I've been issues with leg cramps/swelling for about 3 years and I feel like nothing be done. I've had blood work done but they said everything is in normal range. There has to be a reason why I'm having else issues I just want an real answer other than my blood work is normal.

Yes, Dawn Cooper was not at all helpful. I had to advocate for my own health. She was not helpful at all, and I don't want her touching my file at all. I will never go to her again. She is the worst, and she doesn't need to be in medicine. Can't stand her. I don't like her care that I received there. She treated my pain as just very trivial.

The doctor actually is not my normal PCP. My normal PCP was off that day. So she was able to come in and help me put my mind at ease with everything that was going on. So yeah, that's about it.

Dr. Dawn has the perfect bed side manor, she takes the time with my special needs brother and sister. They look forward to seeing Dr. Dawn and that's how comfortable she makes them feel. As a 24/7 365 caregiver for my siblings that is the best knowing they love seeing her. Dawn is the best!

Dawn Cooper is an excellent pcp! She ALWAYS listens to my concerns and ALWAYS does a complete physical exam. She truly is interested in the problems with which I'm dealing. She also answers any questions I might have or any refill requests immediately. She is an asset to Virtua for which I am very thankful.
