Dr. Jillian LISTENS! And she cares about you...she is not one of those doctors that writes you a bunch of prescriptions and sends you on your way. I really love having her as my primary care physician.

Dr. Carter, sits and reviews your health with you. You are not rushed and keeps the patient involved in their health history. If you have a question, Dr. Carter answers it so that you understand.She also questions you if anything else is wrong that she should be aware of.

Jillian listens and understands. She shows empathy and compassion and really wants to help. I absolutely found my "forever NP/doctor". If she can't help you, she will point you in the direction you need to go. She is not pushy.

Jillian is very attentive to my individual needs and concerns. When I see her, I do not feel like a number or a name on a screen as I have with previous providers.
