From walking into the office from the person I saw to check in to the nurse that does the blood pressure and gave me a flu shot and then doctor Schroeder who is a fantastic doctor is takes his time to listen to you about what maybe bothering you even if he may be behind on patients.what matters to me is that I am treated like a person and not a number and that what makes me glad I picked this doctors office

Dr. Chelsea Shmuel is an excellent physician, and by far the best primary care doctor I have ever worked with. I feel confident in knowing she provides me with the best medical care available. She always treats me with dignity and respect, and makes me feel as though I am an active participant in my health care plan. I have multiple chronic conditions that she helps me to navigate with professional guidance and extensive knowledge. She makes me feel comfortable sharing information about my health, that could at times be uncomfortable or awkward, with a provider not as experienced and personable as she is. I would recommend Dr. Chelsea to anyone! She's the best!!!

I have practiced with this group for 40 years and I have no complaints. Jessica has been my care provider for years and she knows my history and I'm confident in speaking with her openly about all my issues. She is always attentive and caring and gives me the best care. Everyone in the office is friendly and knowledgeable. If I have to send a message on the portal it is always answered quickly.

I didn't see my regular doctor due to scheduling difficulties, which is why the doctor wasn't familiar with my chart as much. That being said, I thought she was wonderful, and my experience was great. I love the women's center and have recommended it to several people.

Every time I go there, I'm treated with respect, kindness, and professionalism. Watch more every time I reach out on my chart with a question about my health. The doctor always gets back to me sometimes just his PA sometimes it's his medical assistant, but it's always from him. I really appreciate that attention. At my age little things can become big things very quickly. It's a great job people all of you.

Dr Lu was professional as well as personable. He chatted and didn't seem in a rush. It was a nice surprise as most appointments tend to be very quick. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a primary care physician

I like how the doctors are actually caring and know there patients and don't treat you like cattle like cooper does. I hope Virtua never becomes a corporate machine and tells the doctors spend 10 minutes and done.

Dr Price was 30 minutes late to our telehealth appointment, did not apologize and did not explain why which I felt was disrespectful of my time and work day as a patient. I also felt very dissmissed by Dr.Price's responses to my concerns. The way she explained things could have done with more care and detail.
