Dr, Berne is very thorough by checking all body parts for any skin cancer, etc.. Always will ask how my daughter is doing which is nice on his part. Always friendly talk when I see him

I came to deal with millia and red blotches on my face. I said this when I made the appointment. When I got there Dr. Berne said he doesn’t deal with those problems anymore and referred me to your aesthetician in Bucktown. I wish I was told this when I made the appointment. Dr. Berne did agree to remove a couple of blackheads, but they’re still there. This has never happened in my years of seeing him.

The doctor is very polite and attentive, although seemingly, a bit rushed. Also, there was another person in the room (a nurse or student???) who was not introduced which made me feel a bit uneasy bc my medical information is private. I should at least be asked if I mind the person being in the room or, if it is company policy, please explain, so that I can take that into account if I wish to continue my care there.
