Dr. Payton REALLY listened to me. She provided practical advice and encouragement, and helped me navigate the intricacies of insurance. It was the first time in a long time I left the office feeling heard. I can't recommend her highly enough!

She is the only doctor I can put all my trust on. She is very caring, listens to my concerns with full attention, and her diagnosis is top notch. She literally saved me from a heart attack back in 2019 although there was no visible symptoms. I changed cities in between but always traveled back for her second opinion. Now I'm finally living near Columbus and privileged to have her as my only primary care doctor again.

She's courteous,but direct with getting to the source of my issues and trying to get me healthy. Asks about vaccines and things but doesn't judge or get pushy if you choose not to get vaccines.
