I am a little concerned because the day after my visit, I was contacted by Renown medical personnel regarding my diabetic medication guardians and was told that Dr.To had prescribed me guardians, but it was too early to refill the guardians. I explained to your call taker that I had a specific doctor that treated my diabetes and I was very confused and still sitting here right now would like an explanation as to what occurred thank you.

I wish the doctor would spend more time with me , I feel rushed when I am in the visit with the physician. I felt that my questions are not answered fully so I could understand my results of my diagnostic exams I had recently .

Dr. Toh was very knowledgeable and he had a history of my medical record and he was very good and he explained to me all the steps that we need to follow in order to diagnose what's going on with my issue. So I'm very happy that I was referred to Dr. Toh. Thank you so much.

Sometimes it would be nice to be told how your test results results came out and be able to speak to a person without being blocked by robots!

It seems that some things have changed during recent months. Each time I have been at a Renown center, I have been treated efficiently. However, I am not greeted with a smile, a hello, a how are you today? I’m called up to the desk to get checked in. There’s no appropriate greeting but I’m greeted with “What’s the last name?” Why can’t you train people how to interact with your “customers “ and make us feel welcome and appreciated that we chose to be at Renown?

Dr.To was very friendly and he was very reassuring about my condition. He explained everything to me so I could understand. Dr To’s assistant Rosie was very kind and she has a great sense of humor which made me feel comfortable.

My care was excellent. Dr. Duythuc knew exactly my condition and encouraged me and changed my medications because there was something I needed to be looked at. So he was very attentive to that, which I appreciate. I had a good experience and I've been in good hands with him and with his staff. He listens very well and I appreciate that. Dr. Thomas To is amazing. He's the best cardiologist I've ever seen. Him and his whole group of employees at the office were great. And he's just a really nice man. He listens to you. He always asks you if you have any questions. And I just feel real comfortable with Dr. Thomas To.

All the people that I had dealings with treated me with respect and were extremely helpful as to things that I needed to do with other appointments and tests

I like Dr. To a lot. I only had to explain to him once why I made the appointment with him. It took him less than 2 minutes to compare the 2 Electrocardiograms and find there was no anomaly. Then he gave me a Procedure/Surgery Clearance Form that I can use to proceed with the EGD test my P.A. requested, plus provided me with a Lipid Panel for my appointment with him in 6 months.
