All went well. They were short staffed due to one person being out sick, but made the best of it and I was still in and out in a timely manner.

Everyone at the front desk are kind, professional, and helpful. The nurse who takes me back are always friendly and helpful. They seem to care of their patients. Nick is great very kind, social, friendly, supportive. He does a great job. My area he is working on has become clear up. We got 1-2 treatments. I am giving thought of possibly coming to him as I see other dermatologist on my scalp issue, I am on some medication to treat that. If he be up I might transfer to him as patient.

PA Nick Idle was excellent in explaining treatment, biopsies etc. The girl who took information before seeing the PA was very personable & made my first visit to clinic very smooth. ( I dont know her name)

Well I had to repeat everything twice once for Nick and once for the practitioner who came to take all the data. Though I respect everyone's work, I guess I can also tell the same directly to the doctor. Additionally, my case was stereotyped to a pre made certificate solutions and was not individually looked at. My situation could have been due to any issue, vitamins deficiency, some other internal issue but none of them were taken into account. Additionally, I also asked about an infection on lips to which the doctor had no idea and didn't give any solution and medication. I feel my copay $40 was kind of not worth the spent. Though I respect the doctor and the practitioner and their nature.

Well I am seeing Nick and he has been great with my treatment on angiokeratoma of Fordyce — forms red or black bumps on your scrotum. I hope they clear up and disappear.
