At my request, Dr. Duvall was able to make an appointment for me within days of my call. I had concerns about a new growth behind my left ear, and had been scheduled to see him in early December.

Fantastic and real Dr Kincaid! Love her. Listened and understood. Put together a plan that has worked so well. Only issue, my appt started 30 mins late.

They were a little beyond the time for my appointment, but not horrible. Once I got to the examining room, Dr. Wharton was only a few minutes later. He's great, thorough and easy to talk to. All the pre-registration was easy and eliminated all the normal forms to be filled out on arrival.
