No waiting, the nurse was very nice and professional. It was a pleasant experience. The NP Emily Miller was very nice and attentive. She examined me and checked on some items of concern from my previous examination. She definitely cares about her patients and I highly recommend her.

It is such a pleasant experience to go to a doctor's office that is run as efficiently and professionally as Dr. Youse's clinic. The staff members are all experienced, friendly and knowledgeable and perform their duties with a pleasantness you rarely find anymore. There are things I do and don’t like about Shea. I think she has a good knowledge of skin, eczema, and meds to treat eczema. However I didn’t feel like she cared about me as a patient, it didn’t seem like she wanted to spend time educating me or answering my questions. She talks really fast, and I feel like she can’t wait to get out of the room. She dismissed my concerns with the eczema treatment and symptoms. She only went over how to treat my eczema flare ups and not how to prevent them or identify triggers. I just wish she went more in depth and was willing to spend more time with me as a patient, because I only see her for 5 minutes or less during a visit.

Front office staff were personable and extremely helpful (great customer service). Dr. Berne was very knowledgeable and professional, provided comprehensive care, made realistic recommendations, and explained everything in a way that I could understand. Highly recommended!!!

I have a long history of receiving treatment for dermatological conditions. So I have a basis of comparison to other clinicians. I had a very positive experience with Nimra Tanvir. I found her to be very thorough in doing a full body examination as well as very considerate of me as a patient. She also gave consistent feedback and explanations throughout the examination. I found her to be a very knowledgeable and related clinician.

I was concerned about a couple areas on my skin that had changed since my last annual exam last August.I wanted to get an appointment ASAP see my dermatologist.Unfortunately she was out on maternity leave until end of May,To my relief I was able to get an appointment the next day to see Shea Wesley.She examined the areas of my concern and treated one area and had to remove a small specimen to send to the lab to determine the next steps of treatment if needed.

I noticed a spot on my face. She was able to give me a quick appointment. She examined the spot and performed a biopsy. I am waiting for the result. She was very professional and knowledgeable.

The whole staff at the Center was GREAT! Exactly what you want when you go to any doctor appointment. Kindness along with professionalism. There was no wasted time as I was in and out in 30 minutes, but let me explain that my check up was very complete, as Shea answered all my questions. Dr. Keimig is an excellent physician. She is very thorough, skilled, observant, patient, knowledgeable, caring, kind, professional, informative, compassionate and concerned about her patients issues. Dr. Keimig always communicates well, gives wise advice when needed, and is also an excellent listener. As a patient, it is easy to tell that Dr. Keimig cares about and is concerned about her patients. Dr. Keimig is an excellent physician with an excellent staff and my visit was excellent as always.
