff with each new visit.

The office was so clean and comfortable. The doctor took the time to do small tests on me to rule out possibilities. She even offered an ice pack for me to take home. I would travel to this farther office just to see the same doctor.

I felt my experience at this urgent care was excellent. All the staff treated me respectfully and kindly. I was seen quickly. The doctor who saw me was very knowledgeable and explained my situation and treatment well. I appreciate that I felt comfortable and relaxed through the entire visit. Dr. Hicks and her medical assistant were amazing. I was describing my symptoms in slime green and neon yellow and she totally understood. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. It's neat, it's clean, it's quick. And the staff, all the staff that I've interacted, I've taken my dad there to that particular urgent care who's 92 and they're so compassionate. I hope everyone has a lovely weekend and 4th of July.

I saw Jean. She was so helpful and informative. I even called the next day to ask her a question and she returned by call promptly. I wish all medical staff were this attentive. Great experience even though it ended up my toe was fractured.

We were seen quickly and the provider was genuinely interested in my son feeling better. Many times, when he has a cold, the providers don’t act with urgency. The provider immediately treated him aggressively with a genuine concern for his wellbeing.

The PA that treated me during this visit was absolutely wonderful. Amazing experience. He spent lots of time with me explaining everything and I felt good when I left the office.

Kala was very thorough and considerate in going through all of my prior medications and reactions. She took great care to make sure I would be comfortable with the Drug that she and I decided was best for me. I appreciate her time and effort and the very detailed explanations she gave. I am feeling much better and having no bad side effects from either of the medications.

The medical assistant was exceptional!!!
He was cordial, professional and made me feel as if I was the most important person. He asked me about the wait time and said they strive to get patient taken care of in a timely manner.
Double his salary, he is worth it!

All the staff I interacted with were very professional and friendly, even though it was a holiday and they were pretty busy. And I observed them interacting with other potential patients that were getting a little antsy about the wait, and they handled it very well.

The provider we saw was great. Efficient, but without feeling rushed. The staff helped move the prescription after discovering the pharmacy we requested was closed, which was very much appreciated. Overall great experience.
