So nice to have a Renown Urgent Care in the Northwest so close to my home. I was very nervous going in not knowing how my condition would be treated. The staff was kind and the care provider very thoughtful and helpful. The best part was knowing that a summary of my visit would be available on the MyChart portal for review.

I definitely appreciated the consideration of the front staff and the physician. I arrived 20 minutes late due to a traffic hold up, and they still worked me in. This is an attitude that support my faith in Renown!

Michaela who did the pre procedures before the Dr. came in was great. Efficient and cared and the doctor doctor Bridgette Martinez was a 10+ she showed she really cared about her job about what she was doing and how she treated people and she listened. They both get A +

I had a great experience. This time was able to schedule the appointment online. This was a same-day appointment. Dr. Richard Chen was amazing. Listened well and provided me a great service.
The nurse practitioner gave me a nebulizer and explained everything that was going on

Erin Hicks was wonderful and communicated clearly. She followed up the next day to make sure my ultrasound was scheduled and I heard back from her about the results not even an hour after the ultrasound was completed. She repeatedly encouraged me to contact her through MyChart if I had further questions or concerns. I thought she provided excellent care, communication, and follow through.

The doctor that was on call was very good. He even called the next day with my test results. I really appreciated that he made me feel like he care and he was an old time doctor which you don’t find too many of those today.
