PA Sarah Zalanik actually treated and diagnosed my symptoms correctly. She took the time to run labs and actually figured out what was wrong. I’m a long time Kaiser patient and this is the second time I’ve ever been seen out of Kaiser and she was by far one of the best. Thank you PA Zalanik really appreciate your help

The only feedback I have with regards to going to the Carson City Urgent Care Renown was that I expected of a less weight due to the fact that I was bleeding and have a cut on my hand. But obviously, I had to wait until everybody else was called before my time.

The place was clean. Front desk staff was courteous. Registration was quick. Provider listened to everything I said. Visit was quick. Had to get a medication sent to another location and that was done in a timely manner.

The nurse or doctor I saw said she thought that I should go to the emergency room for the foot wound she saw. She was right. I am in the hospital now. The foot wound was severe.

Erin Hill was very dismissive of my concerns as to whether I had a bacterial or fungal infection. I asked her to swab it and she wouldn’t. She treated for a bacterial infection - I have minimal improvement and have appointment to see my PCP tomorrow. Since the infection is in perianal area, I’m concerned about abscess and it’s been difficult to sit for 4 days. A swab would have provided treatment data required in my opinion.

Yes, my experience was very pleasant. He got me, called me in a prescription. I'm taking it and following his advice and instructions and I am getting better. My cough is better. That's why I came in there. I don't know what else I could say. He was a pleasant person, easy to talk to, and it was quick and easy, and I am feeling better. So I hope that's enough. You must know, though, that I missed your first question. I'm not sure how. I think my husband was talking to me or something. At any rate, I've been there many times and I will return again. Thank you.

I was seen almost immediately. All, receptionist, med tech, and doctor, were very kind and listened to me completely and patiently. I will definitely go back to that clinic and tell my friends and neighbors about it as well. Thank you to your wonderful staff!

Even though my visit wasn’t an emergency I was there (for a drug and weight lift test) to qualify for a substitute teaching license, everyone treated me courteously, and everything was explained as we progressed.

Everybody there was very friendly very helpful I feel very comfortable and I really enjoyed my care provider he was thorough and he was quick and he listened to me and did everything I asked and then some I wish he could be my primary care provider but they're referring me to one so I'm happy with everything that they did for me and yes I'll be referring them to other people in the future.

Thank you for having a Renown Urgent Care in Carson City! I would have driven to Reno for care if Carson Tahoe was my only option.
Both ladies at the front desk were exceptional. The Doctor that sewed me up was quick and quiet. I appreciate that he knew what he was doing and didn’t hesitate to get me stitched up and back home in a timely way.

The Nurse Practitioner I saw today was 1 of 5 medical professionals I worked with on the problem I was experiencing. Three at the VA and two at Renown Urgent Care. The two professionals at Renown were the most knowledgeable about my condition based on the information I provided and their examination. I am grateful that the VA established a relationship with Renown.

I was pleased with most things. Dr. Took one look and said it was dry skin. I've used the lotion she recommended. It is still speeding and is 5time worse. Am going to go to a dermatologist. There the can take a skin culture and see what is happening.

I've been there numerous times and everybody is always attentive, especially when you walk in the door. If there's a lot of people there, they at least acknowledge your existence most of the time. And the wait times are not horrendous and the appointments can be gotten fairly quickly.
