The front desk staff was not as professional as I would expect. They seemed preoccupied with ordering their lunch for that day from Sonics. Also, there was music playing, and they were singing along while working, which is fine, but again, not as professional as I would’ve hoped. The biggest surprise was to find out that one of the front desk. Workers was also the medical professional that I was seeing. I found this out when she came into the patient room. I was sure that she was an assistant, but found out that she was actually the nurse practitioner.

I arrived early for appointment, but I was left waiting in the waiting area for 45 minutes while others who arrived after me were seen. Only after I inquired about my long wait was I told they had made a mistake. Excuses were made about how a wait was normal and to be expected.

Stephanie removed a mole that i really was shocked when came back malignant melanoma!! She saved my life.. Has kept close check on me for two years. I have made my appointment for next year. She is great.
