She is a knowledgeable and compassionate physician and delivers top-notch care. She has always encouraged my husband and I to take good care of ourselves and we literally could probably say we are alive because of her care. We are very grateful for her!

Dr. Payton REALLY listened to me. She provided practical advice and encouragement, and helped me navigate the intricacies of insurance. It was the first time in a long time I left the office feeling heard. I can't recommend her highly enough!

She is the only doctor I can put all my trust on. She is very caring, listens to my concerns with full attention, and her diagnosis is top notch. She literally saved me from a heart attack back in 2019 although there was no visible symptoms. I changed cities in between but always traveled back for her second opinion. Now I'm finally living near Columbus and privileged to have her as my only primary care doctor again.

I would recommend Dr. Payton to anyone that is looking for a qualified, efficient primary care doctor. She is kind and is always explains what's going on with a medical problem and next steps to take. She never rushes and always takes the time needed.
