Everyone was so friendly throughout our whole visit. I was grateful that the provider noticed a possibly alarming spot on me and brought it to my attention, when my daughter was the one for the visit. It could have been something serious on me and she addressed it without having to!

My appointment was scheduled 3 months in advance. I showed up the day of the appointment 15 minutes early to be told that “We canceled your appointment”. I was dumbfounded. Nobody told me my appointment was canceled. Then after being pretty rude, the receptionist went to the back and somehow got me an appointment for 3 hours later. I NEVER canceled my appointment then was expected to be thankful to be rescheduled for later in the day. It was very unprofessional.

My wife is a family medicine provider. I asked her to join me for my appointment since medicine is her expertise. The receptionist and nurse were friendly and professional. I was left very unimpressed with the provider. She called me by the wrong name four times after my wife corrected her the first time. She was asking me questions and my wife was answering for me as I had wanted and she scolded my wife and said in a harsh tone “let’s let him talk. He’s the patient.” I felt it was extremely disrespectful to my wife. Especially since she is a medical professional in the area. She later was explaining the biopsy and misspoke that she was going to use liquid nitrogen instead of lidocaine which is not a big deal but the overall visit was not impressive and unprofessional. My wife will no longer be referring patients to the office and two of our friends who she had persuaded to her skin checks, we already advised to go to another provider.
