Everyone that I came into contact with seemed interested in my concerns and gave me all the time I needed. They explained the medications and how to use them and asked if I had any questions.

Clean, up to date, staff kind, experienced, caring. Cynthia is wonderful! I was uptight about my 1st time there and she was kind, explaining everything. I will definitely be back to see her! It’s too bad Elmwood park location isn’t going to carry aesthetics. Bucktown is challenging but I will definitely book an appointment and see how it goes. Thank you!

My experience with healthcare provider was good. My appointment was at 2:50 and my husband's appointment was at 3:00. We did not get to see healthcare provider until 3:30. That was not a good experience having to wait for 40 minutes.
