Annual skin check. Had some skin tags in ...awkward.. places. Medical staff took care of all my issues and did not make me feel emabarassed.

I was coming for my first appointment after being referred by 2 separate people and called to say I was going to be a few minutes late, closer to 15. They said to come anyway, when I got there it was hard to find the room, and then by the time it was my turn at the desk, they had me fill out the forms then said they couldn't take me, after I'd walked, taken a bus, and an uber. They told me to come, and nowhere in the text, voicemail, or portal did it say they wouldn't take me after 15 minutes. I don't know his name, but he was very friendly and he helped get me in. I ended up having a great appointment with Aaron Crane and the employees all were helpful to accommodate me, but it was very frustrating initially.

The doctor was nice as was the medical assistant. I didn’t like that they were pushing the shop on site vs writing a prescription for my pharmacy. My insurance concerns most prescriptions- they wanted me to buy a $30 cream vs what cost me $10 through insurance at CVS.

I needed to be seen on an emergent basis and the office got me in same-day. i saw Erin Crain, PA-C, who was assisted by Taylor Denk. Their care and the care of the entire office was exemplary. Top notch. Superb. I couldn't be more pleased. And unlike some providers using Epic's MyChart, the office's Klara communication and response time is very, very reliable and good. A++ overall. Thank you a thousand times over.

I’ve been to many dermatologists in the past, but this is the first time I’ve felt like I’ve received a thorough evaluation. My dermatologist was transparent and did a great job explaining procedures and next steps.

The appointment I phoned in the week prior to my visit did not make it into your system upon my visit. It took me one hour, of below par communication while I was waiting, to obtain a time for service. My family and I have been clients of your practice for approximately 20 years and had hoped for better service.
