Dr was on time and very quick with my appointment. He seemed very efficient as well.

When I called I was able to get an appointment the next day for removal of skin cancer. Dr, Duvall and his staff always do a great job.

I go to the Mercy office. Amazingly I found a parking spot without issue on top floor of garage. I think a flood in tower B required cancelling lots of appts so fewer cars. I got an appt within a few days of calling, which was also very unusual. My appt went well, Dr Duvall is thorough and always so friendly and pleasant. I’ve been his patient for over 40 yrs.

After having a biopsy on my face on December 9 for which the assistant said she would call as soon as the results came in, I never received a call. I called multiple times and left messages that were not answered. When we finally communicated, I was told that a prescription would be was called in to Goldsmith Pharmacy on that day only to find out over a week later that it hadn't been called in. When it was called it after my follow up, Goldsmith also mistakenly didn't send it when they said they would. I had to follow up again in order to get the medicine. I was not told by the doctor's office how to apply it. I was simply told to use it twice a day for 7 days. I finally got someone on the phone the 6th day of application who said I should be rubbing it in slightly. I hadn't been doing this. For over a month I have been frustrated and suffered a lot of anxiety. I think Dr. Duvall is a good doctor but getting questions answered after a visit is extremely difficult and It is hard to trust that the staff know what they are doing. They blamed not answering messages on the phone system. However, this does not explain their not calling me in the first place with the biopsy results. Also, they said that the drugstore made a mistake in processing the order they called in but the drugstore said the doctor's office did not call in the order until over a week later when I was finally able to get someone to answer my call. It was after this painstaking follow up by me that the drugstore also made a mistake and did not send out the order until almost a week later when I followed up again. I would like to be able to trust the information I get from office staff and to be assured that they will consult with the doctor on questions asked and that they will return phone calls. In order to talk with them, I had to insist that the operator not transfer me to the message machine. I don't like to give negative feedback.

Dr. Duvall and his staff have always been great and professional. I have needed on occasion to be worked into their schedule and they are always willing to work with me. Dr. Duvall and his staff are always nice and engaging and put their patients at ease. I also appreciate that Dr. Duvall takes time to teach and train medical students who are considering dermatology as a speciality.

Dr. Duvall is wonderful! Professional, efficient, friendly. I had 3 small basal cell skin cancers that he removed on my initial visit. I appreciate not having to schedule another appointment to treat them.
