The audio was glitchy quite often making it so we had to repeat ourselves and it definitely interfered with how well I understood things and left me feeling like I wanted to ask more questions but I couldn't because of the constant audio glitches. My doctor is great, as I've had in person appointments with her before.

The woman who always takes me back and does my vitals has a phenomenal personality. She knows my anxiety issues and can always deal with calming me and getting me to laugh. How wonderful to have someone like her. Dr Schroeder definitely knows my concerns and always talks with me to resolve issues. He is helpful and does his best to asssure me that my issues can be managed. I can never thank him enough.

Someone should talk to the girls that check you in. Not all of them!!! The girl that checked me in could've been a little more courteous. There was another patient in a wheelchair that needed to get up to the desk to show her ID. I got up from where I was sitting and pushed this woman over to the desk. Not realizing that she did not have her information in her hand, she must've asked for help. At that point, the girl checking her in, got up and came over to her. She should've done that the first time.
