I like her, she is a good listener. This was my first visit to this practice so needed to establish a relationship since recently moved to Columbus. Dr. Payton reviewed my prior My Chart info and got me all set up in the computer, reviewed my meds, did my Wellness exam and ordered labs in a very efficient, friendly manner.

She is simply the most caring, professional family practice doctor I've ever known. She never rushes appointments and always ensures all my questions are answered. Further, she readily cooperates with other specialist physicians in Columbus that are not part of the Franciscan group.

Did medical care and teaching. When I went for xray told I had to go in office because my doc was from Francisan. Then had a chest xray, tech stopped I had and my arms were in air. I SAID YEY ANYONE HERE THEN TECH FINISHED XRAY.
