Arrived on time for my 4pm appointment with Dr. Berne. I was taken into a room right away. Dr. Berne was in the room within a few minutes. Dr. Berne is a true professional who is a master at his craft. He has great bedside manner. I never feel like he is rushing through our appointment. Dr. Berne is thorough, concise, and efficient, yet completely engaged, kind and friendly to his patients.

First and foremost, every staff member I accounted was wonderful. They were polite, kind, and right on time. Dr. Berne has to be one of my new favorite humans ever. I think between when I checked in and when Dr. Berne came in, I waited MAYBE a total of 5 minutes. Dr. Berne came in and apologized profusely for the wait -- a misguided apology since the wait was literally nothing lol but what really stuck out to me was that he said he was a little behind because he wants to make sure he hears his patients out fully. He wants to get all of the information possible from them in order to help them. I feel like this is so rare in the medical industry (which, I get because doctors have to make sure they're seeing all of their patients). There are offices I've been to where patients are kind of shuttled in and out as fast as possible. Dr. Berne takes his time to hear you out, fully explains the care plan to you, and stresses the importance of following up. I'm excited to make this my primary skincare location!
