He talked to you like a human being, didn't act like he was rushing out the door as quickly as he could, and was happy to take input but also to explain why he my be for or against it so that it made sense.

Listens, doesn't waste time, personable. He is interested in the health issue and doesn't appear to be looking for referrals that my health insurance might pay for. I really hope he stays in Columbus!

I liked him and found him easy to talk to. Answered my questions no matter how simple they probably were to him. Made suggestions when asked for over the counter simple remedies that required no prescriptions.
