The doctor that helped me on my visit was very concerned and very helpful. He went above and beyond to go outside and give me some aspirin to my car so I didn't have to walk back to the facility. He was very caring and made me feel so comfortable and taken care of, and I appreciate that.

The xray tech was extremely nice and the pa who treated me was very professional and listened to why I came in. She checked all vitals and told me what I needed to do and what she was prescribing for me to take and if I didn't see improvement to come back in for future evaluation.

I got into the office very quickly. I was very upset. She was very helpful. She calmed me down. She fixed my elbow. I had fallen and hurt myself. And she was very caring, very careful. My husband had treated the wound, but she went over and retreated it. And I would give her a 10. And I just appreciate her so much. Thank you so much.

Yes, the only thing I have to say is when I went to urgent care, the nurse, I believe she was from Trekke, her name was Tara. She was so very, very good, very excellent. She helped me a lot. I thank you.

Tara was wonderful. She did the necessary tests and explained that I needed to go directly to ER in Reno. She said they were limited at the urgent care of what they could do with test, etc. and I could get a more complete analysis of what was going on there. She was very nice about it and even gave us the address since we’re fairly new to the area.

The APRN was fantastic. She listened asked what my needs were and made me feel confident with her responses. She explained everything clearly. She was professional and human in her interaction with me. No AI can ever replace her.

The practitioner I saw called me back with the results of my tests, even though she was off for the day. It's nice to see that some still care to give you the results quickly to give you the peace of mind and direction even if it's their day off. That meant a lot to me.

The doctor was very nice and thorough with me. I don’t usually go into the urgent care when I have a cold. But this was a lot worse. He was very gentle and kind also very informative

Only complaint I had was they don’t take my supplemental insurance. I had to pay out of pocket which really is not good. I understand you are exclusive with one insurance company, is that the case??…..We have a lot of seniors living here in the Fernley area and have to depend on various insurances for the coverage we need and can afford. And I don’t think that’s a fair deal for our community.

The provider did not give me all of the prescriptions. I was supposed to have a pain prescription and then also was supposed to have an area to be able to contact them should things get worse or I needed a further doctor note. None of that was available online to be able to extend or communicate with the urgent care. So that is something that you need to work on. Thank you.

The PA was extremely knowledgeable regarding my person situation and the previous doctor visits! She hit it out of the park which makes me trust her for my care!

Did very well with the facility being clean and the staff being pleasant and accommodating. I am not pleased with the fact I had an appointment set, showed up on time for that appointment, and still ended up waiting an hour and 15 minutes before being seen, before even being brought into a room in the back office.
