I feel like she takes plenty of time, encourages my questions, and answers questions to my satisfaction. Dr. Othersen is aggressive in making sure I get my tests and necessary tasks completed. (I need that)

Dr. Othersen and her nurses and staff were extremely helpful and thorough in preparing the records for me to take home. Dr. O was also excellent in explaining things and answering my questions. The facility is also beautiful.
