Dr. Lindsey Hall is absolutely amazing! She listens to understand and connect so I can tell that she genuinely cares and does what she can to help and get me the care I deserve and need. She is so kind and patient and she explains everything so well. She has been more helpful than any other provider I have ever had. I went all the way to Fernley in hopes to see her again because she actually makes me feel cared for and important. She’s amazing. Absolutely love her and all the work she does

The service providers were on top of it and helped us with what we needed and recommended that we go to the hospital. But it would be nice if you all had an ultrasound machine there so that we wouldn't have to go to the ER. Thank you.

I went in thinking my back ache was caused by something totally different then what it actually was! After x rays the problem was explained and I was referred to a specialist. I appreciate the extra information and care given by the staff

Everybody from the receptionist all the way through the physician was excellent. They listened to what I had to say and what was going on, where I hurt, and they did a really good job on checking it over and being very thorough. Thank you.

Having a sick child is scary and nerve wracking. From the moment we walked into Renown, I felt they sincerely cared and knew my son was in good hands. He promptly got a diagnosis and treatment. I am switching over to Renown for all of our family’s medical needs. The nurses, assistants and physicians (and many others) were phenomenal.

The student that roomed us was amazing. She took her time and was caring. Lindsey Hall is amazing! She took her time to listen and came up with an amazing care plan. The radiology tech was amazing as well and made sure that Jasmine was able to understand what to do when taking the x-rays. The PAR was amazing as well and checked us in in a timely manner!

Doctor and nurse were exceptional. I have a slight aversion for doctor/dentist visits. I couldn't help but think, "I wish this was how every doctor/dentist office felt.". It was enough to make me feel comfortable enough to schedule an initial visit with a new Primary with Renown. I just wish the doctor I saw on this visit did Primary care.

The only thing that I disagreed with was, I have made an appointment that morning. My appointment was at 12:30 and I wasn’t seen or taken back into a room till after 1:30 other than that I have very good care after the reception nurses were courteous. The MAs were great, and the doctor was great. He explained everything to me in detail and told me if I wasn’t feeling better to come back on Thursday it was a very good experience other than the wait time.

The front desktop was amazing. The triage nurse was amazing. Everybody listened and took what I had to say serious. I was saying to get in to do labs and other things and then put into a room in a very short timely manner, so I was amazed. Also, the nurses and doctors had treated me afterwards were very informative gave me options and choices and explain things to me and I was very well taken care of so I would recommend this emergency room to everybody..
