I arrived early and was taken early. The procedure was completed in less tha ten minutes, but Jennifer did not hurry or rush, but took the time to explain what was happening and being done alone the way. That was reassuring to me.

We don't feel that our issue was taken seriously. The "exam" was done on a 16 year old female in front of a male student without first asking consent. There was no compassion shown for the worry she had over the issue. The visit felt rushed even though there was no one else in the office and the parking lot was empty. We will have to go to another dermatologist at additional cost and embarrassment to my 16 year old to get answers and advice.

Dr did a fine job, but it could have been more thorough. There were a few hard to see spots (groin area) that I had to ask to be examined.
