The whole staff was wonderful and very diligent. Allison Engelbrecht was very informative and on point to help with the issues I was having and took extra time to answer questions and explain in depth! Front desk was friendly and efficient, didn’t have to wait very long, doc took the time to really examine me and explain things and seemed to know exactly what she needed to do. Everyone in the office is very nice and makes the experience not stressful.

I was a "no show" before this appointment, and the fee was waived. I am NEVER late or miss appointments, BUT I did. I then reschedueled another appointment, and when I arrived, reception told me that my appointment was 2 hours earlier. I explained that I asked 3 times about the time when I reschedueled, and they worked me in. The staff are very friendly, and make me feel very welcome. Allison is a remarkable doctor!! I have always been treated well at alll of my appointments.
