Aaron Williams , APRN was extraordinary and I have never used that word to describe a visit to urgent care , ever. He took time, explained what could be the possibilities , explained the tests he was ordering but then also checked in on three separate occasions with test results. I was shocked to hear from
him. He explained my results and explained my referral that he had made. I truly wish he could be my primary doc. He was calm
And reassuring but also explained the necessity of me following up with the gastric docs. I hope someone will read this and will share this with his supervisors. This was not a normal urgent care visit. Thank you APRN Williams , you have found your calling and renown should have you teach all urgent care people what good care is.

Nice clean facility and i was seen by the nurse practitioner within 10 minutes. She was very pleasant and listened carefully to my symptoms and was compassionate and knew just what to prescribe to cure my issue.

Went first to Summit Ridge clinic but way backed up. Receptionist suggested I try the Robb Drive clinic where there was no wait at all.

The facility was so nice and clean, the staff was incredible, they got me in so fast, and the provider was incredibly thorough. I’d pick this location 10/10 times.

Michele ( doctor ) was very knowledgeable about my type of issue and straight forward as to how to treat it as well as answering some other questions about a future procedure

Absolutely the best experience by far. Knowledgeable, friendly, and no judgement- just listened to the symptoms and reassured me and explained everything very well. I'm on the mend now and while I hope I don't have to come back ever, if I do this is my go-to! Thank you for treating me with dignity and care to help me get better!

The front office gal was top notch. I did not feel well, I was out of network. She was kind, had patience of a saint and was very professional. Healthcare is still a business, she never made me feel like it was about money rather she cared that I felt better. The MA was very professional. Tara Waglarz was incredible. Took time to listen to my symptoms, discussed the plan with me. Not a negative thing to say.

The doctor was very thorough and even called me directly after my visit to inform me off his concerns about the symptoms and medications that I was taking. After further review he referred me to have an Xray taken to rule out issues. This doctor went above and beyond my expectations!

It was a very comforting, safe place to be. The medical staff was caring and I felt that my issues were being cared for. I will use this location for all of my future urgent care needs- hopefully not too many.
