She is very knowledgeable and she listens and gives me all the options for follow up treatment when needed. I have some health anxiety but she makes me feel very relaxed. I actually look forward to my visits with her.

I like Dr Smock and felt that she was very focused on what I had to say and was being helpful as we discussed next steps for me without being adamant that there was only one way to proceed. She was open to options that we will discuss at my next appointment. I feel I’m going to be happy that I made the decision to follow her when the Franklin Optum office closed.

Listens and advises old people without trying to force any decisions. She is extremely patient and explains information so it can be understood. We drive from Brown County just to retain her services even though there are many physicians much closer.
