I love Dr. Keimig. She is friendly in a natural and relatable way, but more importantly, she is thorough and informative. She has identified and solved issues that I’ve lived with for years and had just come to accept (despite a lifetime of dermatological visits with other doctors).

Everyone is polite, respectful, professional, and helpful. There have been changes in parking, and in the payment process. All new changes were sent to me to my email. This is very considerate and thoughtful. On the day of my appointment I was not surprised or stressed out because of all the new changes given to me prior to my appointment.

I asked to come in to have a spot on my forehead looked at and was given an appointment within the week. The doctor I saw was very nice and assured me the mole was fine giving me peace of mind before my previously scheduled appointment coming up next month.

I was a longtime patient of Dr. Keimig at her previous clinic and am so glad I can still see her here, although I’m disappointed her scope of practice seems smaller, i.e. she’s not able to treat my hyperhidrosis with Botox. I’m also not really fond of the check-in process with the MA. I’m not as comfortable telling them my concerns and would rather wait to discuss it with the doctor. I especially feel uncomfortable when the MA gives me recommendations about my regimen even before I’ve seen the doctor.
