She’s empathetic and really listens to you. I don’t feel like I’m being rushed when she’s seeing me, I can tell she cares.

She is so kind, understanding and encouraging. I really felt like she listened and addressed my concerns. She always helps me with my issues and never dismisses my problems. In addition she is very thorough and leaves no stone unturned. I am grateful to have her on my care team.

This should be a 10plus. Rachael Callaway is so thorough friendly and explains things completely including any questions I may have. At my age things get more & more important which she stresses & helps me understand how important it is to use vital information. The staff is friendly & complete tasks as necessary in an efficient manor. Makes for a pleasant visit feeling welcome!!!
