I showed up at 9:00 am and was home by 9;30. Extremely quick and easy. I am so thankful that it was easy and I had my prescription within an hour. Easiest urgent care experience I've had.

I was cared for professionally and with care. I really wish we had clinic in Carson City. I will be changing to Renown for my primary care regardless of having to drive to Reno. I am throughly impressed with the level of care and humanity given me. Thank you!

Truly had a good experience at renown's urgent care. I would be more up to taking my kids to versus Carson Tahoe, if there were more renowned facilities here in Carson city.

The wait time was very reasonable. I really liked Dr. Martinez. She had a great personality and was very kind and informative. The nurse also had a great personality. I really enjoyed my visit there and will definitely choose that location. The next time I get sick.

This was my first time going to Renown Urgent Care and I will definitely come back if I need to. It was an extremely positive experience, from the receptionist to the assistant to the nurse practitioner Sarah Gentile. Thank you to all of you!!

A short wait time. Amazing!! PA listened well and was very thorough. This is the second time I have been to this urgent care and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have recommended it to several people and will continue to do so

Having an appointment was great. Didn't have to wait long in the lobby with the people who were hacking sneezing and coughing. Would have been nice if they masked. I guess I could have put one on myself....

Nurse practitioner Aaron provided excellent care by listening carefully and asking clarifying questions to fully understand my medical concern. He then conducted a comprehensive physical examination and explained what he was doing and what he was finding.
He ordered an ultrasound that I was able to complete the same day then called me a short while later to discuss the findings.

Dr. Luke convinced me to try it his way. I was ready for cut and stitch, he thought he could pull out a 1” wood splinter from my arm.
He did it! No harm No foul. He’s GOOD
