I didn't have to wait long. They got me in right away and they did an x-ray and they splinted my right wrist and everything went well. I was in and out of there in less than an hour. Excellent care. Thank you.

Physician was amazing and made me feel well cared for and valued. I don't care for how your organization passes off new programs ( pharmacist) by telling patients to sign here as if it part of the process not voluntary, that is pretty unethical.

I had a glass door explode in my face. My eyes felt very gritty. The dr was very patient with me. He washed my eyes out and put in numbing drops to make me more comfortable. I was having a hard time describing how my eyes felt. Then the Dr found out I had a cut in both of my eyes from the glass. I was so grateful to him. Thank you for listening to me when I didn’t know how to explain myself. What a wonderful kind Dr

It's expected to have a long with time for Urgent Care, but with the F growth of Fernley I think it time to invest into a larger facility with more staff. This would better service the community.

One receptionist handled all patients as quickly and professionally as possible. Was relieved with the Decision made on sending me to hospital for a Ultrasound. I was experiencing excruciating Hot Pain and sudden Bruising was worried about having a Blood Clot. An ambulance was called right away.

Nurse practitioner, Rachel, worked very hard at helping me with my daughter with Down syndrome who weighs 180 pounds and did not want the infection on her thigh to be treated, but we managed to do it with a lot of help from your staff. I'm very grateful. Thank you. Bye-bye.
