The staff is friendly and there was a little bit of a wait but understandable because there was an emergency issue with another patient. This is my fault but I had a prescription and they asked me if Walgreens in LaGrange was the right pharmacy and I said yes - I guess I just heard LaGrange or it was habit because Walgreens has been my pharmacy for so long. Anyway I realized my mistake after I was driving home thinking about picking up the prescription and realized I said Walgreens was my pharmacy I immediately pulled over and called the office and told them it is Kroger in LaGrange. She said I would have to call Walgreens and have them transfer it to Kroger. I called Walgreens and they told me I'd have to call Kroger. I called Kroger and the person I spoke with told me I'd have to call the office. So, I'm not going to get that prescription because its a hassle so it would be helpful if the office could do a little more in that regard. That's why a 7.

The wait time was ridiculous. I wasn’t seen until about 40 mins after my appointment time and the lady at the front desk said that’s a normal wait time. Very disrespectful towards patients.
