Since moving to Indiana in 2010, she has been my pcp. I like and respect her.
The only glitch in our relationship was the year I showed up for a noon appointment, and an "attitudinal" front desk person acted as though I had the wrong time because the computer said my appointment was at 1 p.m. In point of fact, the paperwork that I was given the previous year clearly showed that my appointment was booked for noon. Later, I sent a copy of the paperwork to the doctor's office; no one ever acknowledged the discrepancy nor offered an apology. For all I know, someone may have intercepted my communication; and the doctor may never have seen it. Current front desk person is a gem.

SHE BELIEVES ME. The years of pain I endured - horrible migraine pain - with not much help (Paxil...yeah, right) nor understanding nor sympathy. No wonder my mother never sought help for her migraines. She also
clearly understands anxiety disorder. I know i'm not one of her sickest patients, but my pain matters to me.
