She was very compassionate, listened and clearly is a very knowledgeable physician. I was nervous. Soon to be 65 and just lost my Healthcare providers from Optum. She listened very patiently, and was open to helping me with some new therapies. I feel very blessed.

Found a really amazing, excellent, smart, and compassionate PCP, Dr Kathryn Keefer, who really takes time to listen to me and their clear feedback and directives. She strongly demonstrates Franciscan‘s core values and practices like a physician that isn’t just trying to meet metrics. thank goodness that I found her!

Kathryn Keefer was completely engaged with us during our Meet and Greet visit. She was able to quickly pull up on the computer past history and labs from other docs, even though this was our first visit. She did not seem pressed for time and was easy to obtain and give information to. We got the impression that she is very up to date and would be a great intermediator with specialists.

Dr. Keefer was amazing! I was very nervous as I had not been in to a doctor in a while and she was very calm, kind, and comforting. She was very intentional and took her time, while also being efficient. She took the time to get to know me as a person and very gently told me step by step through everything she was doing.
