Dr. Patel is very friendly and very professional. She answers all of my questions and concerns and does not try and rush through an office visit. She is one of the five different Virtua doctors that take care of my health.

Dr Patel is a provider that listens and asks questions. She's very knowledgeable and seems to care about you as an individual. She has a way of educating you without making you feel pressured or overwhelmed. I have recommended her to family members.

I appreciate offer of telemed for 6 month check up required for continuing prescription. Annual in person makes my life easier with serious arthritis and driving/ walking issues.

Dr. Patel made me feel SO comfortable. She was very thorough and I felt she listened to all of my concerns without judgement. She was very clear with my plan of care and I feel very confident moving forward with her recommendations. The staff was also A+, especially my medical assistant- I am unsure of his name, sorry!

Dr. Patel was absolutely fantastic. Her bedside manner is about as good as I've ever seen in any practicing physician. Extremely friendly, extremely personable. I could not say much more better things about a doctor. It was my first visit and it was absolutely a pleasure. very pleasant and I am very much looking forward to continuing with her as my primary care physician. Thank you.

Everyone from the initial check in, to the tech that took me to the room and took my vitals, to the primary care physician were excellent. First visit with this primary care due to a retirement of my long term primary care physician, and it was an extremely seemless transition. My new primary care was excellent. Attentive, caring, and explained everything really well.

Dr Patel spent a good amount of time with me, went over all lab work done recently and suggested further follow-up X-rays for shoulder problems. Had a Rowan student listen to my concerns to follow up with Dr Patel. Great consultation all around.

Dr. Patel is great! She's very thorough. Sometimes she can seem a bit rushed but the experience is still valuable. I enjoy seeing Dr. Patel because she treats me like a human being and is very down to earth and relatable.

The service from the nurses and the practice itself is wonderful, but I did not find Dr. Patel very empathetic at all. She seems to have, I don't know how to put this, she seems to find something wrong. with what you are telling her and what she wants you to do, even if it countermands what has been done for you for years. I would not be, I will not be using Dr. Patel anymore, even for small things. I did not care for her presence. She was not friendly.

The nurse that I met with was wonderful. Nothing was rushed. She explained everything thoroughly and made a few suggestions that would benefit me.

Dr did not listen at all just preached to me for 40 mins scared me for no need, then refused to prescribe anything deferred everything to multiple specialists was a total waste of time. Favorite word was "virtua policy". Told me she had to see me in person ASAP then put 4 month follow up on my chart!!! I had to argue with office staff to have them reach out to her and she said she meant 4 week follow up. I will not see this provider again and would have left practice but like all my care givers to be in same hospital system so I scheduled a follow up with another provider.

Did not listen to my concerns. Made me feel like I was not important with what I was bringing up told me to make another appointment, which is ridiculous because I was already there. Did not seem concerned just wants me to make more appointments.
