The doctor was very nice and thorough with me. I don’t usually go into the urgent care when I have a cold. But this was a lot worse. He was very gentle and kind also very informative

Only complaint I had was they don’t take my supplemental insurance. I had to pay out of pocket which really is not good. I understand you are exclusive with one insurance company, is that the case??…..We have a lot of seniors living here in the Fernley area and have to depend on various insurances for the coverage we need and can afford. And I don’t think that’s a fair deal for our community.

The provider did not give me all of the prescriptions. I was supposed to have a pain prescription and then also was supposed to have an area to be able to contact them should things get worse or I needed a further doctor note. None of that was available online to be able to extend or communicate with the urgent care. So that is something that you need to work on. Thank you.

Usually everyone there is great. Doctors, nurses, receptionists, depends who you get, usually good though. But Nohea was very great and so was the doctor, Aaron. Thank you.

Did very well with the facility being clean and the staff being pleasant and accommodating. I am not pleased with the fact I had an appointment set, showed up on time for that appointment, and still ended up waiting an hour and 15 minutes before being seen, before even being brought into a room in the back office.

I did a no appointment walk-in, waited 10-15 minutes and got seen. The young Dr. (?) asked me a battery of questions, told me what I had, gave me prescription paperwork and BAM! I was outta there. Pleasant visit, got the drugs and I am all better. Thank you very much.

A short wait when I arrived, must faster than I expected. The M/A's prepped me showing care.
The "Doc" came in, doing an excellent job on my wound. Following his instructions, the wound is healing, and having zero problems.

David Bunker APRN was very professional, friendly, explained everything thoroughly, listened to my concerns and adjusted my medication to reflect my needs. Despite Fernley Urgent Care being extremely busy that day, everyone I interacted with was polite, and professional while still being welcoming. I greatly thank David Bunker, APRN and those who were on duty 03/18/2026 for the care they provided. Unfortunately, I’m unable to recall the names of the other Renown employees that assisted me otherwise I would thank them personally as well.

The staff were great. Even though the facility was very busy. The Nurse Practitioner listened to my symptoms and we discussed a resolution that included lured a pain injection and also a referral to a hand specialist.
