Dr. Polezoes is thorough and took time to listen and respond to questions and concerns.
His assistant was short, spoke very fast, seemed annoyed when asked to repeat herself or when she was asked to retake my BP by the doctor.

My husbands blood pressure was up more than the Dr wanted so he had him sit and wait to see if there was a change. Dr gave us good advice how to deal with this. He took his time and showed his concerns.

The practice is busy already... took several days to get response from center--- maybe false expectations .... seems to be back office issue in support of physicians/nurse practioners providers and getting patients in for consultation. Since I was an abondoned patient by an exiting network physician.... transition could have been handled better,

Have been going to Dr Polezoes for a couple of years and I am confident in the care he has giving me and my family. He is very thorough. Our son needed a new physician and we suggested this doctor. He has also decided this will be his primary care doctor.

Dr. P is great at listening, addressing my concerns and explaining things. I feel like I’m more involved in my health care and decisions. Previous doctors would blame my weight and anxiety for all my problems and did not listen nor treat me like an individual person. Dr. P has actually helped me and he genuinely cares and wants to help me feel better and reach my goals.

Dr. P is very respectful, listens, cares and wants the best for his patients. He makes sure that all your concerns are addressed and resolved before you leaves his office. He's the only reason my family goes there. He's a caring person that likes his patients.
