She didn't know my medical history because I am a new patient. I was flabbergasted by how wonderful my treatment by Kim was at this appointment and by Dr fontinella at my previous appointment. I told lots of people how great both appointments were.

Yes, she was absolutely wonderful. She listened. She was very interested in what I had to say. I really knew that I was in the presence of a very caring doctor. And she had also educated herself from my records. And so she had a real good grip on my situation. And she gave me all of the medicines that I needed and I'm feeling better. Yeah, so that's why I had to give her the highest rating possible. She's a gold standard. Thank you, Virtua, for having her as one of your doctors on staff. Bye-bye.

Hi, your front office staff have no personality. They need to learn to smile, to talk, to engage. I used to like Kim, but now when I see her the last two times, it's been she stares at the computer and doesn't look at me, and I feel like I'm just talking to a machine. I understand computers are important. I understand she's got to write everything down. But I am not going to keep seeing somebody that friggin' sits there just staring at the computer.
