My doctor listened to me and addressed all my concerns, adjusted some medications and talked to me about all my options. She was very informative, had a really good bedside manner, and was just very forthcoming with all her advice and information and made me feel like I was a part of my health care, you know, going forward as she will be my new primary. It was a good collaboration. Great doctor. Loved her.

Myself and child have been patients of Virtua Family Health for some time now. We are always scheduled timely, served with care and leave feeling provided for. I recommend this facility to those seeking general health and wellness for self and family.

The women at check-in were very rude and unprofessional towards me. I felt uncomfortable the whole time. They had a big bag of potato chips they were eating and a full meal in front of them, which tjey obviousl were more interested in than me!

I have been more than happy with the care I've received since starting in this office last year. Kimberly and the entire team have made me feel as if I've been going there for years. My previous experiences at primary care appointments were never bad but now I have a new sense of comfort for when I go to an appointment. Thank you to Kimberly for her help and guidence.

This was technically a "sick visit" it was scheduled 2 weeks out of the day I called for the appointment. I think that's too long, but the experience with the nurse and doctor were great. The front desk however was very busy they were loudly talking about an issue happening, I thought that conversation needed to happen behind the desk not where the patients check in, however the staff that checked me in was very nice.

Pleasantly greeted for intake. Reasonable timing to be seen. Felt listened to and cared for with adequate referrals. Documentation and farewell greetings at close out were sufficient.

My experience with Kimberly Lanholm has been excellent. I think she's a great replacement for Barbara Gleason. I was also treated well at the registration desk. I wanted copies of my script. They weren't able to print it out, but surprisingly, I received my scripts in the mail without me even asking. So far, great. I have no complaints. I'm very happy.

The assistant is very efficient, very kind, and very professional. My Dr. Kimberly is an excellent angel, always willing, totally professional, and kind, she has everything a person needs in a doctor. She lacks nothing. I adore my doctor. May God always bless her and the entire Virtua team.

This was not a very medical based wellness visit. A lot of question and not much of any medical examination, that our doctor would normally do.

Kimberly is great because she actually listened to what my concerns were and then we came up with an action plan and I will be following through and she will as well. My major concern was that there was no record to all the things that I am allergic to. I know I have had testing done. I have been a long-term patient of virtual partners in primary care and now I have to go redo lab tests. So I would appreciate it if someone knew where the old files were so that we could pull them. And I'd like a copy of that as well. So that was my only concern.

I really feel like Kimberly understands and genuinely cares about my wellbeing. She is an excellent listener. And after I leave my appointment, I'm optimistic and less stressed out unlike my previous primary doctor's.

The professional staff are wonderful. Unfortunately, the reception staff are unmannerly, unfriendly and cold. Given that this is the initial contact with the practice, it's difficult to overcome. Their behavior is extremely off-putting.

She didn't know my medical history because I am a new patient. I was flabbergasted by how wonderful my treatment by Kim was at this appointment and by Dr fontinella at my previous appointment. I told lots of people how great both appointments were.

Yes, she was absolutely wonderful. She listened. She was very interested in what I had to say. I really knew that I was in the presence of a very caring doctor. And she had also educated herself from my records. And so she had a real good grip on my situation. And she gave me all of the medicines that I needed and I'm feeling better. Yeah, so that's why I had to give her the highest rating possible. She's a gold standard. Thank you, Virtua, for having her as one of your doctors on staff. Bye-bye.
