Short waiting time. Dr To is friendly, professional and listened to me. I like his diagnostic skills and approach to my treatment. Changed my medications to improve my condition. He made sure I understood the medications and instructions. This was my 1st visit and would recommend him to others. I feel lucky they referred me to him.
