I feel like she takes plenty of time, encourages my questions, and answers questions to my satisfaction. Dr. Othersen is aggressive in making sure I get my tests and necessary tasks completed. (I need that)

He is THE BEST! Always so attentive and friendly and thorough and he just obviously CARES. I am not a number being moved through a large Franciscan network....I am a patient who needs his expertise and care and he delivers everytime. Truly the best!
