I appreciated how clean everything looked, in both the waiting areas and the exam room. I did not use the restroom on this visit. Each of the 3 staff people I saw (check in, nurse, medical provider) were all very pleasant and welcoming. Of course, I did not feel well and they all made me feel comfortable and safe. I appreciated that the medical provider listened and checked over all my meds on the my chart before deciding what to prescribe for me. She did not make me feel bad that I require smaller pills or liquids to swallow. A week later, I am feeling much better because I was able to consistently take the meds she prescribed. Thank you.

Honestly each time I have been here the service and care is incredible. The physicians take time to talk, listen and answer questions. The service is by far better than the service I’ve received at my actual physician’s medical group urgently care clinic.

All of the staff were couteous and engaging. The doctor asked great questions and listened, asking her follow up questions. He made a quick and accurate assessment and treated my daughter with respect. He provided thorough follow up instructions. The entire experience from entry to exit was professional.

It was a very comforting visit. The woman at the front desk is pleasant as could be and the doctor came in and explained everything to us that we had to come to the hospital and they didn’t have the facility to put an IV in or anything like that, but she explained everything

This was by far the best experience I ever had at an Urgent Care Clinic.
I moved from San Rafael California. Urgent Care there at multiple locations was indifferent at best, even the time I came with a deep cut requiring several stitches. They told me to get towels from the restroom so blood wouldn’t on the floor. Usually, rooms were dirty , appointments were virtually required, and you would wait sometimes over two hours past the scheduled time. I dreaded going to Urgent Care. I came here at the recommendation of my sister in law. Now I feel comfortable that I will be treated like a patient should be treated at the facility!

The doctor I saw was well informed and explained my options. I wasn’t able to use the optional prescription because as the Doc said it may not be on my State insurance which was the case. It was $1000 and had been $10 copay 2 years ago. As it turns out I didn’t need it because my vaccinations worked and I had a mild case. Whew!

Your staff greeted me with appreciation and, man, I'm not feeling good, but the main thing is your staff was great from the opening hello, how can we help you, to my final thank you and goodbyes. Professional, friendly, and very competent and nice team. Appreciated the surroundings, the facility, and the staff very much. And just to let you know, I keep getting texts suggesting I needed to respond and I tried to, but I don't have a smartphone. So I appreciate this opportunity to let you know how more than satisfied I was with the care given by Renown Urgent Care and thank them all very much. Good day.

From the minute we entered we were greeted by a smiling friendly receptionist and every care provider was outstanding. We were there for my husband’s issue with his ears and when I said I probably needed mine cleaned too, I was told, no problem at all, the care provider can see both of you together right now. Service extradinaire!

We have been to this location many times. By far, this was our best visit. The receptionist was super awesome and amazingly helpful. She was also kind, courteous and professional. The provider was everything we could ask for he listened to a close examination and helped us to solve the problem.
