At this visit all of my questions and concerns were addressed. A plan was discussed for the lipase lab and I was directed to contact IU hospital if the result was elevated. A plan was not developed if my RA lab work up was positive but I am confident that Dr. Rau will contact me with a treatment plan if one is needed. Dr. Rau is dedicated to providing good health care and encourages preventive and healthy choices for the patients he cares for.

I had just changed to Dr. Rau. I felt that I was not being heard from my previous provider. After seeing him one other time, he remembered my circumstances and listened intently to what I was saying. He knew that my situation would affecting my health. I appreciated him taking the time to know me as a person.

Dr. Rau is a good listener and isn't quick to prescribe mendications, and is cautious. In addition, if medicine is necessary, he follows it with exercise and diet suggestions.
