I cannot say enough positive things about Megan Brock and her entire team. They consistently make me feel as though my health and overall well-being are truly a priority, and that level of care means a great deal to me.
Most recently, after a frustrating and disappointing experience in the Franciscan ER, Megan and her team took the time to follow up with me, make sure I was doing okay, and ensure that my concerns were being addressed. That kind of follow-through is something I deeply appreciate. It is reassuring to know that I have a primary care team that does not simply treat an issue and move on, but genuinely cares about what happens afterward.
I have always been able to count on Megan to listen carefully, take my concerns seriously, and advocate for me when needed. I never feel rushed, dismissed, or as though my questions are unimportant. She approaches my care with compassion, respect, and professionalism, and I have a tremendous amount of trust in her judgment.
Megan and her team exemplify what patient-centered care should look like. I am incredibly grateful to have a provider who makes me feel heard, supported, and confident that someone is truly looking out for my health and well-being.
