As I mentioned above, Dr. Jeffrey was engaging he listened he cared. He understood and respected me. He did not cause me anxiety as I do feel from time to time with physicians however he was so pleasant and explain things very thoroughly. He’s wonderful. I appreciate it very much thank you so much for this.

Talked too fast and talked over me. Didn’t really listen well as he was more concerned about using his Dragon than listening to me. Didn’t really ask me questions about why I was there and made assumptions that I had to correct.
