Hi, I was very concerned when I first went into urgent care about my symptoms. The doctor I saw was great. She referred me to go to emergency, which I did. I spent about seven hours there and got things straightened out. Found out there was nothing seriously wrong with me and got a follow-up with my doctor. Thank you. Bye.

I went to two other urgent care, one would not see me because I was not an established patient , one had an extremely long wait and receptionist was doing best she could but losing patience. I came to renown as the third choice and will always make it my first moving forward. All the staff were patient and kind. Amazing experience. Best care I have ever had, and I’m old so I have had a lot of urgency.

When I called with my problem, 8 was told to go to urgent care, when I got there the Pac, stated they could not help me, I should have gone to ER. So now I get strapped with 2 co-pays. Not happy

Yes, the receptionist was very professional and my doctor, I believe her name was Dr. Travers, I'm not sure, but she was very thorough and she recommended I go to the ER to rule out a condition called Rhabdo, which I did and they did blood work and urinalysis and turned out to be a UTI. but they put me on CIPRO and it's getting much better. But thank you for her professionalism, the doctor, and it could have been a very serious situation, so she did wonderful. Thank you very much. Bye-bye now.

I love this urgent care. I don’t want to go anywhere else for myself or my son. All the doctors are great and thorough. Receptionist with red hair is always so pleasant.

I used to go to the renown clinic in Fernley, Nevada. That’s why I know about you and you are always excellent service and no problems. In fact I even have been to the hospital three or four times for different things and there was never any problem.

Always a fast trip when needed..best urgent care in town and everyone is always nice..even had a little earthquake while in there haha

The doctor needs to take more time and explain to the patient why the patient is feeling the way the patient is. The doctor didn't take that time. The doctor was in a hurry and left and didn't say or didn't come back. So I didn't get the opportunity to ask all the questions I needed.

I did not have to wait at all. It is very nice to be able to get in line online before heading out the door.
We drive several miles out of our way to go to the Renown Urgent Care in North Carson because we always get fast good care. The facility is warm and clean and spacious so we don’t feel like we have to sit right next to someone else and get exposed.
