I really appreciate the fact that I did not have to leave your facility to go someplace else to get x-rays. I found that to be very convenient seeing how I was not feeling well at all. And so it was really nice. It was, I could get everything taken care of right there in one location with just a few steps and not having to go back to my car, drive to another location, sit and wait for another hour in somebody else's office and have to wait for results. So thank you.

From the initial phone call to check-in to meeting the nurse and APN, there is barely a wait. The APN on duty makes me feel well cared for.

Everything went very well. The nurse practioner did a great job. My eye is much better and will see an opthalmologist next month.

My doctor’s walk in clinic was closed so I used Renown’s urgent care for the first time. It was great - I had a very short wait and got great care.

Andrew was great. Listened, answered my questions, made me feel cared about. I will choose this facility should I ever need urgent care in the future. They have X-ray and I know from experience with another local facility they take much better care of you here.

My check in was quick and easy. I was concerned it might be a long wait with 4 people ahead of me when the doors opened. But we were each taken in quickly and efficiently. I really liked the doctor and his method of care. Very positive experience!

We came in at four fifty, not knowing that the facility closed then.And they were still willing to take us with smiles on their faces and got us out quickly.

This was the first time I had been to Renoun Urgent Care. I was impressed. My wait time was minutes. I went online and could tell them approximately when I would be in. I filled out forms online and told them what my symptoms that I was having. I was very impressed that my history from different urgent care had been studied before anyone came into my room. Explanations about my symptoms and condition and what to do were explained so I could understand. Very good experience. Thank you.

I showed up at 9:00 am and was home by 9;30. Extremely quick and easy. I am so thankful that it was easy and I had my prescription within an hour. Easiest urgent care experience I've had.

Truly had a good experience at renown's urgent care. I would be more up to taking my kids to versus Carson Tahoe, if there were more renowned facilities here in Carson city.

The wait time was very reasonable. I really liked Dr. Martinez. She had a great personality and was very kind and informative. The nurse also had a great personality. I really enjoyed my visit there and will definitely choose that location. The next time I get sick.

A short wait time. Amazing!! PA listened well and was very thorough. This is the second time I have been to this urgent care and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have recommended it to several people and will continue to do so
