Every single member of the staff ensured that took every measure avaiable to make my visit a productive one. They coordinated a shuffle with the Doc that avoided a lengthy delay, as well as coordinated testing to occur at the same time other testing was being performed, saving me from missing an entire day of work!

I was there for suture removal. A lady called my name and took me to an exam room. She started to open a pair of sissers and I asked if the was the one who whould be removing them. I asked cause she didnt have a name tag or any way for me to determine she was even medical staff. I thought she was an aid. Then she couldnt get the suture ou, called someone else. Who eventually called in the PA Krissy. She even had to call the Doctor on the phone to determine a course of action. Not a pleasant experience after removing Melnamona from arm.
