I like this clinic a lot. I choose to drive to it, instead of using my local clinic. The clinic is clean and I always get seen on time.

The only thing that I disagreed with was, I have made an appointment that morning. My appointment was at 12:30 and I wasn’t seen or taken back into a room till after 1:30 other than that I have very good care after the reception nurses were courteous. The MAs were great, and the doctor was great. He explained everything to me in detail and told me if I wasn’t feeling better to come back on Thursday it was a very good experience other than the wait time.

The front desktop was amazing. The triage nurse was amazing. Everybody listened and took what I had to say serious. I was saying to get in to do labs and other things and then put into a room in a very short timely manner, so I was amazed. Also, the nurses and doctors had treated me afterwards were very informative gave me options and choices and explain things to me and I was very well taken care of so I would recommend this emergency room to everybody..

I think it was pretty busy in there when I came in and there was a couple of disgruntled patients that was voicing their opinions pretty loudly and I think the staff and the provider were doing the best they could with what they had going on at the time and I was perfectly happy with the care I was given and I don't think that anyone could say any different with the exception of a couple people who were complaining for what I thought was no reason at all. I was seen in a timely manner and everything I felt went as smoothly as it could given the circumstances. So I would definitely go there again and again. I think they were as professional and as courteous and did the best they could.

I was in pain but I appreciated the gentle care that was given. I was given tests to find out what is wrong with my body. Results should be in shortly. Thank you to everyone involved.

My care was given in a timely fashion and I will
follow up with a Renown provider for more treatment. I am currently provided treatment with the VA and Banner urgent care.

Nurse Tiffany and Nurse Claire were so kind, patient, attentive and wonderful to my daughter and myself. They gave me all the information I needed and ensured my daughter was comfortable and cared for. Great nurses!

I learned something new ? I told my doctor I had nose bleeds a lot in the winter-- this one bled for 3 hours-- and he told me to use afrin if they happen often. I had no idea. I thought that was pretty cool

Dr. Rachel Benson was amazing. I’ve never experienced the level of care and kindness from any other Urgent Care Physician. It felt like I was being attended to by my personal Internist. My experience with Renown staff has been excellent. This encounter was a stand out among all the other visits to Renown. Thank you!

My Provider Lyndsey Hall listened to all of my concerns and treated me not only for pain but gave me referrals for aftercare. She messaged me seeing how I was feeling and answered my questions in a timely manner. I definitely recommend her and wish she was not just an urgent care provider but a primary care provider as well.

Lindsey Hall was fantastic, even being behind and very busy at the end of what im sure was a very hectic day, she was very nice didnt rush me through genuinely cared. She ordered the tests I needed.
There needs to be more like her it means alot when your sick that the provider cares and is helpful. 100 percent would recommend her to anyone.

I'm a senior citizen Vietnam veteran and without the Urgent Care in my small town I would've had to drive 45 minutes to a VA hospital and I had fallen and broken my nose so it would not have been a great experience.

Your staff was professional, courteous, and always smiling. They were sure to ask if I had any questions. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes, which might be a record for me. I couldn't be happier with the experience. Thank you.

I was very pleased and relieved when I went into that facility because the other place where I was hearing things done for myself, they did not give me any high blood pressure medicine because they wanted me to go to an appointment first. And I was already out for four days. And I was feeling it, I was getting scared when I went over there to the renowned infirmary. They were very kind. They helped me every, any, way to get me all established in there. There was a good doctor in there, and I felt very comfortable with him. I want to sign up. I'm going to stop going to where I'm going. You probably know where the other place is, but I won't say no names. I want to go to Renown right away. I have the number to sign up for the primary care. That's it. Thank you.

They are always so helpful and friendly when ailments acutely fall upon our family. I truly appreciate the care this particular staff shows us in our time of need.
