I received all services as needed and information and advice regarding my upcoming appointment with Dr. [ ]. He also recommended PT for a shoulder problem that I have been experiencing for a while. I will be looking into that later but for now I am focused on my upcoming meeting with Dr. [ ].

This was my first visit with Dr. Rau. I didn’t feel rushed with him, he took time to introduce himself, and he took time to listen to my concerns. I am glad that I was able to be established with Dr. Rau

My issue was addressed and discussed. Options were explored. Questions were answered in a manner in which were clear to me. My plan at home was discussed and recommendations were offered since my home plan was not working as well as it should have to resolve my issue. Instructions if my issue did not resolve were discussed. My issue involved a sensitive subject that doctors are faced with and sometimes patients are hesitant to seek help due to a concern of being labeled. I did not experience this concern with Dr. Rau.

See above comments regarding Dr Rau. Also the front office staff, nurses, medicare specialist etc are friendly, professional, efficient. They take the time to help. I don't feel rushed through. I feel heard and helped as needed.

Dr. Rau is very comfortable to talk to and always asks the right questions. He's not only intelligent but seems to have a lot of common sense. He takes his time, is very thorough, and encourages questions. The visits are appropriate in length and don't feel rushed.
