I had a wonderful experience at this office. The entire staff—from the front desk to the nurse and the doctor—was warm, kind, and genuinely caring. My GP Dr Keefer took the time to listen to every detail of my symptoms without rushing me. I truly felt heard and understood, especially when I shared that I want to address the root causes of my symptoms rather than just manage them. She spent considerable time with me and made sure I left feeling supported and hopeful. It was such a refreshing and pleasant visit, and I am grateful to have found a doctor and team that truly care about their patients’ healing.
