A short wait when I arrived, must faster than I expected. The M/A's prepped me showing care.
The "Doc" came in, doing an excellent job on my wound. Following his instructions, the wound is healing, and having zero problems.

David Bunker APRN was very professional, friendly, explained everything thoroughly, listened to my concerns and adjusted my medication to reflect my needs. Despite Fernley Urgent Care being extremely busy that day, everyone I interacted with was polite, and professional while still being welcoming. I greatly thank David Bunker, APRN and those who were on duty 03/18/2026 for the care they provided. Unfortunately, I’m unable to recall the names of the other Renown employees that assisted me otherwise I would thank them personally as well.

The staff were great. Even though the facility was very busy. The Nurse Practitioner listened to my symptoms and we discussed a resolution that included lured a pain injection and also a referral to a hand specialist.

Everyone from entering, greeting, everyone was very nice. The physician assistant, I believe is what she was, was very knowledgeable. She answered my questions. I'd ask for a referral. She was putting it in, as well as getting the situation that I was there for taken care of. So 10 out of 10.

This facility has the best of Caring Staff. I really appreciate ? their personal listening ears, as I am hyperverbose/tangential, since my stroke.

Waiting room was nicely upgraded. Nice people, not crowded. It is not always this pleasant when it is so crowded. Maybe the expanded hours are helping with this.

My provider was amazing! The MA was so kind and the front desk staff was delightful. Best experience I have had at the Fernley urgent care yet.

It was very fast. I was only there for an hour start to finish so I don’t know if I lucked out and it was slow but it was so nice to get through things quickly.

I needed a wheelchair to get into my appointment. It would be nice for us to be able to just ask for a wheelchair instead of having to wait in line and finally get a wheelchair. And that's the same time I also need to be admitted. That's pretty much it. Everything else went well. Thank you.

Thank you so much to the kind patient er doctor who helped me get treated for pneumonia. I knew they were very busy and yet he listened, spotted problem quickly, resolved problem and made me feel not rushed. So good!

I was extremely impressed with the PA, Blum. That attended to me. She was caring and asked numerous questions. In the end, I think her assessment of my issues was certainly correct. Although I didn't go to the ER as suggested, I did make arrangements to see my GI doctor early next week. In the meantime, I have modified my diet to include more roughage, and less processed food. That seems to have eased my pain.

The doctor listened and ran various tests to find out what was wrong! She was the most informed doctor I have met. She cared, had empathy. Told me if allergic to medicine how to reach her fast and direct. The check-in Lady was amazing. Telling her my symptoms, she said wait right there and went in back. Came out and took me directly back in. Best visit I’ve ever had there.

Lynsey Hall is amazing. I was so happy she provided my care. When you’re not feeling well and frustrated, then walks in a breath of fresh air, she is a true Blessing. She is our family’s favorite urgent care provider.
