I needed a wheelchair to get into my appointment. It would be nice for us to be able to just ask for a wheelchair instead of having to wait in line and finally get a wheelchair. And that's the same time I also need to be admitted. That's pretty much it. Everything else went well. Thank you.

Thank you so much to the kind patient er doctor who helped me get treated for pneumonia. I knew they were very busy and yet he listened, spotted problem quickly, resolved problem and made me feel not rushed. So good!

I really appreciated the thoughtfulness of of the nurse making sure I was with a female doctor for a delicate matter. Dr Hall and the nurse were amazing.

I was extremely impressed with the PA, Blum. That attended to me. She was caring and asked numerous questions. In the end, I think her assessment of my issues was certainly correct. Although I didn't go to the ER as suggested, I did make arrangements to see my GI doctor early next week. In the meantime, I have modified my diet to include more roughage, and less processed food. That seems to have eased my pain.

The doctor listened and ran various tests to find out what was wrong! She was the most informed doctor I have met. She cared, had empathy. Told me if allergic to medicine how to reach her fast and direct. The check-in Lady was amazing. Telling her my symptoms, she said wait right there and went in back. Came out and took me directly back in. Best visit I’ve ever had there.

Lynsey Hall is amazing. I was so happy she provided my care. When you’re not feeling well and frustrated, then walks in a breath of fresh air, she is a true Blessing. She is our family’s favorite urgent care provider.

The care giver did the best she could I had a bloody nose that she had a hard time stopping after I got home it started bleeding again called 911 they took me to a hospital and I was there for several hours to get it to stop

Always the most courteous very sell them have any kind of a problem there urgent care in Fernley has always been good except it’s very busy. I think they need more doctors. I think the lab and the people in the lab are some of the best in the Reno Fernley Carson area

Love renown urgent cares. One negative...I do understand wait times may change. I did make appt. The txt wait times were seriously off. My daughter had strep and serious virus. I askd if we could sit in the car for a bit. She was a mess. So...instead...waited for an hr and 45 minutes with her sobbing. We were told no bc 5th n line

The lady at the front who helped me check in was rude and wouldn’t listen to me. I had a severe migraine and she wasn’t helping she just made it worse. But everyone else who helped all the nurses and doctors were great. I have severe white coat syndrome and they handle it beautifully with so much understanding and compassion it was the most I had ever felt comfortable in a doctors office.

Dr. Lindsey Hall is absolutely amazing! She listens to understand and connect so I can tell that she genuinely cares and does what she can to help and get me the care I deserve and need. She is so kind and patient and she explains everything so well. She has been more helpful than any other provider I have ever had. I went all the way to Fernley in hopes to see her again because she actually makes me feel cared for and important. She’s amazing. Absolutely love her and all the work she does

The service providers were on top of it and helped us with what we needed and recommended that we go to the hospital. But it would be nice if you all had an ultrasound machine there so that we wouldn't have to go to the ER. Thank you.
