I was very sick and feeling progressively worse, so my cognitive skills were not the best. At times I asked the provider to repeat herself, not because she wasn't being clear, but because I wasn't "picking everything up". I am normally a lot more lucid. Her prescription (antibiotics) was very helpful in making me feel more human. She was very clear and informative. The problem was on my end.

The 3 people that treated me directly were phenomenal. They listened to my concerns regarding pain, were exceptionally accommodating, and professional. I have had this procedure performed at other medical offices outside of the Renown system with nowhere near the same level of satisfaction on my part. The people in this clinic were exceptional. This is the best medical experience I have had in probably 2 decades.

Yes, your service was good and everything else, but the questionnaire is just too long and too detailed. I don't normally fill them out, but I thought I would this time because you called me. It's just too much. But thank you for everything.

We live in Washoe Valley and we have used this urgent always. Very nice staff and we very seldom have to wait more then 10 min.

By far the best urgent care experience I've ever had for myself and my babies. I have 2 pretty rambunctious toddlers and usually when at a doc office my anxiety is through the roof. The whole team was very understanding and accepting while addressing our needs and comfort, but accommodating while being professional.

It was a great experience! The staff and doctor were amazing and attentive, and they cared about why we were there. We were there visiting and felt like our care was as just as good or better than what we would have gotten at home in Texas. Very glad to have met such great people who took care of us in a timely manner and actually cared!

My experience was amazing! The provider was professional, polite, kind, and considerate to my situation and wanted to give me the best care possible! I definitely recommend this place and the providers there… Renown makes me feel safe. I feel safe at renown and not the other local area, hospitals or clinics. I highly recommend renown.

Dana Julian was a very good care practitioner. What I thought to be gout in my hand was actually a very bad bacterial infection. Thought to be started through a tiny sliver cut below my index finger. The pain and swelling was excruciating. I was put on a high power antibiotic, progesterone and a antibacterial salve. After one dose of antibiotic, the next morning was a wonderful difference. I’m on day 2 and almost back to normal. Thank you Dana!

My nurse practitioner evaluated my eye and let me know there was no injury or visible problem. She numbed the eye with the stain and sent me to an optometrist who would see me within the day. She was very reassuring and I got my cornea problem resolved and the pain under control that day. Well done !!!

The provider Dalton was great! My child had been freaking out for the MA and when Dalton came into the room after I had calmed her down, he did so great with keeping a calm and gentle approach to examining her so she would not get upset again. He explained everything to me clearly and asked questions that confirmed he had looked at her medical history before entering the room. I am very thankful for the care he provided!
