While I always have positive experiences with Dr. Duvall himself, I have never been met with anything but blantant rudeness, inconsideration, judgement, and lack of empathy from the ladies at the front desk. This previous visit was a particularly negative one.

Dr Duvall is awesome. Appreciate him so much. However I was not told the prescription he ordered was not available at my normal pharmacy in Washington.I then called the nurse line. Left a message. No call back.I tried to get into Carla to read messages and possibly send a message.it does not work for me. I sent a message to the number that a message was sent to me. No response. Finally stayed in the line on Thursday and spoke to someone who told me the prescription was not sent to Walmart in Washington. I had to pick up or they could mail from Goldsmith pharmacy. Called and they are to send to me.My opinion some internal issues we need to work with to help patients.

I arrived 40 minutes early (my fault) and they were able to see me much earlier than my appointment. Dr. Duvall was great, as usual. His staff is so friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the office is very cold and patients are told to strip down.
