TERRIBLE!!! WITH DR. MEYERHORN, ETC.... after 3 unsuccessful attempts to remove several bumps on my head, your office told me that I would have to wait 1 month before I could have another appointment, in spite of the two bumps causing me much pain. Today, I visited another dermatologist who cut two of the 4 bumps for further analysis suspecting skin cancer.

This was my first and last time seeing Krissy Banet. I wasn't happy with her bedside manner and when i rescheduled chose someone i have been happy with in the past.

Arrived on time for my appt and checked in at the front desk immediately through the front doors and was directed to the other side of the waiting area. Sat for 20 minutes watching everyone who came in afterward be called. Asked the receptionist on that side if I should have checked in there instead. She said it didn’t matter which reception area checked me in. 40 minutes later she sees me still sitting there and asks me if I had arrived late for my appointment. I told her I was on time, so she finally took my info to see what was going on. I repaid for my metered parking and was finally called in for my appointment. Dr Crain apologized up & down about the situation, but that didn’t give me back an hour of my time or pay for my additional parking expense.

Both the dr and the assistant were extremely attentive. Both were very kind and warm. Great patient relations. Took the time with me that I needed, didn't rush me at all. Seemed to truly listen to my concerns.
