Yes Dr To intervened in medication management that was crucial to my recovery from [ ] & placed medication on hold that was contributing to my [ ] that previous medical contacts did not!

Dr. To is always outstanding in his care for me! I would not trust another Cardiologist!!!! He saw me in the hospital when I coded in 2016 and has been with me ever since!

This was my first experience with Dr. To I am trying to find a solution to a serious problem related to walking and balance he prescribed tests related to that disability. He reviewed the test immediately, call me back to his office immediately, and provided me with advice on what to do as a result of the test. He was quick, efficient, understanding, and thorough.
