Appointment was a follow-up for hormonal acne to see if the cream prescribed was working. I reported results were fair but not great. Prescribed an antibiotic to see if it helps.

I was a "no show" before this appointment, and the fee was waived. I am NEVER late or miss appointments, BUT I did. I then reschedueled another appointment, and when I arrived, reception told me that my appointment was 2 hours earlier. I explained that I asked 3 times about the time when I reschedueled, and they worked me in. The staff are very friendly, and make me feel very welcome. Allison is a remarkable doctor!! I have always been treated well at alll of my appointments.
