I would like to say that the nurses were extremely polite and wonderful spirit and my physician's assistant really took time, came back in, really sat down and talked to me and I really felt like she cared. It was one of the best visits I've ever had.

The urgent care Dr. sent me to Banner Hospital because urgent care didn't have exray available till Saturday. In my opinion, I wouldn't send anyone to Banner Hospital for anything. The exrays were okay but they had to send them to Philadelphia to be read, because they had no radiologist there to read them. I waited over 3hrs, finally left and still had no results. Not good. Won't go back ever!!!

I have zero complaints with the Newlands Facility or staff! My complaint is with Renown hospital’s billing! I took my two children to Fernley for Sports Physicals. At the time of service, I paid the full balance owed of $50… then 4 days later Renown sends me an additional bill of $26 per child for services! I paid in full for my services, paid the balance stated by the facility staff, at the time of service at the facility where services were provided! I will not be paying the additional $52!

When you walk the testing and stuff, he didn't get me the right answers. I needed to test the chest in the hospital. Hadn't done a better job. I wouldn't have been a while. But it is what it is.

The dr ran my blood test and told me my a1c was hi and I need to get it lower and then helped me with my infection. And going to set up an appointment with a diabetic dr to help get back on track .

The medical records department was not very accommodating when I told them I could give them answers, yet they canceled my order and then asked me to resubmit a release of information, which was not very easy for me to do.

I felt that the people there at Renone were very friendly, very helpful. They were patient. They waited patiently. My provider was Jennifer. She was compassionate and prescribed me 2 meds which have worked great. She knew exactly what to do to help make me feel better. I’ve been to the Fernley Renown Urgent Care over the past few years. I have great confidence in every provider that has ever helped me there. What an asset to have Renown in our small town.
