Everybody there was very friendly very helpful I feel very comfortable and I really enjoyed my care provider he was thorough and he was quick and he listened to me and did everything I asked and then some I wish he could be my primary care provider but they're referring me to one so I'm happy with everything that they did for me and yes I'll be referring them to other people in the future.

Both ladies at the front desk were exceptional. The Doctor that sewed me up was quick and quiet. I appreciate that he knew what he was doing and didn’t hesitate to get me stitched up and back home in a timely way.

The Nurse Practitioner I saw today was 1 of 5 medical professionals I worked with on the problem I was experiencing. Three at the VA and two at Renown Urgent Care. The two professionals at Renown were the most knowledgeable about my condition based on the information I provided and their examination. I am grateful that the VA established a relationship with Renown.

I was pleased with most things. Dr. Took one look and said it was dry skin. I've used the lotion she recommended. It is still speeding and is 5time worse. Am going to go to a dermatologist. There the can take a skin culture and see what is happening.

I've been there numerous times and everybody is always attentive, especially when you walk in the door. If there's a lot of people there, they at least acknowledge your existence most of the time. And the wait times are not horrendous and the appointments can be gotten fairly quickly.

After receiving an order for a breath test, as suggested by the urgent care nurse, I called to schedule the lab test. The scheduler said I needed to pick up a test kit from the Renown Lab in Carson. The scheduler provided false information about the need to pick up the test kit as well as the preparation. I drove to the Renown Lab in Carson to pick up the test kit. After waiting in line the Lab receptionist told me I didn’t need to come in to pick up the test kit. Scheduler provided erroneous and false information that required me to visit the lab before the test. Not happy about that at all

The care that I received there was exceptional. Actually, she probably saved my life. But yeah, I would definitely recommend someone to go there and that's where I'm going in the future.

Had an ear cleaning/flushing. I must have had a small scrape in one ear, for when my ears dried and inserted my hearing aid, it worked.But on removing it later, there was a small amount of blood on the tip. This persisted one more day but seems to have cleared up on the third day.

I had a very positive experience. My recent first visit at Renown was very clean and I was seen in a timely manner. And all of the providers that I worked with, the nurse practitioner, I think the nurse to take my vitals and the x-ray technician, they were all professional and very informative and patient. So I had a great visit. One of the questions on the survey, I accidentally, my face hit, I think, a one, which is not correct. They all should be a positive ranking. So anyway, thank you so much. Bye-bye.

I really love the experience I had at this visit. This was the first time visiting Renown and it was great. From the receptionist to the assistant (bald head gentleman) that roomed me to the doctor that saw me .
I will recommend this office to my friends and family members.

Excellent experience. I did not feel rushed at all. Cathy the PA was very thorough and made me feel comfortable. She was very quick with sending in prescriptions and issuing a referral. I did not have to wait on anything.

I arrived scared. Your staff was professional and compassionate. With the help of my PA Greg, I was able to get the needed tests done that same day at the VA. And found out that I have a polyp in my uterus that otherwise wouldn’t have been detected for weeks. It’s scheduled for removal thanks to his care. I’m very thankful for his research as well. He was extremely helpful.

From the very first minute, I called in for an appointment, checking in at the front desk, meeting Dr. Massey’s assistant, to my appointment with Dr. Massey it was great.
Each person was professional, efficient, and helpful. Dr. Massey is a dream doctor. She listened to my issues, she gave me a thorough examination, I felt completely at ease understanding what was going on with me and trusted her recommendations for treatment, medication, and referrals.

My experience on the day of my visit more than exceeded my expectations. I was in and out quickly. (I’ve raised 3 children to adulthood and cared for family. Do the math on that) Best urgent care visit I’ve ever had until…..
**** I went in on a Thursday. Today is Monday. I’ve been patiently waiting for results to be published on MyChart all weekend. Today I had to call to ask the status. Turns out the lab never received my sample. Now I get to do it all over again. *****

The medical assistant that roomed me did a wonderful job. I believe his name was Nico. He listened to my issues and reported to the doctor that was there that day. If this is about the Urgent Care staff in N. Carson City NV.....yes, they are great! I had to wait a little bit, but it was OK. They treated me and suggested followup care from my regular PhP. Or come back to them if I needed more help for my accident injuries. I very much appreciated the great attitude. Thank you Staff!!
