My experience with Hope, an APRN (nurse practitioner), is always a good one. I never feel rushed, she is very kind and knowledgeable, and not judgemental. I will continue to make appointments with her as needed. Also,the receptionist was friendly and kind. KGP

I've seen Dr. Berne for about 15 years. He is an excellent diagnostician and practitioner. He has a professional, yet friendly demeanor. He handles my issues quickly and efficiently. I've seen many dermatologists in my 70 years. Not one compares to Dr. Berne.

Always positive, she makes me feel comfortable, heard, and seen. I'm glad I was referred to her. It was hard this time to schedule a cosmelan appointment, I had to call 5 times left 2 voicemail and I even texted and no one contacted me back. I had to call and speak with the regular scheduler for someone to finally call me.
