Not very thorough. Provided a referral but didn't make the necessary dr-to-dr referral required for me to get into the referred doctor for an appt. Still waiting for word that the referral was made.

At 53 years old, this was my first time at a dermatologist. It could not have gone better. As advertised, Dr Duvall was a real professional who has a knack of putting the patient at ease.

my blood splattered into eye of staff member. Getting an order for me to be tested for HIV & Hepatitis was extremely difficult. I waited 2 hours at the Mercy Hospital Quest Lab after making repeated phone calls to your office and being told that the order had been sent multiple times. I went home at 4:30 PM after your office closed. The next day I telephoned your office and was told the order would be resent to Quest. I made an appointment at Quest at 10:00 AM and the order had not been received. Quest called and requested an order. Quest received the order after 2:00 PM and I returned to their lab for the test that afternoon. This performance does not speak well for your office in regards to protecting your staff as I think most people in my position would have refused to pursue getting the test which was for your benefit, not mine..

Both myself and my spouse were there for our annual checkup. Both Nurse Practitioner Champagne and Dr. Duvall gave us thorough examinations and were extremely patient in answering our questions.
