I like how the doctors are actually caring and know there patients and don't treat you like cattle like cooper does. I hope Virtua never becomes a corporate machine and tells the doctors spend 10 minutes and done.

Dr. Land is always thorough and has my history and asks me questions about my previous exams and always informs me of my blood test. He's very thorough, he listens, and is very accurate, and I trust his care.

The wheelchairs that you provide for the patient are in very bad shape. You should be ashamed to provide these. Parts missing, brakes don't work. It's an accident ready to happen. The concept of having them is great. A little maintenance is all that is required I have reported this before nothing happens. Let me know of your thoughts on this. Thanks

Dr. Land is always very interested in my health and he takes the time to explain how I've improved and what I need. Do I need a change of medication? Am I doing better than I was the last time?

The office was able to accommodate me with a same day appointment at the very end of the day - they knew I needed it. And then when something opened up earlier, they called me to come in. I appreciated that! I do wish that there were more same day appointments available. I got the very last one and I've called other times where I've not been able to secure one (not very often). I'd prefer to be seen by this office than urgent care (co-pays increase at urgent care though I love that we have urgent cares avail). Plus this office knows me more than urgent care does.
