N.P. Hirtz is excellent. Listens well, make very helpful suggestions, is very knowledgeable & provides as much time as required to cover my needs. I have been completely happy with her, her predecessor N.P. Jones, St. Francis Hospital & my relationship with the Franciscan network in general.

Dr. Hirtz was very easy to talk to and understood my health concerns with limited description. She has a lot of experience in family health and made the visit comfortable. I wish I had not put off the visit so long.
