Visit with Jessica was excellent, as always. Wait time was long and I spent 20+ minutes sitting in a gown in the exam room.

I arrived 15 min early for my appointment. I was not called back until 45 minutes after my appointment time. I then waited another 15 min in the examining room. The assistant was very apologetic, but the PA never acknowledged that I waited an HOUR to be seen. I expect that things may run 10-15 min late, not an hour and certainly not without acknowledgement or apology.

The appointment was for my mother who had a painful rash on her face. The appointment was subpar but what was unacceptable was the difficulty it was to get the medication prescribed. We had called the pharmacy numerous times and there was no prescription for my mother. We called the office also numerous times only to be told that they would leave a message for the team. The prescription was finally made to a pharmacy that was not the pharmacy we were told would be at. After 48 hours of waiting and finally getting the medication it actually made her rash worse.

I came in for my annual, full body check up and happened to have injured my arm in a fall the day before to which they cleaned, wrapped up and gave me a prescription for. So needed! Thank you!

I had a horrible facial reaction in which my face was swollen beyond recognition. You all got me in within 2 hours and gave me your full attention and care. You all communicated with my other care givers to the point I didn’t have to try and explain the situation to multiple people. Thankfully I started to shrink 😂 the next day, but I didn’t have to call because you all checked in on me. I’m so grateful for you all’s concern and attention. Thank you, CFL

I have met with Dr. Jessica Ackerman once before and had a great experience. However, this visit was incredibly disappointing. After my initial intake, I could hear the nurse outside the door informing Dr. Ackerman about the reason for visiting, and there was laughter. It very well could have been about something else, but it was still uncomfortable to hear. When Dr. Ackerman came in and examined me, every question I asked was often met with blank stares and silence. Perhaps it was the quality of my questions, I don't know exactly, but a simple yes or no would have sufficed. Most insulting was the pharmacy never even received the ointment prescribed. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I will not be seeing Dr. Ackerman again if I return to Dermatology and Aesthetics at all. I will be writing a Yelp review detailing my experience.

I was not roomed until 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Updating my registration did take a while- probably completed at 4:50 for my 4:40 appointment. At 5:10, I approached the desk to inquire about my appointment and was told that a message was sent to the provider team, but the front desk hadn't realized that itcwas 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment.10 min later, at 5:20, i was finally roomed and the provider started the appointment about 10 min later. No one acknowledged that they were late, let alone even apologize.

I came in with highly irritated skin on my face. I was predicting that if be prescribed cerav, which i was. However, using it for a couple days made my skin worse. I seem to be sensitive to something in it, which i know is rare, but i would have appreciated some follow up. I eas also prescribed cloderm, which my insurance didn't cover. After explaining the situation over Klara, your staff offered to send the Rx to Apotheca ehere it would cost less, which i really appreciated. But i wish this had been mentioned as a possibility at the appointment, as I'm sure this is prescribed all the time and it sounded like a common issue. The uncovered cost was $300 for the tube.

Really like the doctor. Did not care for the nurse that brought me into the room. Incredibly short with me and not friendly in the slightest. Felt like they had no patience for my presence.

PA unclear of diagnosis yet said she would send RX to pharmacy. No RX ever sent, no communication to patient. Would like to see how this encounter was documented & billed for.
