Dr. Carter, listens to you. Recommends what she believes needs to be done to get you healthier. She looks directly at you and then asks if what she just stated makes sense and encourages questions, which she answers promptly and explains what would happen if I agree to the solution and what could possibly occur if I did not move forward.
Dr. Carter is truly a awesome caring person. One can tell just by speaking with hershe really does care for you, the patient.

Jill is very easy go talk to. She makes you feel comfortable which is hard to do at a doctors office. It feels like you’re talking to a concerned friend rather than a medical professional. She explains everything thoroughly.

Dr. Carter took time to learn what was going on. When she listened and spoke with us, she made eye contact.
Unlike other physicians we have been visiting in the area who rarely looked at you as they typed on their computer.
Dr. Carter made us feel that she was very concerned and willing to help us get better.
