Our appointment was on-time and my son received excellent care. However, prior to our appointment we had to be rescheduled with seemingly quite a bit of confusion as to what dates/times/providers were actually available. I considered cancelling and finding a different practice based on this, but I'm glad we kept the rescheduled appointment because of the quality of the clinical staff.

I love this place. I decided I would rather pay out of pocket then find a new dermatologist. Everyone is always so friendly and accommodating and Dr Driscoll is the BEST!

My doctor was great. However, I was brought in 15-20 min late to get me into the room and then I felt so rush for my actual appointment. Frustrated that I have to come in for two separate appointments for an annual and to get some of my skin questions answered. And when I come in for my 3 minor skin questions, I can barely even get to all of them. It made me feel like this practice just wants money, and doesn’t actually care to make patients feel taken care of

Having a parking lot at the facility is a huge plus! The Receptionists, Assistant and the Dermatologist were quite warm and welcoming! Dr. Shannon is the best! She listened and understood my issues and prescribed me a great combination of medications.

Needed an appointment for a few arthropod bites that I got earlier that week so I opted for a PA-C instead of an MD. Shannon was just OK. Nothing spectacular. She even questioned some of the treatments that the NP and MD had used on my precious visits (they have since left the practice). I’ll definitely wait for an MD on any future visits.
