Dr. Bradley took her time to explain her treatment plan for me She also listen to my concerns and how to address. She made the appropriate referrals. We both agreed on a treatment plan for me.

Kathleen was the first lady, actually the first doctor, who listened, who knew [PHI] background, who had empathy with [PHI], understood that [PHI] had gone through one year, I stress one year of doctors not knowing anything and really not caring, and not really looking through all of the information that is available over a one year period. So, yes, Kathleen, I would give her the best rating possible, 11.

The best suggestion Dr. Bradley gave me was to use Mucinex for my cough. It did more to help me than Robitussin ever did. She also encouraged me to start using my inhaler again, which I intend to do.
