Everyone was friendly. The wait time didn’t seem long the doctor (NP) took her time and the Michelle the nurse was extremely helpful to make me comfortable and ease my anxiety during and after my procedure.

I went in, especially for some spots on my left arm, and she had no idea what it was, and the only thing that she would recommend was the steroid cream, but I had just had trouble with steroids that sent me into diabetes. So I would not take the steroid cream.

Staff was 20 min late getting to my 1:40 appt, but Stephanie is the best. She has a great memory for issues, is kind and truly wants to help me. I’ve had blue light for 6 years. This is first red light. It didn’t get all the spots blue lite would have gotten. Big Thk you to Stephanie for taking care of hypertrophic scar. It’s no longer bothering me.

Got in to see Stephanie the Nurse Practitioner fairly close to my appointment time (20 minutes late). First time I have met her. She performed a procedure on my scalp. She was extremely pleasant and efficient.
